My car didn't pass inspection. Took it to my mechanic and had it repaired. Engine light was off now. But somehow still didn't pass inspection. Tires fine. Wipers fine. All lights fine. I was charged over $75.00 through the couple times I went there. Decided to go across the street to a corporately owned business and my car passed inspection beautifully. Beware! I brought my Lexus truck here for an oil change which I should've known better with the price. They use dirty recycled oil and I started having issues after the first and only oil change the engine started tapping. I took it to my original mechanic shop and he told me this and he had to try to filter it because he says it would causes blockages. Well a couple weeks later I started having problems and my Lexus started smoking real bad. Took it to my mechanic spent more money and he said that their oil and he showed me had a lot of debris in it and it had messed up my engine so I ended up having to sell it for a little of nothing to a mechanic shop. It's a horrible place to go, bunch of scammers and theives, because I'm a lady they were trying to take advantage of me, they wanna charge me over 600 $ to fix my A/C, so I took to triple A muffler and it turned up to be a minor fix, they only charged me 75$ to fix it, they only replaced a relay and my A/C worked great. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO OIL DEPOT EVER AGAIN, and I feel sorry to their customer who are getting ripped off, they can't even speak english !!!!!!!!! read more

Beware!! They claim to be a mechanic shop but will have you waiting for 3 days to fix your car. They offer oil changes for less than $25, which isn't bad even for recycled oil. Although I recommend keeping an eye on them while they refill your car with oil. They tend to be in a hurry and will put the wrong oil weight and they will almost always overfill the engine. Over filling your motor with oil will cause gaskets to fail. Caution!! Do not leave your car here to be repaired they will overlook it for days and ultimately tell you to pick it up when you get upset. read more

These guys freaking rock!!! My transmission was slipping and I had feared the worst plus I knew I needed to get the oil changed as well. I went to them based on their proximity to me and the reviews online. For a total of $90, I got a full service oil change and my transmission flushed and with original Nissan transmission fluid! I then proceeded to ask if they happened to know a place I could get my tires balanced and rotated and they have another location in Richardson just off of Belt Line and 75. So I went down there and they balanced and rotated my tires for $30 and replaced a bad tire with a good used tire for $25.00! I got everything I needed to get done for a total of $147.06 with tax!! I will recommend these guys to everyone I know and will only use them from now on! read more

I took my vehicle there for a regular oil change, they then insisted that i needed antifreeze in my coolant resovoir i said fine i insisted to Mr. Ibrahim Haidar that antifreeze requires 50% water and 50% antifreeze. He stated to me that its fine and its no problem and poured 100% antifreeze into my vehicle. Fastforward several days later, my resovoir erupted and overheated. I took my vehicle back and informed him of the problem i am dealing with. he then told me its not his fault and gave me a price qoute as to how to get it fixed. I have never been more insulted in my life. How dare the take advantage of people in that fashion. I called the Garland police and they informed me to sue them and told me to go to a 100% Honest Christian mechanic on the corner of Broadway and centerville his name is Eli. I am going there to get my vehicle fixed and for a second opinion before i take these lowlife scam artists who are looking to take advantage of unsuspecting customers just to make a buck. They also do not have the decency to hire U.S citizens for a job to keep the Garland economy thriving, they hire illegal aliens, they ran when the Garland police arrived.
