First time coming to eat here and will be coming back. Upon entering,the restaurant's atmosphere is wonderful both inside and outside. The service was excellent our server John took care of us from the beginning to the end. Explained the menu and what they have to offer very well, his confidence in the menu made picking out something from a new menu at a new restaurant very easy. Hope everyone who comes to this restaurant can have a very similar experience. (The to-go drink without having to ask was what made the end of the meal great. The little things go a very long way.) Had the diesel pizza highly recommend taking them up on the offer to add honey to the pizza. Made it sweet ,spicy, and the right amount of saltiness from the pepperonis. It's pretty good, but there's a lot of good pizzarias in town. It's a lovely building- big, indoor/outdoor spaces, comfortable bar- really nice. Nice people- service was ok but my iced tea went empty a couple times. I got a 16" premium (like a supreme). $27 - kind of pricey. It's good, but not "wow". Thin crust, nice fire taste, square cut, decent toppings- there is nothing wrong with this pizza at all. So, why a "3"? The sauce is ok, but not robust. The crust is fired but not amazing. The cheese is good but not special. There's going to be a pizza place in Franklin or Nashville you like better. Maybe it's Slice, or Mineo's. Or Sal's. Or Little Italy. But nothing in Brentwood. And no one will leave here saying it wasn't good. read more

I don't normally leave reviews, but this place was ridiculous. I went a few days ago, the food was nothing to write home about. I would rather go to mellow mushroom or a different pizza place for the same price. The wait for food was abnormally long for a small order. What seemed to be the management was obnoxious. Overall just an uncomfortable feeling from the place. One pizza was also super soggy while the other was dry. I don't understand how I got two ends of the spectrum and not one was good. I tried the GTO and let me tell you I had high hopes for that one. Huge disappointment. I wish I had the experience that some of these reviews had, but honestly I'm starting to think they are just friends of the workers. Brentwood needed a good pizza company two months ago and they still do. I honestly think that people in this area have been deprived of pizza for so long that they don't know what good pizza is anymore. We ordered 3 different pizzas, none of which were any good. Either too sweet, too spicy, or lacking in flavor totally. We were also seated inside but they had the "garage" door style window open and there were a ton of flies buzzing around the table. On the plus side, service and hosting were outstanding. First time, wonderful experience. Great food, quick and caring service. Calm ambience with very comfortable booths. Cheese curds and cheesy bread for apps, both amazing, good consistency. Wouldn't expect this place to have good wine, but it was great. And a decent sized selection. The Sancerre was brilliant taste. Cheese pizza was great don't usually like thin crust but this was wonderful. Perfect amount of spice on the diesel pizza, definitely add the honey. Great crunch, if you like the sweet and spicy this is great choice for pizza. Pepperoni was crispy and delicious. First time but won't be the last time. Very impressive food quality and service for just past opening day. Shout out to Zane who was our server. Great job. Pizza was what I would call Chicago tavern style with the thin crispy crust and the square cut. It reminds me very much of midwestern small town pizza and I mean that in a good way, especially the use of ground rather than chunk sausage. Very high quality ingredients. The sauce has a mild kick to it which we enjoyed. We had an order of the meatballs which we also enjoyed. The texture was more finely ground than coarse and the red gravy over them was very good. We ordered the Premium Pizza and subbed green olives for the black olives. We also ordered cheese curds. The pizza was good (love the thin crust) but the cheese curds were the star of the show! They had a great flavor without too much breading and we were told they use beef tallow. Looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu! read more

The staff was very nice, but unfortunately the overall experience was terrible. I walked up to the window and placed my order. The employee took my card, but then disappeared and never came back. After waiting for a while, another employee asked if I had been helped. I explained that someone had taken my card and never returned. The employee who took my order had apparently put both my order and my credit card in her pocket while helping other customers. I watched her pull them back out when the manager asked about it, and then she handed everything off to another employee. Thankfully that issue was eventually resolved. The wait for the food wasn't too bad, but that's where things really went downhill. When I got home and brought the food inside, the pizza box literally bent in half and the entire pizza slid out. Then the bottom of the bag holding the meatballs gave out, causing the meatballs and sauce to spill all over my carpet. Now I'm left trying to clean a stain and hoping it isn't permanent. After cleaning up the mess, I looked at the pizza and found that it was not only cold, but also burnt. For a $56 order, this was extremely disappointing. The employees were friendly, but the packaging was completely inadequate and the quality of the food did not justify the price. I sincerely hope management invests in better boxes and bags so this doesn't happen to other customers. Now I have no idea how much it is going to cost to get pizza sauce out of carpet! Atmosphere was great. Unique building that was clean and inviting. Staff was all friendly. Greeted and sat as soon as we walked in the door. We ordered the cheesy garlic bread and we were disappointed as it wasn't great. The bread wasn't really cooked. No crisp at all to it. The pizza was amazing. Taste great! Only complaint was the 16" Meatzza pizza is $27.99 but because we wanted regular bacon over Canadian bacon we had to pay extra. $3.80 for the switch. Not much in the grand scheme of things. But it was a meat for meat. Cost them nothing. Seems like good business to call this an even swap. Overall it was a good experience. And the pizza was yummy. read more

