Oh the spectacular and absolutely wonderful things I could say about this place. First of all, depending on when you go - it will be busy, there will be lines, and seating will be hard to find but pro tip, go on a Sunday! My fiancé and I started to go on Sundays and there's been hardly anyone there but if that's not an option, go early! We've been to lavender fest, lavender nights, and Christmas nights, all several times and I will never not recommend this place. There's so much of the property to explore. We've been going the past 2 years and finally decided it was worth it to get the membership so yay! They have literally every lavender thing you can think of, soaps and body mists, face masks and oils, sugar and honey, and all the apparel and trinkets. It's also the perfect place to go Christmas shopping , grabbing a birthday gift, or treating yourself. If you're a lavender lover, it'll be hard leaving a store without buying a bunch of things - I know from experience. There's more stores located in the village that sell all kinds of things as well though they do seem to rotate as some stores stay the same or others I never see again. There's so many photo ops and all the staff are really nice. There's property dogs that wander around and they're honestly one of my favorite parts about visiting. With some events if you buy parking, you'll receive entry but with others you'll need to purchase both so be aware! And also because they have dogs on the property, no pets are allowed. I'd also recommend closed toed shoes as it's mainly dirt and gravel. If you try any food, I can't recommend the fig and goat cheese pizza enough. It's magical. And the Mac and cheese in a sourdough bread bowl! I've never had a softer bread bowl in life. It was incredible. This is always such a fun time and I'll always sing the highest praises and will always recommend checking this place out! They have several events through out the year and I feel like they just keep adding more so definitely follow them on IG or check their website. If you go, I truly hope you have the best time! Edit** I just checked out others reviews and concerns and the main one being pricing - yes. It has gotten way pricier. I first started to go when you only had to buy parking, tickets were included and it was like $10 but this place got popular on social media and they have to up the price to make up for the demand. They've also added so many things and will probably continue to do so. My fiancé and I get there right when it opens and stay until it closes. We come here all the time. This year they added a Valentine's Night. The fields and treees were trimmed with pink lights and had plenty of photo spots. The food was great as always. Pizza, spaghetti, chicken, and braise short ribs. It did get a bit crowded this year because of the weather all the food was served from the main office and not outside as usual. Came for the Christmas Lights and it was magical!!!! Buy tickets in advance. Arrive early so you can park in the lot closer to the entrance, instead of a few blocks away in the residential neighborhood. Parking costs extra and you can buy that ahead of time too. Everything is, as my teenager calls it, "aesthetic". PLENTY of instagram opportunities. HOT COCOA is awesome... The LAVENDER HOT COCOA is divine!! LAVENDER LATTE is a must too. SANTA was there in his own cottage. There was a line to get in the cottage (of course). Plenty of stuff to do. Mazes, elf-hunting (not shooting; scavenger hunt!!!), letters to Santa, etc. Saw a dude propose under the 100-year old oak. That was cool. There are SMORES PITS! Which you have to reserve and pay for ahead of time. POUTIN was delicious. BREAD was wonderfully crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. It certainly adds up here. read more

