Came here for lunch the other day. Nice place. Nice big circle bar with tv's and plenty of tables and booths to sit at. I had the seasonal salad with grilled chicken, it came with strawberries and walnuts and a champagne dressing. It was just what I was lo king for. Filling but light. I couldn't even finish the chicken or the salad. It came with a whole chicken breast flame grilled and wasn't dry. For my drink I had the 110 margarita. Fresh lime juice and a muddled orange wedge and agave tequila. Yum! My husband had the Cobb salad. It had homemade sourdough croutons, grilled chicken and all the other fixins for a Cobb. The menu had a great assortment of items that I will be going back to try. Especially the fish tacos. Others around us had mussels and tuna apps that looked amazing and the burgers are GINORMOUS! The ambiance is very nice, casual but stylish. The menu choices very diverse from the meatloaf and beef stroganoff, the classic steaks- and seasonal soups and salads. We went to the 110 Grill in Berlin tonight and the food and service were excellent! They had crab cakes for an appetizer and they let me order that with a half-salad for my meal. The salad was a good size for just being half. Our waitress, Kelley, was great and brought me a box for my leftovers including a small container for my blue cheese dressing, which is too good to leave behind. (I usually have to ask for that at most places.) Service was attentive but we never felt rushed. My food allergies were taken seriously, as they always are at the 110 Grill. read more

I've had really mixed experiences at some of the 110 locations. In fact, this was the location that always seemed to provide consistent service and consistent fair quality food. The restaurant seems to pride itself on quality and tailoring the kitchen to the specific consumer's needs. They offer a Gluten free menu and are very diligent in regard to allergies. With that said! We went for a birthday lunch for a family member. The server was courteous and accommodating but obviously a bit overwhelmed. It was apparent they were understaffed and were having a hard time keeping up with the demands of a busy restaurant. We ordered drinks and an appetizer which came out in perhaps a bit of a delayed time frame but we were in no rush. I ordered a cheeseburger, a gold standard in any pub type restaurant. Well, the burger itself was bland and tasteless and the bun was stale. The onion strings I ordered were just a mess of onion pieces overly battered smothered in salt that had formed one giant glob of onion/ fried batter mess. My sister's turkey burger just looked unappetizing, a grey glob of meat on a stale bun. It seemed like they used a cheap quality turkey burger which was just bad. My Mon's masked potatoes were not stirred and half of the bowl was cold and half hot. Their masked potatoes were of the powdered variety that you stick in the microwave but need to stir. There was NO way they were home made mashed potatoes. I was just really disappointed and for 2 burgers, fish and chips and a salmon meal with iced teas =$110. Well, I know prices everywhere are ridiculous but come on. Collectively we ate less than 50% of the food on our plates. At these times I just feel embarrassed for a restaurant to present such crap to their customers who wanted to enjoy a special day out. Anyways, I won't be back. read more

Don't bother getting takeout during COVID. Ordered the kale Brussels sprout salad, among other items. Almost entirely arugula and pumpkin seeds. Four thin slices of Brussels sprouts (literally less than one intact!). No kale. No beets. No apple. Seems to be a common complaint regarding this menu item. Update: I replied to Kayla that I called right away to speak to a manager. Was told she "had her hands full." I didn't post that because it must be challenging running a restaurant right now. I left my name and number and never heard back. Which tells me that to go orders are not a priority at 110 Grill right now. And that's ok under current circumstances. (And why 3 stars not 1). There are places that are doing a great job with curbside and delivery. And I'll give them my business for now. read more

WE had a very nice time here while visiting friends in nearby Hudson. With all the new 110 Grill's opening up in the area, I was a bit hesitant to give it a try- as it was my first time dining in one. I was instantly impressed as the inside was clean, modern, and service was friendly and quick. We got both the lunch and dinner menu's since it was 3:30 and we all loved the diverse menu and theme. WE all got beers on tap- yey for having Lord Hobo! Fresh white bread came along with a very garlicy butter spread which was awesome. Friends ordered the "cure" burger a very unhealthy heart clogger- which came with a side (fries, mashed, salad. rice, etc). I had the veg. primavera (broccoli, red and green, peppers, onion, spinach) and I added shrimp. It was delish but I just wish it had more veggies in it. Overall we all had a great time and learned about the points program which will help locals that come often. We will certainly try the new 110 Grill that recently opened near our home in Haverhill, MA on the Plaistow, NH line. read more

