We were there On a Sunday morning at 10 am and it wasn't crowded. Service was good, coffee was delicious. The avocado toast was delicious, done right and had good flavor. Visited twice. First visit: It was almost impossible to find a parking spot, so I decided to go through the drive-thru. I ordered a bagel and coffee. The coffee was advertised as free with a purchase of a certain price. I don't know how many people were working inside, but it seemed to take a while for them to prepare the bagel. I could see the bagel sitting semi prepared while the person walked around the stations several times. I was given my coffee and change, and I commented about the free coffee. The person looked confused, but when I read the sign on the window, the person apologized and refunded the price of the coffee. The bagel was huge! I was able to eat 1/2 for lunch and 1/2 for dinner. I walk in and order with the helpful staff, but I order pork roll and cheese with no egg. there's egg on the sandwich. Ok...not the end of the world no big deal. But the pork roll must be sliced in house...this is not how you slice pork roll and you can't treat it as ham and lightly touch it to the heat. It needs to cooked longer. Crabapple has needed a bagel shop for some time so I'm happy to see 101 Bagel Cafe open up in the area. I think they've been open for about a month now but still seem to be working out their new shop jitters -- especially for order intake. Hope they get that worked out before they really pick up. It's a bit more than a bagel shop since they have quite a range of choices like lunch sandwiches, hash brown bowls, and dessert coffee drinks. Speaking of coffee, it was pretty decent, self-serve, and unlimited. The bagels are pretty good which is what I'm basing 4 stars on. The bagel sandwich -- could be better. Sausage and eggs tasted like they're just warmed up in a microwave, kind of like the Bagel Boys experience. In short, if I want a good bagel sandwich, it's BB's. I stopped in for a Saturday morning quick bite to eat and the ambiance at Bagel 101 Cafe was casual and a popular spot for families. The cafe offers both indoor and outdoor seating but unfortunately, it was too crowded with low table turnover to find seating so myself and other patrons settled on to-go. There was no wait to order and my rainbow egg and cheese bagel came out in a timely manner. I enjoyed the flavors and it was served hot and the cheese was nicely melted but $8 is pretty steep for a little bagel sandwich with no drink. Glad I gave it a chance but likely wouldn't revisit unless there were no other options around. read more

Really good food. Bagels and muffins are delicious. We've been here twice, both times around noon. No issues with service as some have noted. It was a busy period for them and there were some orders ahead us but it took almost 30 minutes to get the order. This was my first visit. The bagel sandwich options are plentiful. The food quality was very good. I had a bagel sandwich with bacon and egg on it. It was a little pricey for what you get but the quality was very good. It was a generous serving. The coffee is very good too! It's a cozy, little store with a covered patio seating area too. The ambience was pleasant, and would be nice to dine in if one wanted to. My only complaint would be the length of time I had to wait. It took 20 minutes for my order to be prepared. even though there were only two employees working, it should have not taken that long to get my order completed. There was a steady flow of customers, but it wasn't like they got slammed in the kitchen was backed up. There was only one order ahead of mine when I arrived, so I would have expected to be out within 5 to 10 minutes tops. they have an order ahead feature which I will use the next time. Several months later, I went back with a friend. The service wasn't great. The person taking orders wasn't familiar with the menu. OWNERSHIP -please take note. I've never seen a business try so hard to fail. I've given this place so many chances, and while the food is good the service is horrible. Consistently. I called yesterday for a to go order and the person working actually told me to order on the app. I said I'm driving and can't order from the app and she said OK, I'll take your order by phone this time, but next time you have to order by the app. WTF-it was 1 PM and there wasn't a customer in the place when I got there. I've never seen an owner or manager in the store when I go and it shows. There is no bagel place in Roswell and am hoping it survives but doubtful. Everyone I know who goes there says the same thing-good bagels but service is terrible and if you order a breakfast sandwich, expect to wait. Have you ever had a New York Water Bagel? If not, be sure to give 101 Bagel Cafe a try! 101 Bagel is known for their fresh to order boil and bake NY Style bagels. Lucky for you they have several locations across the state of GA, but most were pretty far from me, so I never got to try one until this location in Crabapple opened. I came on a Saturday and they were busy, but I was pleasantly surprised that they still had plenty of rainbow bagels left. I ordered the rainbow bagel sliced and toasted with the regular schmear. The bagels are average size and a generous amount of schmear is given on each bagel. The wait time seemed a little longer than normal for the one bagel I ordered, especially with 6-7 people working, but I think it was because they have only been open a few months and still need some time to learn all the things. And, don't be fooled by their name, they offer lots of other menu items too like muffins, sandwiches, wraps, and bowls! I also tried their "Ice Cubes" Iced coffee. It is such a cool concept where they freeze coffee into cubes and use that for you to pick what ice coffee blend you would like to add to your cup, so that it never melts down! When I was there, I picked the infusion blend, which is a blend roasted with Kahlua, Caramel, Vanilla. I definitely I recommend this blend as it tasted 10/10. They also had decaf, season and dark on tap as options. read more

We ordered an onion and everything bagel toasted with scallion cream cheese. The bagels were pretty hard, the scallions needed to be chopped way finer, they were huge, and the biggest turn off of all, the back door of the kitchen was open probably to air it out but that's how bugs and rats enter buildings.