Me the hubby and our two friends came the last week of the lavender nights the end of October 2025. It was $16 a person since we came on a Thursday. Parking was around $18 I believe. We went a few years ago for the first time once things opened up after covid and it was nice but small. This year it was so much better and bigger! There were so many more shops, food items and places to walk around and fun photo ops. We definitely dressed warmly since most things were outside. For food we wanted to try it all lol but we ended up sharing the spicy pepperoni pizza topped with ricotta cheese with lavender ranch. It was greasy and delicious and the lavender ranch was mainly regular ranch dressing with a hint of lavender. Me and the hubby ordered a lavender whisky sour and a lavender margarita. After we ate we went to look in all the shops filled with all things lavender and a few other things grown on the farm. I ended buying some lotion, glass straws and two stickers. My two favorite photo ops are the couch in the field and the giant tree with lights hanging down. After we had walked around a bit me and my friend shared a matcha flight found in the matcha tea room. My faves were the matcha with lavender foam and strawberry matcha. I liked the lavender one so much I ordered a whole drink after lol. We then went over to the sourdough bread area and looked around. Then went outside again to the fields filled with lights which felt so romantic! The staff is pretty friendly and helpful when needing directions or had questions about items. I've been coming here the last couple years and what I can say is -- this place is incredible and continues to improve each time I come. I can't wait to see what else they have coming, but I can tell the continue to put back into the property and events. There aren't many places like this and I think it's a truly special place! The food is incredible and the drinks hit every time. They have different festivals throughout the year, and they change the vibe up for each one. Almost every month has a different theme. I have to say my favorite thing about 123 farms is just that coziness of walking around a farm that is lit up with thousands of beautiful lights. The pictures are great, but there's something different about just coming to enjoy a good night. The kids love it. They run around freely and enjoy everything here. My personal favorite are all the gift shops. The lotions, candles, and little Knick knacks are always fun to shop. It's a very chill vibe. It's a farm boutique experience ... truly unique. I went to 123 Farm for my birthday with a group and I had the most incredible experience. The food was all amazing, the lavender field was amazing, and all of the shops were AMAZING! I had an absolute blast. The land is massive, so there is so much to do. When people say you can explore for 4-5 hours they mean it! We were there from 5-10pm and still felt like we missed some things. It also was busy but did not feel overly crowded because of the space. The downside is the pricing. Is it expensive? Absolutely. Would I return anyway? Absolutely. This is more of a special event and less of something you do casually. It requires planning! I highly recommend going especially for a date night or birthday. In my opinion 123 Farm is worth the money to have a magical experience for hours with SO much to do! read more

I've been here multiple times, for almost every event. It is always a nice night, hangout and usual self. Lately, the price has gone ridiculous high, you pay to get in to pay for everything inside. Thats beside the point, We went today, and I was taking pictures of my niece. I asked beforehand about taking photos with my camera and the employee said sure. When I was taking pictures near the shops, a girl came to me. She was about 5'4, a little chunky and white. She asked rather rudely, what are you doing? I thought it was time to go. Instead of getting to the point, she kept asking what are you guys doing? After I said taking pictures of my niece, she asked again, for what, she said. She said that posed pictures needed a permit, and that was fine. But the way she said it, never getting to the point, rather rude, instead of getting to the point, made the whole thing confusing until the end. Girl, maybe next time, just get to the point, say it isnt allowed instead of trying to accuse of things. Be respectful to your clients. We go and pay to get in, pay to get food, pay to get a ride around the area and pay for almost everything else... just be nice. I've had this place on my radar for a bit with intentions of going to the lavender festival during spring/summer, but time flew by and we decided to go for the Christmas Nights event this year and it was super cool and well worth it. My GF and I have been to Tanaka Farms and Descando Gardens last year for their Christmas/lights and 123Farms beats those by a long shot. The farm is pretty huge, but not so big that you would get tired from walking. It is spacious enough where there are a lot of people, but there isn't really which is a good thing because it doesn't feel crowded at all and you have plenty of space to eat and take your pictures without too many distractions or people getting in the way. There are plenty of light decorations of varying colors and sizes. They are spaced out quite well. Overall, there are many spots to take some great pictures! There are a handful of stores including merchandise which includes their lavender stuff and eateries. I heard the food was really good here and I initially had the impression that there would be multiple merchants for it, but there's only a handful of spots. These are pizza, loaded fries, and loaded potatoes. The rest of the eateries are sweets such as funnel cake, sourdough donut, ice cream, and a coffee stall that sells lavender infused drinks. We opted to go for sweets and just eat something home since the lines were sort of long. We got their Rudolph funnel cake and the lavender cocoa. The funnel cake had strawberry and jam, whipped cream, and a bit of chocolate powder. It good, but I would definitely perfer just a good ol one with powdered sugar. My GF very much enjoyed the hot cocoa with lavender. Next week when we come back we'll try the pizza and the fries! There are plenty of places to sit, relax, eat, and chat. There is a area with several bonfires and you can buy sticks and smores which I thought was super neat. The restrooms are small, but clean (don't worry, no porta potties). Pricing is your typical festival/lights/garden/fair prices, ranging from $16-24 depending on the day (weekends more pricey) and I believe parking is $18. I HIGHLY recommend you pay for general parking because you will park very far and walk very far to and fro. Doing this at night when it's this cold might be rough but if you want to save some, just understand the street parking IS far because of so many people. You can get here early since it gets dark right around 5pm, but I would imagine you would have to get here really early. But the downside of getting here early is that now you have to wait for the sun to go down for the lights to be more prominent. Food prices are your typical festival/lights/garden/fair prices, so expect to pay like 15-20 per main entre. I think drinks probably range around 6-10 and they do sell alcohol. There are plenty of parking spots within the farm if you paid for parking and it's quite easy to get in and out. We left about an hour before closing and we got out easily. All in all, this is a very lovely place to take a date, family (and is kid friendly), or even friends. The drive from Ontario was about an hour to and from, but we took our time and enjoyed our time at 123Farms over the course of about 2 hours or so and got to see everything. 5/5 stars! My GF and I are looking forward to going to their other lights and festivals next year! read more

