I've been to other 110 Grills and they've been great! But this one was not so much... I have Celiac Disease, and I ordered from the gluten free menu and so did my mom. We ordered a gluten free appetizer and my mom also ordered a gluten free meal. The appetizer came and I had a couple bites, and realized it wasn't gluten free. So I stopped eating it. We were going to ask the waitress, who was nowhere to be seen. (It took over 30 minutes just to get the appetizer). I guess someone else there noticed we were served a non-gluten free app, and the manager came over and told us. They ended up comping our entire meal. And the waitress came over and apologized. So that was great! But I've also been sick since we've gone. If you have celiac and go to this location, just be hyper vigilant. The service was also incredibly slow. They ended up also having to remake my moms meal, so my dad and I were finished with ours by the time hers came. The food was good, but the place definitely needs work. read more

Went to lunch here last weekend worst service i have ever had! No drink refills and didn't get all of our food. Then to top it off the server told my daughter she was rude because she went to him for a drink refill! Like really!!! Do yourself a favor and save your time and money!!! Our first time at a 110 grill and I am extremely impressed. We sat on the patio on a nice day and enjoyed the warm weather. The food and drinks were a step above the rest, but our waitress Melissa really made the whole experience for us. She was very friendly and checked on us the perfect amount. We stopped at the 110 Grill after leaving Saratoga Springs to have a late dinner with my family. We were seated near the kitchen pass through and enjoyed all the beautiful food on the counter being readied for the servers to pick up. It was like a preview for us to see what was being served. Crystal, our wait person was very friendly and showed great caring and appreciation for us as if we were her guests in her own home. Crystal checked on us repeatedly during our dinner making sue we had everything we wanted or needed. The menu has a great variety of dishes and choosing is difficult because everything looked so good. We were not disappointed as all our meals were excellent. The kitchen even went through the trouble to mix up some cocktail sauce that we had requested. The manager also stopped by to make sure we were happy with our food and service. Ordered the 110 meatloaf for takeout & was very disappointed. instead of a meatloaf, what I ended up receiving were two (2) patties stacked on top of each other. The meatloaf came with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes were drenched in the "smokey glaze" that was supposed to be on the meatloaf. Today was the first time I've ever walked out of a restaurant....literally. We were seated at 3:15. The bartender took 5 minutes to greet and hand us menus. As he handed them to us, he asked if we wanted anything to drink. I asked for a wine list, and he informed me that I had it, which I did not. He was clearly annoyed. He then handed me the wine list. Being that y boyfriend and I worked as wait staff in restaurants for many years between us, we are extremely patient and understanding. You never know what kind of night someone had, so we give a LOT of leeway. But for some reason this guy seemed to have a problem asking me if I needed or wanted anything. Like literally was annoyed and bothered asking if I wanted a drink, if i was ready to order, and when I was not ready, he was annoyed. So he left us with our drinks for 20 minutes before asking us if we were ready to order again. The place was empty. We were busy talking so we let it go. Then he disappeared. Never to return. NO ONE asked us if we wanted anything, no one asked us if we were okay...again the place was EMPTY. Then some guy from the kitchen serves us our cold food. I have never seen my bf of 20 years complain at a restaurant. He literally grabbed his food and tore it in two and handed it to the manager who agreed it was stone cold. We started grabbing coats and asked for the check. She said she'd cover our check. I told her it was not her fault, but her staff needs an overhaul. She agreed. We left. The total lack of customer service is mind blowing. This guy better be GONE for he has no business working in a restaurant! read more