I took my Wife here this weekend for Mother's Day. At first, I wasn't impressed. One of the customers brought their dog in, and there was no way this was a service dog (a puppy). Luckily, the dog only barked a small amount and we weren't seated near them. To me, dogs do not belong in restaurants unless absolutely necessary. The food was OK. I had The steak tips (these were cooked perfectly and were very tender), and my Wife had The BBQ chicken salad which she enjoyed. For the money, I'd give The food a solid B, but it could use more flavor. The service is what saved this place. Our waiter gave us the best service we've had in a long time. Douglas was prompt, polite, funny, and was able to give us some good insight into the menu. He made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Douglas. Good service has been a rarity for us lately. I'm going to try this place again in hopes of getting the same level of service. I can't fairly judge the food over two plates, and it was pretty decent, so I give it until we have another experience. read more

This was our first time to 110 grill. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. Our server Becca was great! Very sweet and professional. The food was amazing. I ordered the Brussel sprout salad with grilled chicken. It was completely fresh and the chicken was done perfectly. The goat cheese on top was soft, creamy and delicious! We have been to Berlin location a few times and it was always okay. This last visit our food was not good. Will not be returning. The firecracker shrimp were hard I guess very overcooked. The medium burger was well done. The flatbread was hard. The wedge salad was the only good thing. If it was busy I would maybe be more understanding but it was slow. No excuse to serve bad food. read more

Very disappointing dinner. I ordered the kale brussels salad with grilled chicken. Honestly the salad looked and tasted like all the salad bags I buy from Trader Joes - arugula, shaved brussels sprouts and broccoli slaw - like they basically opened up these bags and added a few pumpkin seeds and apple pieces. The waitress also forgot my grilled chicken so I was half way done by the time I got it and I was disappointed that they did not comp me for forgetting it. I have not ever seen a restaurant managed as efficiently as 110 grill. It functioned like a well oiled machine. And the drinks from the bar looked so good. We sat in a booth where we could see the chefs and sous chefs perform. Wow!!! Ever thing that went up was food for my eyes. And so very Delicious. I had the fried calamari that was light and yummy and my husband had the ahi tuna appetizer. So good! Our entrees where just as yummy as our appetizers. My daughter and I went to 110 Grill for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The hostess was in a bad mood. Clearly. Appetizer, crab Rangoon dip was delicious but it was served with homemade chips that were 10 seconds from burnt and severely over seasoned. The server asked how everything was and I said the dip is great but the chips are inedible. They're super salty. He looked surprised and said he'd 'tell them'. That was the end of that. They were not replaced nor comped. For our entree we both had Kale and beet salad which was delicious. I had salmon with mine and my daughter had shrimp. The shrimp didn't taste quite right. If he had come back to ask we would have told him that. He didn't ask if we wanted dessert. So I can't comment on that lol Very clean, pretty environment but the service and food needs improvement. read more

Went for lunch on a sunny 75 degree day to sit outside on the patio (global pandemic, unvaxxed kids). They would not seat us on the patio even though it was empty. Had a reservation here. Didn't even get seated for well after an hour after the said reservation. It's fine and understandable as things happen, especially during a global pandemic and unseasonably warm weather. The hostess however, could not have been more rude. Maybe she was having a bad night? When we sat, the table was soaking wet and tacky as a result of her having to wipe it down. I also noticed her stomping through our seating area several times looking miserable during my dining experience. Made me feel very uncomfortable. She may just need a hug and a new job. read more

