I finally tried Ralph's for the first time, and I couldn't have asked for a better location to try it at. This location is huge, and I was impressed by how many options there were. I tried the cannoli cream ice in store, but I ended up getting the Java chip cream ice. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their recommendations. There's also some seating available indoors, but we had fun enjoying our ices in our car in the parking lot. Next time, I would return to try a classic fruit ice! read more

First time at this location. So glad they were open today on Easter Sunday. So many flavors to choose from, I opted for the strawberry margarita icy. Pretty good, a tad bit sweet for my liking. But still good. Had bits of strawberry in the icy. My kiddos got the cotton candy icy and cookies and cream ice. They throughly enjoyed it on this nice breezy summer day! The guy behind the counter was very helpful with the flavors! Too bad they didn't have the sour cherry today. Hopefully next time they restock. The service was great where they took our order and got us our desserts in less than 5 minutes. Lots of people in the evening and there is not a lot of space for seating, so it's best to eat it outside. I like lemon and chocolate, Although I do occasionally go crazy and get some cappuccino or pina colada. On a hot day, You can be sure there is always a huge line. I actually really liked this Ralphs location compared to others that I have been to. I took my son here to get ices after he went to a play house in Plainview. Big plus is that it has an enormous parking lot so we were able to park super close to where you order your ices. I didn't have to wait on a long line, and the lady was very friendly and accommodating. She even suggested getting a kiddie cup for my son when I ordered two smalls since they didn't show a kids size in the display. They also have a ton of flavors, probably the most that I've ever seen at a Ralphs before. read more

Wow, definitely unique ices. I am used to Italian Ice like Marinos or Luigis. Ralphs Ices are a cross between ice cream and icee. I believe they had over 50 flavors, so I had to try many of them. Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Snickers, and Graham Cracker were my favorite. Ralphs Ices contain definitive flavors in a refreshing treat. This desert made me happy because it felt like I was eating something well worth the calories! Gelato is so old school for me now (I'm not a PinkBerry fan either). read more

Let me start off by saying that Ralph's ices in general are the best. Hands-down. However if you are in the mood for Ralph's ices I would suggest using any branch other than the Syosset branch. I bought 3 quarts for Mother's Day. When I got home I was disappointed to find out that they did not fill up the quarts all the way. And they gave me a dozen serving cups with 3 plastic spoons for three quarts (those are the big containers). In short, they are a very cheap branch and I would suggest buying Ralph's elsewhere. read more

When the weather gets nice, there is nothing like a cool ice at Ralphs on Jericho. They have tons of flavors, whether it be ices, ice cream, and even amazing milkshakes. The parking lot is pretty uneven, and they don't take cash. But who cares? It's summer... get a ice, cool down, and hang out. I tried my first Italian Ice here when I moved to NY. (The Blue Hawaii - what a treat! Reminds me of a tropical fruit punch type of flavor). I've been back with my kids, and the staff there are friendly, courteous, and helpful. There are a LOT of different flavors, from Italian Ice to ice cream. I've tried some that I love (Blue Hawaii), and others that were okay (cookie dough sherbet ... eh). I'm eager to get to more flavors! I'm not fond of the location personally, it's a tight spot on Jericho turnpike and it's quite a challenge to get in or out when there's a lot of traffic.