Services was actually pretty fast surprisingly with all the people that were there.They only had one section for food and drinks and the rest were lights. It's nice for a date night, but it can get pricey if you have little ones, they had Santa and his slay and you can take a pic with him with your phone, so that was cute! The food was pretty good overall, but the French toast stood out it was thick, golden, and had a perfect balance of crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. It wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciated, and paired really well with the fresh fruit and syrup on the side. The ambiance was cute and cozy, with a charming vibe that makes it a nice spot for a relaxed weekend brunch. We were seated right away, which was great, but the service after that was pretty slow. The Lavender Nights at 123 Farm was a one time experience I would recommend to anyone who has not done it before, with a disclaimer that you will be spending a steep price of over $100+ if you are going with someone else. Aside from the entry fee ($40/person) and marked up food prices at the venue, the farm has many photo op opportunities. We were able to make lasting memories with plenty of nice pictures to keep of our time there. The placement and design of shops are well put together, therefore although super aesthetic, the atmosphere feels like it is a theme park rather than an authentic, operating farm. The workers were all very helpful to our requests, and the farm dogs were very cute. Overall, I think it is a great experience for a first time but I do not plan on returning anytime soon. read more

The vibes!!! Came here for the Lavender Nights festival on a Sunday night. Arrived when they opened and went straight to the food line because the lines tend to get long. We had the pizzas and I am still craving them! The sourdough crust was crisp with a good chew... texture and taste was everything. TEA NIGHTS REVIEW: I went to the tea nights festival which I was amazed by the amount of teas and loved the concept however the foods were executed poorly. I was SOOO excited to try all the tea foods. I saved up money to order a ridiculous amount of food tried some there and took the rest to go. Unfortunately, the food featuring tea elements was truly often a gimmick. Starting off with the matcha panko crusted chicken: there was truly no matcha on this. It didnt even have a slight green hue, and no matter how many times I tried it on different occasions to clear my pallet, neither I nor my friends could taste any slightest ounce of matcha. I truly do not believe the panko had matcha at all. In the future, I hope they make the matcha taste-able because that's the whole reason people order it! Green Tea Pesto Spaghetti: again I really struggled to taste any green tea. I believe there was some on there but just serving as a decorative touch with the basil. I couldn't taste it. It was overall bland, boring, and disappointing. I made it better by pouring some of their tea salt on it and their lavender olive oil I bought at the store. Matcha Fries: the matcha was very light, I definitely think more has to be added in the future. Very very difficult to taste any matcha. The ranch it came with had a slight hint of a matcha flavor that you have to concentrate on to taste, which was the most matcha flavor out of any of the items I tasted. Black tea steak skewers: the salt provided here was good, you can definitely taste the tea. The steak itself was fine and you can slightly taste the black tea marinade although my friends and I were divided on that. Lavender Fig + Goat Cheese Pizza: this was a good tasting pizza but again, I didn't taste any tea in the pesto. There was a very slight hint of lavender. I ended up sprinkling the lavender oil from their store on it again and that improved it a lot. The bright side was the bar! The drinks were well executed. The matcha velvet was one of the best drinks I've had in my life, truly incredible. I would go back just for that. Lastly, the teas: the tea tasting experience exceeded my expectations because of how many teas we truly got to try. The indoor store area (tea hall) that was staffed had the best teas. They also had matcha lattes (not listed on the brochure) with