So I read the reviews before coming and still decided to give it a shot, it must be because I'm not a self entitled person or demand a restaurant to serve me at the speed of a McDonald's drive thru, but yeah we were off to a slow start... no biggie seeing as we came in the middle of the dinner rush ON A FRIDAY NIGHT, after we got our drinks (Prosecco and a dirty martini) which were really good we put in our food order. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip which was great nice and creamy, plenty of chips in fact my boyfriend started to take apart the bread bowl it came in and eat that as well!! Then he got the buffalo flat bread which was honestly wonderful it didn't have too much sauce or not enough chicken it was perfectly balanced I got the grilled cheese and tomato soup which was hands down one of the best grilled cheese sandwich's I've ever had! Also our server (Christina) was tentative and didn't miss a beat. I think people need to chill out and realize this isn't a fast food joint and if you're looking for your food to come immediately after you order, go to Burger King, everything here is great and the staff is welcoming and accommodating definitely worth the time and we will for sure be back! read more

Came here for dinner and we had made reservations for 615 and got sat right away. Greeted by host kindly and server in a timely manner. The menu looked amazing and so much to offer. We got lobster bisque and the wedge salad for apps. Both very good. My son ordered the pulled pork Mac and cheese, I ordered the steak tips, mashed potatoes and green beans, my hubby got the chicken cordon blue sandwich. My son did not care for his, said it was enough sharpness to it and way too much garlic in the sauce, I actually thought it was ok. My steak tips were very tasty but not medium rare they were actually well done. My mashed potatoes were ice cold, the greens beans needed to be cooked about 2-3 minutes longer, they were so hard. My hubby's chicken was just ok, way too salty he said and he really likes things salty. His fries were cold. We all were way too hungry to complain and just ate. All very tasty meal but some things they need to pull together to get 5 stars from me. The waiter was kind and accommodating. Overall just ok. read more

We had apps at the bar, atmosphere was pretty, friendly, clean, comfortable seating. Busy but well managed. Spinach dip was fine, wings were spicy, not crispy as I asked, tuna was fresh but only ok. When we came out shopping cart was rammed into the front of our car probably won't be back.. too bad as the outside fire pit looks inviting and age group was nice 50/50 on returning, I know it's new, may need to fine tune, best of luck read more

My friend and I went to 110 Grill for lunch today. The place was busy but not full and certainly not crazy busy. We were seated at a table right out in the middle of the place, where many waitstaff went by many times. Finally after about 1/2 hour we asked the hostess if any waitperson was assigned our table and she agreed to check and be sure someone came to our table soon. A waitress came took our drink order and also our food order. Another 1/2 hour and the manager came over all apologies and said lunch was on him we wouldn't have to pay. Still no food in sight. There was some oversight and the kitchen was understaffed whatever. We waited another 15 minutes and the food, some of it arrived. A hamburger no fries they weren't ready yet, no ketchup they forgot that. 10 minutes more the ketchup arrived and the fries. The other meal was the lunch special, a salad and flatbread, nothing exotic. There was really no excuse for any of this, the service was just terrible. Other customers came and went around us it was like we were invisible! The food was mediocre and definitely not worth the wait. It was nice that at least we didn't have to pay! They did the right thing giving us a free lunch but the overall experience was very disappointing I can't say I'd take the chance and return. Hope you are patient if you decide to go here or perhaps they will have gotten their act together. It could get costly for them giving out free lunches to compensate for bad service. read more

