A very disappointing dinner to say the least. I'll begin with it was very cold in the restaurant no matter where you went. We decided on getting the Crab Rangoon Dip and Firecracker shrimp. They were out of the Crab Rangoon Dip... my wife wanted the Steak and Cheese sandwich, they were out of that. My granddaughter ordered the Brussels sprouts, again they were out of that. Everyone finally figured out what they wanted and what was available and we placed our orders. My granddaughter ordered the Ribeye steak medium, that came out rare! I ordered the baked Cod, it came out ok, except a very small portion maybe 5" x 2 1/2" total size. For the price, I thought it was small. Another one at the table ordered the salmon which came out over cooked and dry. Our last visit was an excellent dinner experience, this time it was extremely disappointing. We go here because of her Gluten sensitivity because they have a special menu specialized for gluten free food. I'm not sure if we will be returning again. read more

Ordered this place through DoorDash on 1/9/26. Ordered a Hamburger with fries (no seasoning or salt on the fries.) They arrived cold and with salt all over them. Ordered the Crab Rangoon Dip for $22......it arrived in a half open pizza box and the dip was in a container sliding around the box with NO LID ON IT. Ordered the Apricot Shrimp Risotto for $28 and it was ICE COLD and the container wasn't even 1/2 full. The shrimp were like rubber. NEVER order from here. I've now been to both 110 Grills in the area, and while I like them both, to me this one seems to have a little bit of catching up to do to be on par with the one at Crossgates. On a very slow Sunday evening, we were seated immediately after being seated, but we waited an unusually long time - for a slow night - to be greeted by a server. Several walked by looking at our table without greeting us. Once our waitress did appear, service was fine. My sister got her regular fish and chips, and she commented on how light and crisp the batter always is on the fish. My BBQ chicken salad - which is not BBQ'd chicken but fried chicken in a salad topped with a sweet BBQ sauce was plentiful, but there was too much sauce. It was more like the chicken was drowning in it instead of a smaller amount drizzled on it to improve the taste, not overwhelm it. If you can reduce the dressing on this salad, it would improve it a lot, or maybe you can ask for the dressing on the side? This is still a good place to eat and a good chain restaurant to visit. I'd certainly come here again, I'd just do a little more homework regarding what I order. read more

I am curious if 110 Grill has changed food suppliers recently because . . . oof. We had a big party, here are the lowlights: 1) kids cheese pizza is a piece of soggy flatbread and no red sauce with only thick melted Parmesan cheese on top and a bunch of parsley (have you ever met a child?) 2) tortillas on the fish tacos just crumbled as if they were pulled out of a bag and not heated/prepped 3) mushroom ravioli was half burnt, half raw (literally raw dough while other parts were charred) 4) "Ribeye" had no cap - manager and chef confirmed they purchase prepackaged ribeyes that have had the cap removed (which makes it not a ribeye . . . This place used to be soooooo good. What happened?? Blue cheese is still top notch so maybe just go and have the wedge salad (make sure to leave off the balsamic syrup!). Nice ambience too. Whatever is happening in food supply or the kitchen is a damn shame. read more

