I don't know if management changed here or what. But I can't tell you how many times I've ordered a bagel to eat there and they ring it up as a to-go order. No big deal but then they forget half of my order every single time. Make sure you check the bag if you do get it to go, 99.9% of the time if you order a salad they will NOT give it to you. And then the guy tried to question how I paid $20 for two bagels. Not sure if I want to keep coming here esp since they put the cream cheese in the bagel when they double toasted it and it was just like queso pouring out of the bagel. Super gross, couldn't even finish it.

Food was terrible. My bagel barely had any cream cheese on it, and what was there tasted old and like it had been sitting in a fridge too long. The roast beef was dry and tough. I even skipped a side and asked for two pickles instead and got none. If they can't get the basics right, I definitely won't be coming back.

I ordered a catering package for a close friend at North Fulton Regional Hospital and they were spectacular. The manager reached out to ensure they had the right information to get the order to the patient, it was on time, and my friend and his family said the food was bountiful and delicious (this was the Lots of Bagels & Sweets package). Thank you so much for being such a great help!

My family and I love Bagel Boys Cafe. Whether we eat there or to-go the staff is efficient & friendly. The food is delicious- we love their bagels, bagel sandwiches, the chicken biscuit, muffin, and the drip coffee is also phenomenal. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

Excellent bagels and coffee. If only that one very loud customer who was there here when we arrived and still there when we left would use his indoor voice. I was surprised to find such good bagels in Alpharetta. But then why not? Everyone enjoys bagels, not just people who live in the center of the city. These were actually more the size of Montreal bagels -- not so far and puffy. Fresh, cheery with slightly crisp exterior. I'd certainly visit the Bagel Boys again if I were in the area. Way better than chain store bagels.

Asiago raising bagel and cinnamon raisin bagel
    Genevieve G.

One of the best bagels I've had in this part of Georgia. The Asiago is my go to, it has raisins in it, don't know why that's not said. The cinnamon crunch is delicious. Do not get the cheddar everything, soooooo salty. I stop by whenever I'm in the neighborhood. Oh, and decent coffee

We had a small complaint, but someone from Bagel Boys called me within five minutes of posting the review and made it right.

I heard a lot of great things about this restaurant. I would prefer the Johns Creek location…read morebecause it is the original location. Well, this place was still good. It definitely lacked flavor. We waited nearly 40 minutes for any food to come out. I will say the staff isn't rude about the hostess stand needs to be more organized. They were not rude or anything, but our table kept getting given away to other people it happened twice and I really wanted a seat inside because I'm allergic to pollen, but we got sat outside. I was too hungry to care at that point. And now I'm suffering from allergies this very next day. The breakfast sandwiches I don't think I would order these next time with the cheese because the sandwich itself was really good. I just felt like the cheese on the brisket sandwich and on this breakfast sandwich was overpowering. I didn't even realize I had pesto in the breakfast sandwich. I legitimately thought was some type of avocado sauce since avocado doesn't really have that much flavor. If you're thinking about getting pancakes, please only get one order because they're massive. They really put the cake and pancake, and it was more of a cornbread pancake. The pancake took I think an hour to come out on the menu. It said 20 minutes cook time basically whatever they quote you it's a lie. I can't blame them completely because the restaurant was pretty busy. We made a reservation and even checked in with the house stand, and somehow our table got given away twice. The best thing about this place would probably be the potatoes and the bacon. Everything else I think was overpowered by the cheese flavor as I stated before I think the John's Creek location was better. It is the original location and they have the OG chef. I think I would come here again maybe not for Sunday brunch and definitely sit inside. I also wouldn't come when it's super busy because the cutlery was not very clean. I did take my napkin and kind of washed it off with my water. My spoon legitimately had leftover maple syrup on the hand. Price point it is a little on the price of your side you're looking at maybe $15 for two pancakes and $18 for the brisket milk, $15 for the breakfast sandwich, the fruit cup was definitely worth it for five dollars you got a lot of fruit. Although the price was a little bit expensive, they do give you a lot of food.

The restaurant itself is beautiful with a warm, modern aesthetic and comfortable seating. They also offer outdoor seating, which would be especially nice in good weather. I ordered the ribeye cooked medium rare, and it was prepared perfectly--tender, flavorful, and exactly how a steak should be done. The sides were equally good. I had the fire-roasted broccolini and a salad with a house-made blue cheese dressing that was excellent. Service was fast and attentive, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. As someone who recently moved to the Southeast from the San Francisco Bay Area and spends a lot of time traveling for work, I'm always looking for memorable meals on the road. While the hotel itself was fairly typical for a business stay, the restaurant was easily the highlight. Insider tip: If you're staying at the Hilton Alpharetta, it's absolutely worth dining here rather than leaving the property. Overall, Harth was a fantastic dining experience and I'd gladly return the next time I'm in the area--even just for the restaurant.

In my experience one hour wait could turn out to be 10 minutes. Other times 40 minutes wait is actually 50 minutes. As I live close by I have attempted to call and put myself on the wait list and arrive when they are ready but management would not budge. This will be on their terms with zero flexibility... They also sell cakes but cakes are always turned away from the customer...I have not seen this anywhere else...it really points to the fact that management has little experience in hospitality industry....