options of oatmilk (you have to ask) which was a very nice and delicious surprise. The section of lavender teas was the most disappointing unfortunately. They had a couple of teas that were clearly not brewed long enough and tasted like water. The back section area of teas (tea village) was unattended and about 5 of the self-serve teas were empty which was also disappointing. Some of the teas and coffees in that area I believe were supposed to be warm but everything was cold. I wish they had staff there like the rest of the event. Additionally, I tried every single "rinse your cup" station I could find, and every single one of them had no water left to rinse. It was fine but after some of the stronger teas or milky ones, I wish I could've rinsed to not mix flavors. The wild orchard teas were incredible, and I strongly recommend them along with 123 farms olive tea latte. I would definitely make the 2 hour drive there again, very beautiful with a lot more to see and do than I expected. Also cool history that Albert Einstein used to visit there and they have the sweetest farm dogs. We organized a friend hang out here at 123 Farm, to say there is "a million lights" is an understatement. The whole farm TWINKLED like a starry sea. The lavender fields were adorned, the biggest trees lit top to bottom, epic archways, EVEN THE CACTUS. The photo opps are unlimited and the pictures turn out great because of how many lights there are. There is plenty of seating as well as food options. The little shops are delightful. Boarder line Scam: My GF and I went for our 1 year anniversary and were we disappointed. When you drive up you can notice all the dying lavender bushes and the parking attendant on his phone. When parked, you walk on uneven roads to see a big 1000 year old tree which is not at all handicap accessible. After the long walk you go to a gift shop, where the cashier is reading a book being extremely rude and short to you. So you come here for the lavender right, you drove 30 minutes and guess what you see... dying lavender bushes all around covered in Italian lights to make it look move lively. For food you get a $22 dollar 4 tiny kids meal slices of pizza and a $8 lavender lemonade (to be fair the lavender lemonade was the only good part of this trek.) I was extremely disappointed and miss lead they should not charge $40 for tickets and $20 for parking if there is no lavender. They need to wait till it actually blooms and not have false advertisement which is similar to the definition of fraud. If you want an unfunny, disappointing joke of a night you found it at 123 unhappy farms. read more

We decided to come here to enjoy all the lavender activities that they provide here on the 123 Farm! When you drive up, you are asked for your tickets and you are told where to park. We were also given a map. We were able to park easily and could not decide where to start first because we wanted to se everything. We loved all the lights! Such a great photo opportunity! We came with a stroller and mostly everything we were able to see was accessible. They have little shops and that was a little hard to maneuver with a stroller so I suggest bringing a wrap or carrier so you can put the stroller to the side and put the baby in the carrier so you can shop! It was raining the day we went so it was hard to do that but we will because we are definitely going again. My aunt was able to get a sheet lavender spray from one of the shops and it smelled amazing!! We were not able to see everything because of the rain so we are coming back! We did have a burger with fries and that was delicious! We had a lavender mojito and that was so good! I also got chocolate lavender ice cream and you can really taste the lavender in the after taste. It was different! We also got a bottle of wine and we were given plastic wine cups. The bartender opened the wine for us and out the cork in so we could drink it whenever we got settled at a table. They had music playing. There were also many tables with umbrellas to block the rain but it was hard to find a table because many people were trying to find tables with umbrellas. I suggest to wear coming shoes because it is a lot of walking. When we decided to leave we were able to exit smoothly. read more

