I absolutely love 110 grill in Crossgates, gone several times and always enjoy my time. Food is always great, service is usually on point. I decided to try out 110 grill Latham. This location is closer and you get to avoid the mall. However the service was a bit off. They have a lot of work to do. I sat at the bar... took quite a bit to get service. I seen several guest walk in after me. The host was missing and the guest were a bit lost if they are supposed to seat theirselves or not. The bartender was not on the A game. Needs some training in the service industry. They messed up my order however I accepted it as is.... "I'm not waiting for food to be recooked as I'm already hungry" I will go to the Crossgates one until this one is operating better read more

For lunch recently, my friend and I decided to give 110 Grill. Decor is lovely, wait staff attentive and reasonable amount of parking for a strip mall. Presentation of food was what you would expect for the prices. For lunch you have an option to choose small plates, which I do appreciate. I have a love of fried pickles and have sampled many plates of said fried goodness. My only complaint about the pickles was lack of seasoning. Sauces to accompany said pickles was bland. Second part of lunch was a half sandwich - BLTA. Bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado. Friend had a burger which she said was cooked as requested with a side of french fries. It is a nice addition to Latham. A little fancier than fast food venues and offers a break from fast lane food. read more

The lettuce on my salad was old and didn't taste good, I ordered Fish and Chips and for 22 bucks you get this tasteless little square piece of fried fish with french fries TERRIBLE!! We attended 110 Grill yesterday to enjoy Mothers Day for me and my mother. We could see how busy they were when we were sat. The host was very nice and took us right to a booth near a window. Our server, Aiden, was awesome. He was very funny and knew a lot about the menu and the allergies. He himself has a fair share he said. The perfect person to endorse at a restaurant like this. He suggested a few apps and entree options that we figured we would try. Although timing might have went a little longer, as we anticipated with the day and looking around, it was worth the wait. The managers were running around making sure things were smooth. The one checked in on us and asked how things were going. We said great, and he responded by saying wonderful and if we needed anything to let us know. He had checked in with a lot of table to make sure they were doing okay, which we appreciate. They may have needed more staff on but you could tell that they were passionate and cared about the people sitting in the restaurant. The food was good, but we really loved how it seemed like they cared and wanted it make sure we had a great experience. That goes a long way as it was a special occasion for us. We really enjoyed our time at 110 Grill Latham and will definitely be back. We highly recommend if you're looking for a place that cares about their guests! read more

Waitress was excellent. Very attentive and prompt. Eight of us dining out and had two appetizers - Bang bang cauliflower and chorizo tatertots. Both of these were excellent. main entrees - fish and chips, 110 chicken caprese, , wedge salad, steak salads. Everyone reported very good however all of the salads had a bit much dressing or balsamic reduction on them. 110 chicken caprese overcooked chicken but was able to finish regardless. I'd go back as this is my third visit and only one that we had a bit of issue with. Still worth it even with kitchen staff a bit off. read more