Passing through Albany on a business trip. Needed dinner. Looked for something simple near the hotel. Had to reach out a smidge further as there was nothing near there. Found this place. In a shopping center next to a pet store. Decent reviews and an intriguing menu. It did not disappoint. Nice wine and beer list. Nice specials. Had the bourbon bbq steak tips over cream corn risotto. Dang tasty. Tender meat. Wife had shrimp scampi. She loved it. Lemon garlic sauce, creamy. Tasty. Service was awesome. Met the manager. Had a nice chat. Well run. Not cheap but quality never is. Give them a shot! Cannot wait to pass through again. Great for group gatherings too. Nice bar area, plenty of tables to support a 30-40 person group. My kids and I stopped in for a quick lunch and there was nobody in the restaurant. Manager was behind kitchen w cooks. Service was kind but super slow. The food was not up to par from other 110s I've been to. My sons chicken tenders seemed like they were gummy yet left under heater, the french fries were perfect. I ordered the BBQ chicken salad which unfortunately lacked what I was expecting. Lettuce was soggy (green red leaf mix) rather than a hearty romaine to hold the toppings and super stale BBQ fried chicken (tough to even cut w a knife) chef forgot to add the avocado it's supposed to come with. Where do i begin, probably the worst meal I've ever eating out. We ordered 2 waters, wine and a beer. We received a beer! didn't see our waitress... for a long time. I believe the bar tender asked if everything was ok. We said "we ordered a wine and 2 waters" we got the wine, No water. saw our waitress walk by. asked for water again... didn't see her again. Then the meal came. oh god.... My wife ordered a Ruben all fat no sauerkraut the worst sandwich I've ever seen.  I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich. thinking no way possible this could be bad. We will just get to the bottom line. Cooks don't give two shits about customers.Waited 30 min for our food with the restaurant very slow.Our waitress had to ask where our food was three times. Cooks disappeared from Cooks line a number of times but worse of all on there cell phones. Rubin sandwich little meat. Food icecold and very sloppy. Cooks walking around outgrowth while we still waited. A wasted 100 dollars and will not be back.Oh by the way manager was on the floor the whole time. Cooks make there money no matter what they do .The server staff loses out on income because Cooks just don't care at this place. Sloppy sloppy sloppy. Just being honest. The restaurant appeared to be badly understaffed. It was mostly empty, but it still took 10 minutes to be seated because they needed to bus tables. Our server was disorganized, had to make separate trips for his pad, straws, ketchup. The food was good, but took a long time. There were four of us and because the kitchen messed up one order, three members of our party were nearly done eating before I got my food. They also sent out the wrong side for one of our orders. They did correct it, but the whole experience was basically chaos. The restaurant is poorly laid out, so if there's no host on duty, the wait staff can't see people waiting to be seated. We come here a lot and it's almost always good. The service and food. Unfortunately, they were off today. The food was served without condiments or salt and pepper. When we asked, they said they would bring them, but forgot so one of our party waited almost 15 minutes to be able to start eating. A burger that was ordered medium rare, was brought to the table well done and dry, and then because of the wait it was cold and mostly inedible. Batter on the fish and chips was undercooked. The service was horrific there were 15 people in the restaurant 10 of us at one table the waitress was gone for extended periods of time the appetizers came out and they were okay but when the meals came unedible two people got steaks both ordered medium both came out well done both came out cold overcooked and cold is a pretty impressive combination for a restaurant. I ordered the card and that came out cold the mashed potatoes were cold the brussel sprouts were hot and that's all I could eat. The waitress apologized the manager came over and said she'd send out the cook but how pathetic is it that the manager of a restaurant wouldn't come and address the table and there were multiple issues with meals. They did not offer to do anything to make it right. They took two of the bad meals off of the menu and ignore the other ones that weren't eaten. I've never in my life seen a manager run away from a table versus addressing the issue an apology or some attempt to make it right. Needless to say I will never go back to that 110 Grill and I suggest if you go prepare for a horrible service experience and even worse food. read more

This place turned me off. We will not be back. My burger was ok, but my husband's cheese steak was unappealing. It was small for the price and the cheese was stirred in like a sauce rather than melted on top. We can forgive that because every place makes it different. What really turned us off was the service. Our waiter never checked in with us after the food was delivered. He didn't ask if everything was ok, didn't return with the ketchup he promised, and never refilled our empty glasses. We even had to walk to the bar and ask for our check. And if all that wasn't bad enough, he had a big, loose floppy hairdo that was not pulled back in any way. My husband and I brought our grandson's to the Latham 110 Grill. For some reason although the staff is very nice, the service is slow because 2 of our grandsons have allergies, this is one of the very few places they can go out to eat. We ordered our dinner and waited a long time to get our food. While I I appreciate the cooks taking time to cook our meals and be mindful of the allergies, there were not a lot of diners there. The waitress was nice, but forgot something that each of us ordered. That took a long time to get also. We had to ask for silverware and napkins after our meals were delivered. The boys ordered ice cream for dessert, it was just about fully melted before they got it. The manager told the boys they were out of cherries, when the waitress saw they didn't have them she brought a cup of cherries to the table. Final issue, my husband was looking over the bill and saw we were charged for 2 soups, we ordered only 1. I flagged her over and she immediately said, oh, the 2 soups. If you know you over charged, why wasn't it taken care of. I was surprised with all the errors they weren't taken off the bill. And so, as promised, I have removed all previous reviews, and am committed to starting fresh with dinner on he 19th, thanks to District Manager at Crossgates who at last provided the $50 Plastic Gift Card that Jiri neglected to include with her paper card. I can start by saying that the service is attentive. its staff well trained, and the atmosphere (especially in the evening) is pleasant, while being just the right amount of formal to make you feel you are dining out with class. read more

Very allergy conscious. One tree nut allergy & 2 of us are gluten free. Great- friendly & fast- service. We ate at 12 on a weekday. Enjoyed GF fish & chips and GF pulled pork mac & cheese. BBQ is on the sweeter side but the crispy onion straws were on point. For the non- GF folks, regular pulled pork mac & cheese, chicken Caesar & tomato soup was tasty. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this restaurant is. My niece has celiac so it is super important that she dines in a safe environment. She is a wonderful advocate for herself and asks the right questions but at 110 they beat us to it! The waitstaff goes out of their way to make sure they are providing food with no allergens. Sometimes people think they have to forfeit good food for this but we did not. We had the Asian calamari as an appetizer which was delicious and plentiful. My niece had chicken tenders and fries and for anyone who has GF issues this is a treat when eating out. I had the wedge salad with salmon which was huge so I took the rest home. My husband had the burger. All the staff was friendly and attentive. We will be back and often! We would love to see a restaurant open in Saratoga or close by! read more

