Edited 6/29 to respond the owner's review. Again, I never accepted both services. I never chose any of the carpet cleaning options when they came in for the estimate. I had clearly asked if it's ok to chose either one of the options, and told them I would get back to them with my decision (refer to screenshots with time stamps of our conversation - we did not agree to anything on the day of the estimate, 6/19. Prior to knowing that the vacuuming was not part of the full detail cleaning, I told him that I would like to move forward with just the full detail clean of the house on 6/21 ). If they are truly twice as old as me (they don't appear to be in their 60s), they should be mature enough to be true to their words and not put words in customers' mouths. Since they brought age into the discussion, it makes me wonder if they thought I was naive enough to take advantage of. read more

Found them "on line", read some reviews, liked what I read, & called to schedule an appointment. She said they are booked-up, "but wait, we're not booked for the 5th of July (which is a holiday) we could come clean your carpets that day." Great company! I have used this company 3 times over the last 5 years for move out cleans. They are awesome. They work hard and our great at what they do. I have never had a landlord unhappy with their work. They send me pictures of their work if I can't swing by the house. The are always able to accommodate with my schedule. They clean the carpets professionally too which is great. It saves me from finding someone else. They clean the whole house and the garage, top to bottom. They are hardworking and it shows. We just had our carpets and a rug cleaned and are very pleased with their service They were on time for both the estimate and to do the cleaning They took good care of our hardwoods and put down protective padding for their equipment to o roll on. They have outstanding service. We had an early appointment, cleaners were right on time. We had an issue with our water service at the time, so they couldn't get it done at The schedule time, but we're prompt to reschedule for same day and give us an amazing service. House was spotless when I got home that night. I had a walk thru with the cleaner that morning and everything got done as requested. Exceptional service! Mike did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and dryer vent. He thoroughly went over everything we wanted done before starting. He cleaned in a methodical way. Especially our stairs have never looked better. He recommended cleaning the dryer vent in 6 months because of so much blockage. The service fee was significantly higher than what we have paid in the past. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

The company has left comments on my previous review that skew the events in question in order to try to prove their lack of negligence. I will be adding a picture of the stainless steel refrigerator that they damaged. In addition Andriy claims there were other contractors present "building an outside deck" and that they caused issues -- we have no outside deck on our home, being built or otherwise (our front stairs leading to the front door are the extent of any exterior landing and have been there since we moved in). A friend of ours came inside to fix a small hole in the backsplash and was gone in under 20 minutes. We were more than willing to pay these cleaners what we owed, but with the damage they caused and their attempt to turn it around to fault us, there is no way we will be paying them. read more

Please try this business before you give up and get new carpet. My renters did not clean the carpets for 3 years, had 4 kids and spilled coffee on them. Do not call anyone else to clean your carpets! Stanley Steamers left a mess and I was really thinking no one could clean these white Berber carpets. White Glove uses the Rotovac 360 and they were absolute perfectionists. They saved me from getting new carpets. They have a whole bunch if techniques i have never seen. it seems like my carpets are looking even cleaner as they dry. I was recommended to contact White Glove cleaning by my property management group after tenants abandoned my house without cleaning up or maintaining my house. They cleaned the entire house to have it move in ready in record time. I see why they come highly recommended. The floors and carpets were covered with dog hair, and everything was sparkling clean when they were done. The carpets did not have to be replaced on the stairs as I feared. The entire house now has this fresh, clean smell and able to not notice that dogs lived here. They are worth every dollar to get your place cleaned. I have used Andriy and Nataliya at least 5 or 6 times over the years. I have had them clean my carpets at my home and my office, I have had them clean my rental home on move out and my home while my wife was away. They are fantastic, hardworking, honest people and do a terrific job! I could not say enough good things about them. I have not asked them how much it would cost since the first time I used them because I know that they are honest and they always do a terrific job at an excellent rate. I'm a real estate broker and have rentals of my own that I manage. I can tell you that good honest cleaners are hard to find. I was referred to White Glove by a picky property manager. I expected White Glove to be too busy for me but they made a way. We booked the appointment out a ways because they were leaving for a trip; and so I wasn't sure if I needed to call them and remind them around the appointment. But they called me the day before and confirmed the appointment. Then they were on time, worked diligently, did a good job and charged a fair price. I will definitely use them again. I also had them take my blinds into the shop and clean them. They numbered the blinds and the frame holders and it made it easy for me to reinstall them. Good work, nice people. read more
