Just wow!!! I went here with my boyfriend last Saturday, January 8th, and we had such a good time. Our server Pauly greeted us at the door, and showed us phenomenal hospitality from that moment on. I work near the midtown location, and have never gone in there because it just doesn't look appealing. Based off that I was apprehensive about visiting any 123BSB restaurants. The one in midtown is very much a hole-in-the-wall type of place... however this 125th street location is BEAUTIFUL. They have big booths that can easily (and comfortably) fit 4-6 people. The bar is decorated with LED lights that really set the tone. The music and playlist were awesome, very "Harlem" lol the ambiance is great for date nights and/or group hangouts. The bathrooms are clean, they aren't gender exclusive but it's 2022, get over it. I have zero complaints about this place. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and drinks considering the price range. A really awesome establishment. This will be my new hangout spot for sure!!! Again a huge thanks & shout out to our server Pauly. He was really great, really attentive and accommodating. He offered us giant board games and card games right away. I came here for their grand opening party and it was a packed house advertised as free flowing food and drinks from 6 PM to 8 PM despite the terrible weather it was a great turn out. I arrived around 6: 30 PM. Within minutes I had food and a drink in hand and it was a packed house. the list of food being served were hell wings, honey wings, pig and a blanket, potato wedges, ribs, vegetable potstickers, and mini hamburgers. beers on tap. they also passed out jello shots, tequila shots and I even got to try a peanut butter shot of whisky. the waiter and waitress were on point. Special shot out to t'shoundy and Sonia there were other great waiters and waitresses but I failed to get a name but amazing team effort. the food just kept going at least it was still going when I left around 8:45 PM. I was literally turning down food. my favorite were the honey wings. this will be a cool sports bar. I mean literally nice TV's great atmosphere. I also think it will last as the other two businesses didn't do well there but the spots bar feel is great for the location. I will be back. read more

I went to BSB last night. I've always gone to the one in Hell's Kitchen which I love but since I'm from and still live in Harlem I was so excited that we finally got somethin where we don't have to travel downtown!!!! Anyway when I get there they say they are not letting anyone in because they are filled passed capacity and it's going to be a 45 minute wait, but it was just me and my bestie so it was about 15/20 mins and we had to sit at the bar. Didn't really want to but we got in so whatever. So we order our drinks and our food. The food came pretty fast and it was great as always. When she bought me my drink it was supposed to have tequila, strawberry syrup and lemonade in it and it tasted like just some really shitty artificial bitter nasty lemonade with no notes of tequila or strawberry at all!!! So I said to the bartender this doesn't taste good can I swap for somethin else. She goes I have the manager like wtf Just switch my shit out. And then she was debating with me about how if I switch for the new drink I wanted it wasn't an even exchange. I said I don't give a shit how much it cost give me what I'm askin for. But then she was givin me attitude so that was it for me. So the manager comes over and tries to make me feel better which I appreciate and gives me a free drink(Hennessy Colada) and it was still disgusting. First of all they put it in a Margarita glass and then poured the henny in the glass first and then the colada on top so now I Have a frozen drink with the liquor just sittin at the bottom. And she didn't give me a straw. You give me a wide plastic straw with a shaken cocktail and no straw for a thick frozen drink. I'm so done with Harlem establishments. All my life I been going downtown to the cool stores and restaurants but when the cool stores and restaurants come to Harlem we are always like yes I don't have to go downtown now. But it's always the bootleg version and it still is till this day. Now don't get me wrong all Harlem establishments are not like this. But the chain restaurants and big name restaurants aren't as top notch with service as downtown smfh . Compared to the Hell's Kitchen location, I didn't have the best time. The drinks were good as well as the burgers but the owner and/or manger micro manages and reprimands his employees in front of patrons. I felt this was very unprofessional maybe it's a result of this location just opening and working out kinks, but this aspect took from my experience, if the manger/owner doesn't have faith in and/or respect for his staff it sets a standard and gives the impression that the business may lack professionalism and/or is subpar. Also we requested a change in music as the music was not diverse nor captured the true essence of its location. Overall the staff as far as bartender and servers were amazing but management may have a drastic impact on the functioning and atmosphere of this location. read more