Non verbal hostess didn't help our first impression. Maybe we weren't that interesting, but still. Only one booth occupied and she wanted to seat us right next to the occupied booth?? Cody, our server, made up for it. Very welcoming and helpful. Our 4 lunches of tomato soup, grilled cheese, Cuban and fish tacos, were fine. We went to the Latham location because our friends are crazy for 110 in Massachusetts. Bar service was slow. I cancelled my wine because I was half way though my lunch and it hadn't arrived. In closing, we asked the hostess about the loyalty program and she couldn't provide any information and said they didn't have loyalty cards. Our friend had his card in his hand. I had signed up on line beforehand and only received a promotional email that stated in part, "Receiving this notification does not mean that you have signed up for the 110 Grill loyalty program". So far, phone orderinr for take leaves alot to be desired. First time i called, on hold for 10 mins. 2nd time they answered the phone and hung up immediately. 3rd time, i got a generic voice recording asking me to leave my number. All i want to do is order a simple take out!!!!! Last time that i was EVER going to call, i finally reached so confused kid and placed my order. I hate to give this review, as this is usually one of my favorite spots. I decided to grab lunch outside while getting some work done. I ordered a glass of red wine, and unfortunately when the waitress brought it, she spilled it alllll over me (and my WHITE dress). She was super apologetic and sweet. Did her best to clean it up and continued to apologize. The manager came out to check on me, and I was very kind, these things happen. Imagine my shock when I got my bill and there was nothing taken off it. Not even the glass of wine that was spilled all over me. Let alone that it was a brand new dress that is likely now ruined. I felt horrible saying something to my waitress, and she was embarrassed bc she thought her boss took care of it. They ended up taking the one glass of wine off. So now I have a ruined dress, an awful lunch experience, and I basically paid for them to spill wine on me and ruin my dress. My family was in the restaurant industry, and I've been a server, if it were me I would have comped the whole meal and offered to pay dry cleaning. Instead they acted like nothing happened, well except the server, who continued to apologize and thank me for being so nice. Save your money, and your manners, not worth the price of admission. Some friends and I went to 110 for dinner on a Friday night. We were immediately greeted by happy faces. I have food sensitivities so 110 works well for me because they have a full gluten free menu. I usually feel like a bother at restaurants asking a thousand questions about what's in each item but our server was amazing!! Hannah happily went and retrieved a large binder that lists all the possible allergens in each menu item. She went over it with me and never once seemed annoyed or tried to rush me through it. We also met Doug who was amazing as well. Our food arrived quickly, was hot and tasted wonderful. The bartender was also wonderful, unfortunately I forgot to get his name. Everyone was very attentive, warm and inviting. I had been to a different location of 110 twice prior to this and wasn't impressed due to a few issues. However this experience in Latham was much better. We will definitely be going back to this location!! read more

Since I found out 110 Grill has a large selection of gluten free options, I decided to give it a try. They have a beautiful website that gave the impression it would be more of a fine dining establishment. I knew the second I walked it that it wasn't. Although tastefully decorated for a chain restaurant, it just wasn't what I was expecting. I would NOT recommend this establishment. Even though we had a very friendly waiter who reassured me that a manager would bring out the gluten free meal that was marked for being gluten free, the quality of the food was horrible. It took over a half hour to be served from placing our order. The tomato soup tasted fine, but was barely lukewarm. My 110 salad with chicken was nothing that I expected. The chicken was on the side of the plate, while the salad on the other. I could barely cut the chicken with the knife provided because it was so hard/dry. I would expect it to be cut up and on the salad. The 2 pieces I was able to cut tasted like baked chicken with absolutely no flavor. I should have known to ask for the dressing to on the side, but I didn't. The dressing was overpowering and too much for the salad. I never post reviews, but I was so disappointed that I wanted to warn other gluten free people who are used to eating high quality food. If you like chain restaurants like the 99, Applebee's, etc., you may be happy with 110, but I don't plan on going back there. read more

My retired friend go out to lunch every day so we have five or six restaurants we like to go to. 110 Grill is kind of a sports bar, but with an industrial look. It's a big place with different rooms so great for parties. They have lunch specials which cost $10. You have four items from section 1 to choose from and four items from section 2 to choose from. Of course they have a large lunch menu if you choose to go that way. I had the half size chicken caesar salad with a half cuban sandwich. Our waitress Vienna was very attentive with a great personality. Our food came out on time without any problems and the food was great. 110 Grill has a nice big bar and outdoor patio with a fire pit . Looking forward to nicer weather to sit outside. I definitely would recommend check 110 Grill out. I have not been there for dinner , but it is always crowded. I think lunch cost about $15 a person with a 20 percent tip. read more
