Whenever I try a new boba place, I like to try their house milk tea because it gives me an idea of the quality and flavor of the teas they use in house. I was in the area and was curious because they also have a deli. I asked for a lighter sweetness since I don't like it too sweet. So the milk tea was watered down with no tea flavor. Tasted like sweet milky water. The boba was decent in consistency-chewy and not too hard or jelly like, but that too had no flavor. Another thing is the straws are open and not individually wrapped, which I think they should be if they are on the counter. Sadly, I didn't want to finish the drink....and I truly love anything with boba in it! Maybe their other drinks might be good, but I would not get any type of milk tea from here. read more

I purchased the taro slush with boba and while drinking, could taste a chalky powder. I looked at the bottom of the cup and there were sediments of said powder. The boba doesn't stay soft and gets hard 10-15 minutes in. read more

I ordered a taro milk tea that was terrible. It tasted like powdery water. I'm not even sure if it had any milk in it. I took 2 sips and ended up throwing the majority of it away. Very cute place. Super clean. Boba balls do not have a strong flavor; lacks that honey/brown sugar taste I am accustomed too. Boba smoothie drink is not rich in flavor, needed more powder scoops, very bland. Had the male server today, the females tend to make a better product. Tried the bahn mi sandwich. DISAPPOINTED. Did not have that tangy tart sauce that is classic for this sandwich. The pork log slices were microwaved, I believe it is made of imitation meat with a gelatinous texture. The bread is not the normal crispy light bahn mi sandwich bread, the appearance, texture and taste is a torta. The carrot slices were not fine sliced they were chunky. It was tough chewing it also. Really hoped to like this place, unfortunately the Boba itself was very subpar, hard and rubbery and not chewy at all. Without the proper foundation of boba, the boba drinks just don't hold up. Additionally the drinks themselves are not good at all we've tried the taro (underwhelming, watered down and powdery), Thai tea (ok but not as good as other places in town), mango lemonade with basil seeds (did not taste the mango just tastes like pure sugar and was way too sweet were despite already having been ordered half sweet) and banana (tasted like too much banana flavor). I'd rather drive further and go to Taipei 101, or pearl tea house. So the drinks are not good and the boba itself is not good either. My husband and I love boba and we couldn't even finish these drinks :( great service with a smile though :) read more

I was really excited to try this place because my friend recommended it to me. Unfortunately, I was let down. My boyfriend ordered house milk tea & it tasted like syrup with milk. I ordered a Thai slush & im pretty sure it's made with powder :/. The Banh mi I can't really complain about. The bread was good. The papaya salad was mediocre, not the best I've ever had, but also not the worst. The juice was really thick which I wasn't a fan of. Not that good compared to other boba places. We got potted plant milk tea and mocha taro smoothie. They taste ok not great. The boba is kinda hard to chew. Boba at pho restaurants are better. I ordered Thai Tea with boba and papaya salad. The tea was delicious, not too sweet nor overpowering. The papaya wasn't the best to my liking, but it wasn't bad either. Only thing that was an inconvenient was that there was no high chair for my baby so I had to take the papaya to go ( I was planning to eat in there instead of stinking up my car). The food is okay. I got the honey dew smoothie and a sandwich. The smoothie tasted watery. I like them milky. The Vietnamese sandwich was okay but the sauce they used taste like tuna. I didn't like that. I'll probably come back since I work close by but won't be getting the sandwich anymore. I haven't had the papaya salad but my sister has and she says it is good. There are a lot of mixed reviews. I'm hoping they can improve in flavor and be more consistent with the flavor of the food. Some reviews say the smoothies are great and others say it is watered down. I can not say much about the drinks since I get the same one all the time. Try the Strawberry Slush with bobba! My favorite. I love it here! The service is great, workers are always friendly and personable. Boba is not the best in the world, but it is definitely crave-worthy. I probably come here, on average, two times a week. The spring rolls are an astounding size and very filling. They have been my entire lunch quite a few times. I had the avocado boba smoothie which tasted very good but I can't compare it to other boba places since that's not what I usually order. I am quite impressed with this fine place. I used to go to school in the Santa Clarita area, and places like this littered the streets every mile or two. This place has a very easy menu, excellent atmosphere, and the prices are very affordable. On top of that, every 6th drink is free! I'm giving this place 5 stars because the service is great and their boba is good! I do find it weird that every time I come here I'm always the only one there. Which isn't a bad thing. Just weird.