I just spent my hard earned money at this establishment and it was a waste of time and money. Firstly who hires 2 identical twins and doesn't give them name tags. Secondly the manager told the twins to stop serving our table because we were too loud. It's 11:00 on a Saturday night in a bar, who doesn't laugh and play around. Rather than asking us kindly to lower our voices, we were ignored. The twin waitress just stopped serving us. When we inquired with the manager as to why our food was taking so long he said "you guys are being too loud so I told them to stop serving you." What kind of backwards, rude mess is that?! People should be treated with respect at all times. This location needs to have a serious look at employment and do a much better job at recruiting. Better customer service is the only thing that will allow this place to continue to grow. The food wasn't good, the drinks were watered down. We were hoping to watch the football since it's Sunday Football. Everyone knows Sunday's are for football ! Why would you not play ALL THE GAMES!!??? Decided to check this place out with a few friends for football Sunday. The older woman that lingers over the staff was extremely unprofessional. I don't know who the woman is but she made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Whenever we would cheer on our team she would give us this scolding look as if saying to shut up and lower our voices. It's a bar for Christ sake. I spent well over $100 in this establishment and I will never visit this location again. The woman was obnoxious, rude to the stafff, arguing with staff members in front of customers. Made my LGBTQ friends feel extremely uncomfortable with her snarky looks. Ok I get it they just opened so they have to fix the little glitches!! First they are very understaffed so everything took super long to get down to water! They need a better sitting system I feel like I was seated in a isolated area where the waiter had to rush to provide service. I think the one thing that annoyed me the most was those huge JENGA games they had... first the place isn't that big so when someone drops the JENGA it creates a huge noise that startled everyone, they need to invest in padded tables that absorb more of the noise or at least put those games in the back near the bathrooms away from people who are eating drinking and trying to have a conversation. The burgers are delicious but the chipotle teriyaki wings are gross no teriyaki flavor just very strong chipotle.... in my opinion I'll just stick to the 123BS in midtown they seem more organized! read more

The prices at this place are amazing! $2 shots that taste INCREDIBLE & the food also taste delicious. Their $1 sliders are super super good & so is their waffle fries & wings. The atmosphere in here is great BUT they could play some better music it wasn't really anything that was current. The bathrooms are clean & im in love with their sinks - they had such a cool design. I have to share my experience with everyone. Tonight I had the worse experience ever at 123 BSB. First , I get seated with no menus, then 20 minutes wait for menus. Finally, I get the the attention...ordered two drinks and appetizers..then 15-20 minute wait..and finally I get my food but no drinks...I asked the waitress where are the drinks, she said its coming. How are they going to bring out the food and no drinks, no water. I refuse to sit there and spend my money in this place. I ended up walking out. If the managers don't do something now and get the act together with these waitress I guarantee this place will shut down. All they do there is socialize and not pay attention. The service is horrible. I also forgot to mention there was no AC. It's so sad because the place is a nice environment. My co-workers and I enjoyed ourselves. The food and drinks were delicious. We had the cheese burger sliders, chicken, waffle fries, yuca fries, and onion rings. For the drinks we had a drink called the hoochy, hole in one, and a watermelon martini. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because our waiter was lazy and forgetful. Came in on Wednesday around 7pm and were promptly greeted and seated in a large booth in the back. The bar was spacious and very clean, well decorated with neon lights, a few games, and a poppin playlist! At 7, it was at about medium capacity but by the time we left at 10, 123BSB was quickly filling up! Our server José was absolutely incredible, keeping us replenished with shots the whole night! And you can't beat the price of the drinks they were not watered down, so you're def getting your moneys worth. As for food, my friends and I were OBSESSED with the fried chicken, actually ordering more! Some of the best tasting bar food I've ever had. This is going to be my new spot for sure bringing together members of west Harlem and Columbia due to its perfect location right on riverside and 125th. I went to 123 BSB Harlem 2 days ago and I will never be returning. When my friend and I arrived we were quickly seated. We ordered food and drinks but the drinks never came. Our sliders and hot dogs came out 30 minutes later, cold. We asked our server for ketchup but she never brought it. We asked another server for ketchup and I guess she too forgot. We asked a third server for ketchup and after ten minutes we finally got condiments. We had to order drinks a second time because they never came. The food was subpar and service was bad. Not once did our server return to our table to check on us. We wanted more drinks but never had an opportunity to order them. We finally decided we had enough and asked for the check. Another ten minutes passed before we got that. We were sitting with the check and the card ready to pay for another fifteen minutes until we finally got the attention of a server. The server took the credit card and came back five minutes later asking for the pin of the card. I have never been to an establishment where they take your card and ask you for your pin. Server stated that the card wasn't going through as credit and needed the pin. Unacceptable. Save yourself a bad time and go somewhere else! read more
