Every day this week that I was there, I had an issue with either they made something wrong or gave me less than desirable bagels or even put an everything bagel unwrapped in with sweet bagels and they were left covered with seasoning. I always add a tip even though I think it's ridiculous to tip before you even know what you're going to get, but today I only gave them $.92 to round up to the next dollar since this week has not gone well. This bagel is burnt and most likely inedible. I ordered it uncut and untoasted because I was going to take it home with me and it will be a struggle to make it have any life in it because if I toast it, it will just be terrible since it's already burnt and bitter. Apparently $.92 is not good enough, so I got the crappiest bagel in the bin and there were lots of nice ones. I guess no matter how busy I am, if I want a bagel, I will have to drive out of my way and go to BB's!

I've had salt bagels before and they are my favorite. I couldn't even eat it without scraping off most of the salt. They couldn't get the lid on my iced coffee so it dripped all over the car and my clothes. The coffee was so full of milk and caramel that i couldn't even taste the coffee. I hope the manager/owner is reading all reviews, because the John's Creek location needs an employee attitude and cleanliness overhaul. They should hire an extra person to bus/clean tables during peak hours.

As for my latte, they had some fun seasonal offerings and I went with one that had pear in it. That was a total first for me and I had no idea what to expect.