As others have stated, super weird how they sprinkle sea salt all over the top of the pizza. It tasted so salty, and you could actually feel the crunch of the salt, almost as if there were sand on the pizza. Also, we have tried a couple different types of pizza, and all of them were so extremely tough to chew! I love thin crust pizza, but this is on a whole other level... The thin crust was so hard and DRY and tough that it was literally hard to bite through. Shame because the toppings and flavor combinations had a lot of potential and would have been so delicious otherwise. The salad we ordered had rubbery chicken that seemed as if it were spoiling. As someone who lives down the road this place is the best thing that's happened in the brentwood/ franklin area. The staff were so helpful and Sam the manager was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. It's new and I know things can be up and down but food and service were top tier. We will definitely be back! My wife and I at here recently. It has lots of potential. The facility is very nice, clean. We ate outdoors under a covered patio. They have plenty of staff, all super friendly; so the service was great. Our suggestions would apply to the food. We split an Italian salad - it was very fresh and tasty, but had a lot of pepper on it, which my wife disliked. Maybe leave the pepper off, and ask the patrons if they want pepper from a grinder as it is served. We liked the thin crust - my pizza was a little overdone, and the waiter offered to make it over again if I wanted, but I kept it. I had a veggie pizza and my wife had a BBQ chicken pizza. The BBQ sauce was VERY spicy to both of us, and she could hardly eat it. Perhaps offer a milder BBQ sauce. Even a child at the next table said her pepperoni was very spicy. We'll try it again - but we'll ask about the spiciness next time! read more

Mediocre food with comically bad service! Pepperoni pizza was super greasy with oil dripping off - not kid friendly. Service was so bad it was funny. Ordered a beer - 20 minutes later still no beer. Cancelled beer asked for water. 10 minutes later water came. Meanwhile food had arrived. Wings, which were actually pretty good, arrived with no ranch. Asked the server who dropped wings for ranch. 10 minutes later asked our server for ranch. 10 minutes later, after telling server I would go to the kitchen to get it myself - 1 ranch arrived. Another 5 minutes and a 2nd ranch arrived which we didn't need, so they took it back. Now mind you- wings come with ranch!! When the check arrives 2 extra ranch charged on the bill. At this point I f's left to give so I just paid for the 2 ranch. Figured they will need that dollar more than I will. Probably no return visit in my future. read more

Pizza is okay. Certainly as good as others in Brentwood. Really nice staff. However, as a new establishment, they are apparently working through organizational issues, e.g., take out. Pretty chaotic there ... looks as if only one person to oversee what appears to be very brisk business. Wow...I make this review with only one very important complaint. When that Margherita pizza came out, I was so excited...finally a thin crust Naples & NYC style pizza. It looked outstanding but for some odd reason it was sprinkled with salt and it ruined the pizza. In all my years, I have never had salt sprinkled on top of my pizza. You could actually taste the grit. I know it would have been outstanding save for this one last ingredient. I asked our amazing server if this was normal.. just so I could ask to have them omit it when ordering in the future. She asked the kitchen and they do indeed add salt to that particular pizza before serving. So...I have to go back to give them a second chance. I think it's going to be great...but please... no extra salt. read more

We were excited to try this new pizza place. Positives: the staff were super friendly and the building was nice. Concern: the pizza was so salty I couldn't eat it. I thought it might be the pepperoni on the Supreme we ordered but a bite with veggies only also tasted way too salty. I think it was the sauce. If they make their own sauce, I hope they will back off on the salt. I don't think we'll be back only because I don't enjoy overly salted food. read more
