    Pomegranate Raspberry topped with fruits

My best friend told me about this place years ago and I've been in love with the frozen yogurt here ever since (though a litttttlllleeeee pricey)! So much so, we don't even bat an eye at the fact that we drive 30 minutes just for a taste of this goodness!! I have two moods when I come here: fruity and chocolatey. When I'm not sold on which road I want to take, I just ask for samples before deciding and customizing my bowl. I also really love using the waffle bowls when I'm in a chocolatey mood. Noteworthy flavors: Oh My, Pumpkin Pie(seasonal); Cinnamon Rice Pudding; Graham Cracker; Pomegranate Raspberry Tart; So Fresh Mango Sorbetto; Toasty Marshmallow; and Yo Soy Vanilla.

Love the different selections of flavors here. I tried the chocolate eruption which was good, the birthday cake (literally tasted like a birthday cake but in frozen yogurt), the coffee was so-so and the red velvet which was okay. This concept is certainly not that innovative. There are plenty of chains popping up that are "create your own" just the fact that you actually serve yourself might be a bit more fun. The inside is decorated very cute - it's pinkberry meets dylans candy shop etc. I liked the idea that they display the nutrition facts on the frozen yogurt but hey with toppings like m&m's, cheesecake bits (which I loved!) and pretty much every type of candy under the sun....who's counting calories anyway?? I think this shop beats the average red mango / pinkberry and if they change the flavors it might just be a keeper!

I actually haven't been to this location in years since they first opened many years ago. After attending an event next door, we were still hungry for dessert. As for looks, the set up is simple. Grab a cup, fill it up with the flavor(s) of your choosing and then add toppings and or syrups to your frozen treat. The flavors rotate throughout the year and are displayed on the tiny screens above the dispenser bars. Each flavor also shows you the nutritional values on the screens and whether it's gluten free or fat free. Currently they have a cereal flavors in rotation. They had the Froot Loops flavor which was surprisingly very delicious. My friends and I all agreed that the sweet taro pie was the best flavor we tried that visit. If you're not sure what flavor to choose, ask the cashier at the register for some sample cups to see what tickles your palate. Since the value of the fro-yo is dependent on weight of the cup, a little tip to make sure you don't spend a lot of money is to always choose the small cup, so you don't add more than you intended to. What is really neat now is they have cup dividers that you can add to your cup incase you want to keep flavors separated. There is also options for waffle bowls (for additional cost) or to have a smoothie. They try to promote being green to separate the waste, but it can be a little confusing where to place each piece of trash. It probably would be easier if they just labeled in parentheses to place what items where. The parking lot is shared by other businesses. From my experience, the lot does get busier during holiday times. They also have weekly specials 12pm-6pm and don't forget to check in with trust ol' yelp for $1 off your cup.

I got the Mango Crusher (with apple juice as the base), and my girlfriend got the Yogi Shake Smoothie. They were both absolutely delicious, I finished mine in about 2 minutes on the way home. The woman that helped me, I believe her name is Jay (I'm terrible with names) was a cheerful and kind person that brightened my mood. Had a nice little chat about yoga while my smoothies were being made. I definitely recommend checking this place out. I know I'll be heading there once a week at least!

Two guys walked in and she took their orders and proceeded to make their shakes before acknowledging my order. She then asked me to write my order down and I knew I was getting an easy premise shake that I have ordered before no problem. I decided to walk out after waiting for 7 minutes without being helped and being skipped over. Will not return because of the poor service. Prices are more expensive than competitions across the street and smaller servicing sizes. Disappointed and won't recommend.

I came here about 1-2 months ago on a weekend to grab some food for takeout as this place is pretty…read moreclose to me. A friend had told me the food here was pretty good. The place is ultra small and easy to miss on Post Ave. Inside, it's not huge but they have a bunch of tables and their lighting is pretty good. So I grabbed one of their menus that they had by the cash register and took a look. I was impressed because their prices seemed very reasonable. Key word being 'seemed'. I decided to order their enchiladas platter with red sauce, which was listed at $14. Unfortunately, when I went to pay for my meal, I was told that the menus were old, and that the real price for the meal was closer to $20. I might've even paid more than that with tax included; don't remember 100%. But that was very disappointing. I told the young lady who was working there that they price was listed at $14 on their own menu; she responded that the correct price was listed somewhere on their board. Though I'm pretty sure it was unintentional, I felt a bit duped. Anyways, I took my food back home to see how it was. I couldn't help but to compare this enchilada platter to the one offered at Little Mexico about a block away cause they offer the same thing. So, first off, Little Mexico gives you a ton of chips and salsa when you order a platter from them. This was not present at Juicebox. The platter at Little Mexico definitely gives you more food overall. Anyways, I dug in, and the platter from Juice Box wasn't bad. The flavor was pretty good and there wasn't anything too offensive about it, but unfortunately it just pales in comparison to the enchiladas at Little Mexico. I couldn't help but to be disappointed that the enchiladas platter at Juicebox was less food, no chips, tasted worse, and was more expensive. The enchiladas platter at Little Mexico comes out to about $17-18 after tax. So those were my thoughts overall. So that was my experience with Juicebox Cafe. I might give it another shot in the future cause it's close to my home, but I don't feel inclined to, especially after the pricing debacle I experienced and the price I paid didn't seem justified.

However currently they offer a full breakfast and lunch menu including pancakes, paninis, salads and burgers. Furthermore they offer Mexican dishes such as tacos, quesadillas, fajitas, and full platters (steak, chicken, shrimp, etc) including paella. They offer weekday lunch specials and Happy Hour specials such as a burger and fries for $4.99! So far I've like everything that I've tried here. Definitely a good spot to try.
