I have been here a few times now. The food has been excellent every time. There is a gorgeous circular bar inside and a lovely outdoor seating option with a large fire pit. I would give this five stars but one time we waited an extremely long time to get our meals. The manager did come over and offer us a discount and made things right. My girlfriends and I get together for dinner and drinks to celebrate each of our birthdays each year. Due to our varied locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, we typically find a 110 Grill because we love their food, service, atmosphere, and that they have many gluten free selections that they have a server or the manager deliver separately from the rest of the food order; it really shows their attention to the allergy and that they have prepared it correctly. This past weekend, like so many other times, we met up at the Berlin location at the Highland Commons. The location is perfectly located right off of 495, and nestled in with many other businesses like Cabela's, TJ Maxx, Eddie Bauer, and Market Basket. We had a reservation for 6:30pm and, after some brief confusion over our request for a booth as opposed to a table, we were seated in Marcos' section. From the moment he greeted us, we knew that he was going to be a fabulous server. He was friendly, relaxed, and could read immediately that we were going to be there for a while. Knowing that, he gave us our time/space throughout our visit, all while checking in with us at all the right moments. Sometimes when servers know you will be there for an extended time, they stop coming by because they assume your tip will not reflect an additional effort...but Marcos did not seem to care about that at all; he was concerned with ensuring that we had what we needed, even though we had finished our meals and drinks, and were just catching up talking. He didn't ever rush us, or make us feel like we were overstaying our welcome; he even came over and checked our bottle of wine and topped us all off without ever even speaking, or interrupting the person who was in the middle of sharing a story! We have been to several places before which have done so and we no longer patronize them with our business. At the end of our meal, we made sure to thank Marcos for making our experience so lovely and enjoyable, and told him that we would definitely be asking to be seated in his section the next time we dined there. There have been very few times in my life that I can say that a server's attention and professionalism has caused me to only want to be waited on by them, but his is absolutely the case with Marcos. He deserves every penny of the 35% tip we left him, as well as praise from his managers for a job very well done. We can only hope that he earns something for making us feel so taken care of and tending to us throughout our time in the restaurant. I traveled to this establishment on Mother's Day of 2019. There was a happy atmosphere in the air, and the environment was rather enjoyable. I orderd a Lemonade, the steaktips(medium rare), with French Fries and Onion Strips. After about 10 minutes or so, my party's food arrived. The food temputure was medium to hot, but leaning more medium. The French Fries were average, but rather good. The strips were also decent. The steaktips were very fatty, and difficult to cut. But, they were alright. Carly(I think?) was our server. She was very kind, and came to our every need. This was a decent experiance, and I might come back some day. 110 grill is one of my favorite local restaurants. Whenever I dine here I always have great service and the food is excellent. My boyfriend and I ate here last night and our waitress (Jasmine) was excellent!! We started out with the fig, blue cheese and arugula flat bread. I always get the grilled cheese and tomato soup - by far the best I've ever had! My boyfriend ordered the pulled pork Mac and cheese and devoured it. I see that they average 4 stars. Were we there on an off night? It was last Wednesday, March 10. My husband and adult daughter and I had been to Clinton, MA for our first Covid-19 vaccine shots. So, feeling somewhat celebratory, we decided to have some dinner out. Ended up at 110 Grill in Berlin. We've eaten at the Grill 110 in the Blackstone Plaza in Millbury several times, and it's always been good. Not so much, we discovered, at the one in Berlin. Different chef? (Obviously). One caveat - the server was excellent. The food was not. My husband and daughter both ordered chicken dishes, and both complained that the chicken cutlet was overcooked and very brittle around the edges, making only the middle parts actually edible. I ordered the crab stuffed sole and asked to have mashed russet potatoes instead of rice and brussels sprouts as a side. The sole was alright. Nothing spectacular, on the bland side, but alright. The mashed potatoes were thin and of a gruel-like consistency reminiscent of instant mashed potatoes straight out of the box and prepared with water rather than milk. The brussels sprouts, purportedly sauteed, were as hard as rocks - ridiculously undercooked. Hoping to end a less than adequate meal with a better dessert, we ordered the apple crisp and strawberry shortcake. The strawberry shortcake, served in a martini glass, consisted of one thick, VERY dry biscuit with several equally dry strawberries atop, and a tiny dab of whipped cream. In fact, we've never had such an unappetizing strawberry shortcake! The apple crisp had baked apple slices with granola poured on top - not carmelized, NOT baked in - a scoop of vanilla ice cream with a little caramel sauce drizzled on top. The only good part was the ice cream. The apples were flavorless and the granola topping was dry and nasty. So, I'm giving the 110 Grill in Berlin 2 stars and I think that's pretty generous. In the future, we'll stick with the one in Millbury. read more