We were a party of 4 ordering 3 different burgers and fish tacos. The barbecue burger was ordered mid-rare and came out well done with cold fries, an order of fish tacos come out with the shells falling apart, 2 small nuggets of fish in each taco. The turkey burger is advertised as having avocado on it, none on it when served. We told the waiter about the issues he said "I'll tell the kitchen", but nothing happened other than he brought the full check to the table and no apology . no manager in sight. They are extremely allergy conscious when it comes to meal preparation and avoiding cross-contamination. The drinks are great and reasonably priced. Service is always friendly and timely. Wow.... This place has the inmates running the asylum. The managers were no where to be seen and it seems the staff (a few of of which were working hard, most were just hanging out) were all brand new. The entire order board was red and it seems like there was literally one guy (a new waiter ) that cared. A kid in a grey polo was a total jerk to our table and was super snotty when we asked about our food. I once loved this place the attention to detail was amazing.... However the last two experiences have been horrific. I have celiacs and my options are limited so this place was always my go to... however the rap music, and someone in the back screaming what the fuck... the food took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Had lunch at 110 Grill in Latham for the first time yesterday with 3 friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, 3 of us had the 2-for$10 special. We all had the seasonal salad, which we all raved about. Other choices included Cuban sandwich, pepperoni flatbread, BLTA and a classic burger. We all saved room for desert and were not disappointed! Great spur of the moment find near Albany NY. Wanted a business man's dinner sitting at nice bar eating good food. The bonus was the 5 star service provided by my bartender who started off making me a killer Moscow Mule that was refreshing and hit all the right notes. Then a simple but spot on warm bread and herb infused butter course that set my taste buds on fire. His Thai calamari appetizer recommendation was also on point, crunchy with some hot peppers and pickles. The main course of chimichurri steak and pomme frites was off a little and not executed that well except for the piping hot and crunchy french fries. The steak was tough and the chimichurri was missing a puréed infusion of fresh garlic & olive oil & herbs. Looked to me like it was just chopped pickles. But hey i was full and then the bartender recommended and brought a decadent peanut butter ice cream on top of a warm brownie with crumbled peanut butter cups all smothered in hot fudge, hello an explosion of flavor. Went here for lunch on Saturday approximately 1:00pm. Sat at the bar. The food was fine, however, the server (known as 'AM Bar') was so busy socializing with her friends that were there that she could not be less attentive. Had our lunch without beverages. But we did get to hear all about her upcoming vacation. The people near use didn't get soup they ordered. The manager brought it out late, very unapologetic. When we got there, we were told They "can not sit 13 people". I explained that we did not need to sit together and was told no, they would not sit us. I've been to 110 in Albany and Syracuse NY. All experiences have been positive. The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. In Syracuse, my order was messed up but when the waiter came out he brought the mix up and told us it was on the house and they were preparing the correct flatbread. Visited 110 Grill on Saturday with my ladies for dinner. The tables in the restaurant are well set up and not too close to each other. The decor is simple and appealing. Most the table ordered burgers. I had the cure burger is was really good (egg was over cooked, but I didn't request it any other way). The sweet potato fries were ok, they could use some special dipping sauce. My friends who ordered entrees devoured their meals. Our waiter was amazing, he was very attentive and helpful. We decided to try a new spot for happy hour . I hate to admit but I wish we remained close to home! The hostess sat us on the patio. We asked to sit around the large fire pit closer to the live music. The hostess refused even though the entire fire pit was open. My date asked for the happy hour menu and the hostess replied "I don't know if we have happy hour". We were able to locate the happy hour menu inside the wine book. The prices are super reasonable, two for $10, mix drinks and food options. The wait for the server was so long my date asked if he should order directly from the bar? We decided against it and ordered two wines from our server. The wait for our drinks was also an eternity. The server returned with just one drink ! He explained the Sauv Blanc I requested was out of stock and he would be happy to substitute with most expensive SB available by the glass. Sounded fair to me so I agreed... and the wait for my wine went even longer. The white wines were served in a cognac snifter, not the stemmed wine glass I had fantasized about for the past thirty minutes ! The server did not leave a spoon or any utensils despite asking for a side of ice. We actually had no utensils or napkins until the appetizer Crab Dip was delivered. And again, we waited for the food runner to bring plates and utensils and napkins. The Crab Dip was luke warm and served with slices of bread and potato chips. The chips were not cooked thoroughly resulting in zero crisp and a mushy center. Ordering one appetizer is definitely not an accurate representation of the food at this restaurant. But the quality of the appetizer is the reason we refrained from ordering entrees and cashed out. I hope the staffed can learn to anticipate the guests needs and learn the details about the menu. At least we tried something new but I do not plan on returning. read more

I've come here a few times now, and they never disappoint. Today I got the prosciutto-wrapped cod. The fish and the risotto were amazing; probably my favorite thing I've tried so far. I also got the Echo Bay Sauvignon blanc, which was served to me first with a taste test to make sure I liked it, and then the full glass. Long wait time for food, which had no flavor for Angus Beef. Not many people in the restaurant at a supposedly busy time. A year ago, the place used to be bustling with people. The ambiance does not matter much if you offer good food and service. The prices for what they offer are not worth the money. We were offered a mediocre free dessert for poor food. I was in desperate need of some new surroundings. I am sick of being couped up and only dinning around my town. I looked at the menu on line and it was interesting to me. Let me start by saying that I HATE chain restaurants. Mass produced blah food. So me giving this place 5 stars is something to talk about. It took us about 45 minutes to get here. This restaurant is in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. They have a very large comfortable looking patio. If it was a nicer night we would of sat outside. We did not have a reservation. We walked in and the atmosphere was nice. The place was not full of people, the girl at the front desk said without a reservation there would be a small wait. It was almost 630 so we sat at the bar. Which is always fine with me because I feel the service is always better at the bar. The bar top was gorgeous. A sparkly dark orange and very clean. There were tons of chairs around the bar but the 2 other couples were really spread out. We ordered drinks, the bar tender was nice and accommodated my special martini request. We ordered 3 appetizers and one dinner. All the food was very good. The shrimp appetizers with the tai chilly sauce was fresh and cooked to perfection. The calamari was also fresh and perfectly cooked. Rick got a fried fish for dinner, it was a nice size piece of fish and the fries were also tasty. The crab dip was the only thing I really thought was just ok. It wasn't like that recipe on line with the chunky crab and a little sweetness. I like my crab dip on the sweet side. The chips that came with it were very yummy. Over all we had a great dinner. If we were in the area again we would stop there for dinner. I also would try the 110 chain if I was in another area.
