We also had lots of play dough imbedded on the carpet that our kids stomped on, mysterious kids snacks, black make-up doodles, etc. we don't take our shoes off nor do we tell others to remove their shoes so there's that plus active kids in and out of the house....we were impressed how nice and clean our carpet turned out after he was finished. Edited 6/29 to respond the owner's review…read more Again, I never accepted both services. I never chose any of the carpet cleaning options when they came in for the estimate. I had clearly asked if it's ok to chose either one of the options, and told them I would get back to them with my decision (refer to screenshots with time stamps of our conversation - we did not agree to anything on the day of the estimate, 6/19. Prior to knowing that the vacuuming was not part of the full detail cleaning, I told him that I would like to move forward with just the full detail clean of the house on 6/21 ). If they are truly twice as old as me (they don't appear to be in their 60s), they should be mature enough to be true to their words and not put words in customers' mouths. Since they brought age into the discussion, it makes me wonder if they thought I was naive enough to take advantage of.

We had all the major parts: we just needed someone with the skills--it was definitely not my self or my wife! James said he could do it and gave us a competitive price. Once again he proved his strong work ethic and know-how. As it turned out we needed a few extra parts as well as a wider hole in our stainless steel sink to install our water filter. James was able to acquire the necessary parts locally and was able to get the job done. It's actually amazing how diversified Kahuna cleans services are. We will definitely look up bruddah James again next time we have a home improvement project.