I've wanted to try this place for a while, but I was disappointed. There were 3 of us for lunch and it cost us $43 each. I felt that was expensive. We shared an appetizer and dessert and our entree's were about $20 each. The best item we had was the bang bang cauliflower. I wish I had got a picture before we devoured it. The service was good, very friendly, I had the meatloaf and it was ok. I also tried the roasted Brussels Sprouts, they lacked salt and were dry. No salt or pepper shakers on the tables. Everyone else said there meals were ok. The service staff were very conscious of food allergies and you were asked several times if you are sensitive, allergic, gluten free, etc. That was actually very refreshing. Probably won't go back. I chose 110 Grill tonight to grab a drink and dinner with a friend who hasn't been out since the quarantine. We dined outside and it super clean and a great environment. She's vegetarian so I have to choose a place with options and here really fit the bill. Firstly, our service was fantastic. Meals were perfectly timed and she was always there if we needed something. Amazing service. We got couple drinks and an appetizer. The spinach artichoke dip was really good, it's been a long time since I had it and it really hit the spot. I had the steak salad which I had before at the Albany location and unfortunately it wasn't as good. It was light on the dressing and toppings and the cuts on the veggies were awkward. It was still good though so, no big deal. My friend order the vegetarian stir fry and enjoyed it but it was pretty spicy for her so she didn't finish it. (She's kinda whimpy when it comes to spice) All and all, very solid experience and I think we will come back since it's pretty close to where we work. read more

We told the waitress our daughter was a vegetarian and she dismissively said "oh well that's not an allergy". Our daughter ordered a beyond burger and they served it to her with bacon. She didn't realize until she took a bite and went to the bathroom and got sick and was upset. The waitress just said she can get another one. The manager came over and told us it wasn't his fault because the waitress specifically wrote bacon on the order??? My daughter ordered mushrooms and the waitress wrote bacon??? When my daughter came back the waitress asked her if she was safe?!?!?! it was truly a horrific experience. On top of this the restaurant was offering 2 vegetables tonight broccoli and brussel sprouts and they ran out of both. Do not go here!! read more

The wrap was cold, right out of the package and the amount of fish covered about 25% of the taco. The staff was awesome. My bartended / waiter Mike was sweet, accommodating and friendly even with a busy bar. His co-bartended (female didn't get a name) and every server I encountered was super friendly. Two issues were (1) the lighting is awful. Way too bright and the high hats make the room super uncomfortable; (2) the wine by the glass was meh. Otherwise pretty good. The service here has crashed to the ground and it does not seem to be improving with time. Each time we've gone recently there have been mistakes, delays in orders, and disgruntled waitstaff. First, let me start off by saying I had extremely high hopes for this place. After driving by and seeing a seemingly busy parking lot we decided to check it out. The exterior of the building is well maintained and there is nice section for outdoor seating. Upon entering the restaurant there is a nice little bar, a host stand and many seating options (high tops, booths, low tables). The hosts were accommodating when we asked for a specific section on a Friday night. We sat down and were greeted by an extremely friendly face! The waitstaff was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Our server let us know that everything is made from scratch and that they are able to accommodate any food allergy. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. My girlfriend has a food allergy and does not eat any red meat, poultry or dairy. Since they could "accommodate any food allergy" we were excited! She opted for the fish tacos but was disappointed to find out that they were out of their standard fish tacos. Our server immediately piped up and said he could substitute the fish for salmon. We agreed and continued to order. For an appetizer we had fried pickles. They were pretty good but for $11 the serving size was extremely small for a "shareable" item. The rest of our party ordered various sandwiches and a pasta dish. Overall we were very disappointed. A few in our party compared this place to an "upscale Applebee's" and I can't help but agree. Presentation was good but taste was subpar....especially for the prices. I could go to an upscale Italian restaurant and have multiple courses for the price of one pasta dish here. The icing on the cake was when our waiter brought the bill and charged us for a salmon dinner instead of the fish tacos. We probably received 3oz of salmon in the tacos and it was definitely not the equivalent of a "salmon dinner". She would have switched her meal choice if he told her about the charge from the start. We thought he was being "accommodating" but I think it was just a way to up-charge her for more. Sad to say that my whole party is in agreement that we will not be back. read more

I have been to 110 grill a few times and it was really good. I will say it was pre-Covid. Tonight it was just bad. We had a really nice waiter but the food was terrible. I got a spinach artichoke bread bowl and it was so salty that my mouth was burning. I thought it was the chip but I tried it individually and it was the dip. It also tasted like salty mayonnaise. They replace the meal and I ordered a Caesar salad. Very watery mayo tasting Caesar dressing. Not great.The kids got Mac and cheese which both of them didn't like. My one kid thought it was bland but the other found this weird brown lump in it which we cut into but could not tell what it was so it grossed him out. Then they got ice cream and was given a dirty spoon. Just bad all around. Disappointed because I like this restaurant. I will say again the waiter was very nice, gave us a free appetizer card.
