I'm giving you four stars right now cause I love your coffee, but I have a problem Your gift card reading machine has not been working for the past two weeks now maybe three I have $30 on my gift card that I can't use and you keep telling me it's down but you don't know when it's gonna be fixed Which at this point is kind of ridiculous so I need somebody to contact me and figure out what's going on like there's $30 on my gift card that I got for my work for my birthday and I can't use it so somebody needs to give me the cash $30 so that I can use it to buy my coffee. I am a regular at the Rowlett location. Staff is always super friendly, service is fast and drinks are awesome. I usually have a dog with me when I drive through and my ONLY complaint is that the pup cups are served on a lid for hot coffee. There is a hole in the lid for drinking the coffee and it makes a mess. I wish they would serve the pup cups in a sample cup instead of a coffee lid. I don't typically leave reviews, but the experience during my visit was too good not to. First, the Iced Americano is literally perfect. It's well balanced, and there is no bitter or burnt taste. Americanos are my go-to, and out of all the coffee shops in Dallas this is in my top 2. Second, the staff is super kind. This funky coffee shop in rowlett is a good drive thru coffee shop with many options! The drinks menu is A LOT with frappes, cold and hot coffees, dirty pops, refreshers and more! When I went it was 1/2 price drinks so I got 3 drinks for $5.55 which is WILD! The refresher was good (I've had better). The dirty pop was surprisingly really good. The iced coffee was good for a drive thru coffee shop. The service is really fast the drinks were practically ready when we pulled up to the door to get them. Now for the reason I gave it 4/5 stars is the ambiance...it is different. By that I mean it's an upbeat place with loud music and really nice employees. This being said the culture of this coffee shop might not be for everyone (including me) when I think of a coffee shop (even a drive thru) I think of a cozy place to start my morning. This location is new to Rowlett. I went one time and had a great experience. My brew was a bit sweeter than I prefer but that was something I could have easily adjusted in the next order. Went this morning and had a BAD experience. I should have gotten her name. Young white girl with lots of facial piercings.... (Hopefully the manager will address) Both lanes were in fact open so I pulled into one. She was quick to scold me. "Next time when a lane is closed do not use it!" Now it is not always what you say but more how you say it. She was beyond RUDE! I tried to explain both lates were open but she was quick to repeat herself. Honestly there is a coffee shop across the street and a few more a block away! I can get coffee and a smile elsewhere! I explained that I will just go somewhere else . She could care less. I explained that how she spoke to me was unnecessary, rude and condescending and that when handling adult communication and conflict there's a better approach that she could take . She then quickly ran away from my car saying that she's an excellent adult communicator ...... meh lets just say the manager need to coach that little girl... I will not be back and will be retracting all previous positive post and reviews. Go somewhere else it's not worth the hype or the attitude ! read more

UPDATE Have been back 2 more times and have fallen in love with their coffee drinks today was party of their grand opening and they were only serving a limited menu which sadly was only a partial menu and you could only get mediums but they were still good 151 has switched this Starbucks girl away from Starbucks! Went and ordered 3 drinks one of them sugar free the other 2 regular and the sugar free one was not marked that it was sugar free which is disappointing tried to call to find out which one it was but the number goes straight to corporate.