We loved it here! There were several options for all of us, especially me being vegan. They also have a whole gluten free menu and most of the actual items are gluten free. Nate was our waiter, he was super nice and helpful! We got sweet potato fries as an appetizer. I had the lemon sorbet for dessert, and was so grateful to have a vegan option! I don't remember the last time I was able to eat dessert at a restaurant. My mother got the fish tacos and said they were amazing! I have been to the Hopkinton location and was very happy with the service and the food, but my recent trip to the Berlin location was horrible! We sat at the bar and the bar tender seemed like she an attitude, besides the short and curt responses. When I finally did get her attention and got a menu, I ordered the Summer salad. The picture I posted shows how the salad arrived. It was supposed to have cheese, strawberries and walnuts, all of which where virtually non-existing. So very disappointing and not up to the usual 110 Grill standards we were used to. Went here with a colleague after work to relax and talk about the day. It started out fine. We got a table outside and we got our cocktails and calamari very quickly. Then we placed our order and we started to chat. We noticed others coming in and filling the seats around us. It started to get dark and we now realize we have been waiting for our food well over 45 minutes. It was empty inside so not sure what the hold up was. Since that time, no one asked us if we wanted another drink, no one came by to refill our order. When our server came back, she took the menus but left our dirty silverware and plates - and STILL did not ask us if we needed anything - and for some reason, had a bit of an attitude as if we were putting her out. Now we hear the people around us complaining that they haven't seen THEIR server in a while either. Eventually, they are seating people and we stop that person to ask what is going on and what is taking so long. "We will check with the kitchen" -- at this point we are annoyed and everyone outside is making jokes about getting bit by a mosquito and contracting EEE because it's taking so long. Food starts to come out and the orders are wrong. AT NEARLY EVERY TABLE. So here we go again and it's now an hour and fifteen minutes. By the time the food came out, we had to ask them to box it because we needed to get going. It's after 8. They comp the meal, but charged for drinks and frankly, those should have been free. I had to chase down the person with my card because they didn't come back with it. The manager came out and said there were staffing issues and hopes she will see us again. We said we didn't think so -- there are other 110 Grills we can go to with exceptional service. She gave us "free app" cards but the experience was so off putting that I will use that card at a different 110 Grill. If it were up to me, I would have left much earlier but my friend was really hungry and wanted her food. We could have left and went somewhere else and have had been served TWICE by the time our meal came out. 2 stars because the manager was truly sorry. read more

I ordered Cajun salmon burger. Very poor. The wings were dry rub and were good but not meaty. Restaurant seemed busy. I am not sure I am in a rush to come back soon. The burgers did look good and would try that next time. read more

Being able to go out and be with people is a favorite thing of mine, but this past year we all know has been challenging. Up until recently I only dined outside, during this past summer and fall, that is until I went to 110 Grille in Berlin,MA. I felt very comfortable and could see that everything was being done for everyone's safety. The Staff continued with great service and you could hear ( not see of course ) the smiles on their faces. Stopped by for a lunch break on a road trip from NYC to NH. The service was outstanding--my server was attentive, and my coffee and food came out quickly. Ipon entering the restaurant, the hostess offered a gluten free menu snd my server asked about food allergies. I had the turkey burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was cooked properly and I enjoyed the aoli. The fries were as they should be, crispy on the outside snd tender on the inside. Coffee tasted freshly brewed. read more

This is often our go to date night dinner spot. The chicken cordon bleu sandwich, sweet potato fries, BBQ chicken wings and spinach dip are especially noteworthy. However this review is really for the private dining experience we had tonight for my Grandmothers 90th Birthday. The staff was excellent, helping and thinking on their feet when we had about 5 unexpected people join us. They quickly rearranged tables to accommodate the guests, even bringing out a spare banquet table for our gifts and hors d'ouvres. They brought the food out hot and fresh with great timing, exactly as requested. The waitress did an impressive job of expediting drink orders for our large group, even with separate tabs. A big thanks to Silas and the team! I will note that the initial event reservation process was a bit disjointed (they use an online system, and there was some back and forth to nail down the details.) This process could be improved. But all in all great experience and we would certainly use them for an event again. read more
