That resulted in $100k worth of remediation. It seems they provide cookie cutter reports where they copy and paste report findings from a template. To make matters worse, they made an accounting error and forgot to bill me for over two years. Made for quite a surprise when i opened an invoice from them 2 years later requesting $1300! After i had spent $100k to repair the damage they werent competent enough to see during the inspection, they want me to pay up. These guys are a fraud.