Had dinner here tonight for our anniversary. Seasonal salad with strawberries and candied walnuts was delicious. Hubby had Caesar salad, which he loved. He ordered the chicken caprese parmigiano. He's picky and he ate everything. I had the chicken pesto penne. It was very good and very filling. The waitstaff was so nice, especially our server Ian, and Michelle, the trainer! 1st visit - fish was undercooked in fish tacos, and served with an awful ketchup/mayonnaise sauce. The fish was slimy and looked like it had tapeworms. I didn't eat lunch. 2nd visit - hamburger took half an hour and was tough as nails (as "medium") - waitress left before I received it. I said I wanted "medium, without blood running out of it," and she told the chef to crush it on the grill until there was no blood (is what the relief waiter told me). I'm sorry I left a generous tip. 3rd visit - I was shooed away from my table by a waiter saying the table was reserved (no sign on table) and said I had to "check in first" (the check in was busy having a conversation and didn't notice me when I arrived). The head waitress offered to have a conversation with me outside where nobody could hear. I declined and ate somewhere else. The beer options are not great. I've never had a great burger there. They have yukky sauces. It's not a place where you would go to relax and just eat. Lots of men around the bar getting drunk. Will never go there again. read more

Tries hard but falls flat. Service is poor. Seated us with the sun in our eyes, no way to shade it. Served a salad with a huge chunk of cheese and no bread or crackers. Asked for crackers, was brought oyster crackers. It should be illegal to call yourself a "grill" and have no steaks on the menu. Your top sandwich is a Cuban, which doesn't need a grill. Food was well cooked, but oddly prepared. Pappardelle pasta was not pappardelle. Bolognese sauce with crunchy carrots? Salads weren't very creative. The high price for this oddity of a restaurant requires I drop a few stars. read more

The food gets 4 stars, the service however needs some help. The fire alarm went off, not their problem I get that. 10 minutes later the fire department shows up and we all have to vacate for 5-10 minutes so they can check the restaurant out. After that we get back in and the waiter tells us that our food is getting started again and then he disappears never to be seen again. The food is brought out by the managers and was really good. After we finish eating we still have yet to see the waiter again so we track someone down to get the bill. We get the bill and they didn't even do attempt to do anything to make up for the 20 minutes we had to deal with the fire alarm. read more

Kudos to Maxwell, our server for being so extra attentive to our requests and needs. Interesting the mix of such high and low reviews. No happy medium. I, unfortunately, must side with the lower reviews. I wanted to like this restaurant. It seemed interesting whenever I stopped by the plaza. But I'll tell ya, not close to what I had hoped. The food was alright-I had the Cajun chicken sandwich and my husband had the salmon. We ordered a Caesar salad with steak tips for my father to go. Understanding that they cook food fresh I expected a wait. But between the wait time and average tasting food I wasn't impressed. We sat for our meal at 7:10. We're approached by our waitress 10 minutes after the fact. Ordered an appetizer (shrimp-yummy) and dinner at that time. Appetizer took 25 min to arrive. Dinner was about 35 minutes after that. We put in the order for the Caesar salad upon the arrival of our dinner and it took about 35 minutes from there to receive that. Then waited for our check. All in all, we were there almost two hours. Seems a bit long for a sandwich, salmon, and salad. On top of that, I paid $9 for the additional steak tips for the salad-which is fine-except that there were only 4 very small tips on the salad. I would have expected a bit more than that. I also specified that I would like the tips to be put in a separate container to which I was told the restaurant always does anyways. When I received the salad, the server clearly saw in the bag that the steak wasn't separate but just left it for us and left rather quickly. Since the steak was still very hot, it essentially steamed the lettuce the whole way to my father's. (It was literally condensating on the lid of the to go box). I hate complaining, but I'll go on a little. I felt that maybe our server was new, so we were very nice and patient. But just little things like not having my glass refilled at all (empty halfway through meal), her not bringing out our meals because she was sweeping under ours and other guests tables, things taking a very long time, etc. just made this not too enjoyable. read more