This is a charming farm! BUY YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE ONLINE!!! Screen shot your ticket just in case. They will scan it when you enter to park. Parking: parking is on a lot of dirt and gravel. Much of the farm is on uneven and unpaved ground, adding to the rustic aesthetic. The lavender fields are lovely and are lit up at night with thousands of fairy lights. There is an old motel on the property and the rooms are cleverly blocked off in such a way so guests can use the bathrooms but not enter the bedroom portion of the rooms. All the staff are very friendly! This is an outdoor kid friendly place for sure. They have a nice selection of food and drinks. Pizzas, cheeseburgers, corndogs! The food changes throughout the year as the themes change for each season. There are lots of great gifts here: jams, jellies, and olive oil. read more

I went to 123 Farm for the Christmas lights, and they were definitely the highlight. Over 1 million lights were spread out across the property, including the lavender fields and other pretty landscapes. it all looked amazing! However, it can get pretty pricey. We spent almost $50 on two 10" personal pizzas and two bottles of water. They also have holiday drinks like cocktails and hot chocolate, but if you're looking to rent a s'mores pit, it's $30 per person (+$2 processing fee) for just 50 minutes. That's a lot if you're coming with a big group. One nice touch is the free photo with Santa on his sleigh, though you'll need to rely on the person ahead of you to take your photo. I do wish there were more food or drink stands around the property. It's a big area, and when we got cold and wanted hot chocolate, we had to walk all the way back to the main building. There are decorative stands that look like they could sell something, but they're just for show. Tickets were $48 each just to get in, and while the lights are beautiful, I'm not sure if it's worth doing again next year. read more

Free tastings with olive oils, balsamic vinegars, honeys, or jams. The vendors and staff are warm and friendly, especially the 3 farm dogs that freely roam everywhere. They are absolute teddy bears and sweetie pies :) I'm obsessed with their lavender-inspired creations! My repeat order is the Fig and Goat Cheese Pizza, complete with lavender, caramelized onions, herbs de Provence garlic sauce, and fresh arugula. It sounded intimidating at first but turned out to be *chef's kiss.*  For dessert, the Lavender Black Matcha Ice Cream, Lavender Honey Ice Cream, Lavender Arnold Palmer, and Lavender Margarita have all tasted yumm. Among the festivals I've attended, the light displays for Christmas Nights and Lavender Nights look more impressive than those during the Lavender Festival. My fiancé and I went to Christmas Nights here and it was amazing! The farm is really big, with lots of Christmas lights set up all over. There were a ton of photo opportunities. There were also small business shops open during the festival so we were able to grab a few Christmas gifts. We liked it so much, we bought more tickets and brought our parents the very next day! I'd highly recommend Christmas Nights and we want to come back for the Lavendar festival in the summer. read more

Such a beautiful place to visit to get into the holiday spirit. Meander around the farm to enjoy the holiday lights and quaint gift shops. Have your picture taken with a real live Santa in a beautiful sleigh. We picked up some unique holiday gifts: lavender soap and moisturizer, lavender scented sleep sets, high quality olive oils, candles, lavender honey, and artesian crafts. I loved the lavender hot chocolate along with the fig, lavender and goat cheese pizza. The vegetarian chili and the Mac n cheese come in sourdough bowls. There is a bar with speciality drinks plus beer and wine. Dining inside or outside. Don't forget to visit the oak tree that is 1000 years old! It's a great date night or family night. A maze for kids to run around and so much more. Definitely recommend. And I'm excited to go back for some of their other special events throughout the year. read more

2nd time here and it's absolutely gorgeous! The first time was during the holidays and although it was freezing cold we enjoyed santa and the festive ambiance. The lavender festival was great as well, walking the property is always a treat. It is very expensive from entry to the desserts and expensive lavender items being sold. Try a lavender lemonade or a lavender latte. Yummy and fresh for a warm summer night! P.S. Wear comfy shoes... you will be walking around a farm after all :) I saw a lot of people in sandals and although there are a lot of concrete areas most are mulch/sand/dirt areas. read more

The drive was a little far, but well worth it. They have a wide variety of food and drinks, and the Christmas decorations make the experience feel so whimsical. Be sure to dress warmly, as it can get a little cold at night. There are many beautiful spots for photos. We would definitely recommend visiting at least once for the experience; we try to come once a year. read more
