do not go to this place whatever they advertise is not 100% accurate. We had a bad experience in this establishment. Customer service the server that was great. I'm here to 100% opinion and her name was Angel. She was very courteous point. Our food was out on time, but the establishment was not. We were there to have bottomless mimosas. One of the group members had to go to the restroom went to the restroom, threw up, and that was enough reason for them to kick us out. They were very unprofessional the owner or manager, which we do not know who he was came and situation very poorly we paid our tab and still tip the individual like we said she's not the problem. Her service was very great, but the establishment itself is very poor handled. The food is even up to standards don't even think you're going there and having a great experience as far as food the environment it's OK. The was OK. Other than that the place is pretty shitty. We ordered food, and drinks 20min later we had to ask our server for our drinks, 10min later the food runner gave someone at our table someone else burger, then another person recieved their food while the other three of us waited for our food while the other part of our table was done eating. We got wings & fries & took the servers suggestion on getting the Valentine's Day drinks. Truthfully, our drinks were not that great. I was told I they needed a card put down in order for us to sit at our table so I gave Skyler mine and told her this is for my boyfriend and myself no one else, she said she understood, she then charged my card over $500 instead of doing her job and splitting the checks and when I asked to speak to the manager he told me if I dispute the charge which I am I "won't win" - not sure how I won't win since I never signed a bill. I see one of the owners replied to my review, I should add the waitress charged my card when I wasn't even at the table, I was helping my friend in the bathroom. I was never asked if my card could be charged and again I did tell her at the beginning not to charge it for the table. I'm confused as to why I should be in charge of separating all the checks, giving them to the customers and collecting separate payments? I have talked to my bank and since I was not the one who signed the receipt I have a good chance of the dispute going through. The place was super clean but we saw waiter take food to the wrong table then take it back to the counter then to the correct person. During COVID times we thought it was unsanitary which why I minuses a star. All of our food was great, I got the pancakes with the banana foster on the side. The pancakes were good. I also had the peach mimosa and that was good. I wish their bottomless mimosas included flavors! Almost every place on the strip gives you a choice so another reason for the minus one star. He explained to me that 18bin is a daytime bar, and what I see on IG is from their brunch. He invited us to return and check it out. He also shared that they had one of the servers had called out so, the only one for the patio, that had more than 40 people on it was being served by one. Great brunch spot, had a DJ and he played the sax throughout his set. Mimosas were $30 (bottomless!) They have a few different flavors (pineapple, mango) but I liked the OJ one best. Not a place you want to eat if you have allergies... but I do have good things to say also so read one! 1Staff seems to think they're smarter than the actual person with the allergies. The Bad Ordered some ahi tacos and requested lettuce wrapped (due to gluten allergy) and no sauce (due to dairy and other allergies). Tacos initially came out with sauce and we sent them back to be remade. Upon return, we could tell the sauce was simply poured away or wiped. This is very dangerous when dealing with allergies so we decided to send them back for good. The manager kept asking "whats your allergy?" but it came off as condescending. Just listen to our request and take the damn sauce off. It's not your responsibility to understand more than that. The staff doesn't take well to special requests as you can see. Also, toward the end of our meal an elderly man with a walker fell down the stairs. I attribute this to lack of the ADA compliant ramp bring blocked and closed off by the restaurant. Not a fun sight to see staff making a clearly handicapped person use stairs when they're required by law to have a ramp accessible at all times. The Good Other than that, the food here is very good. Again, just don't have allergies to anything and you're fine. The chicken and waffles come in a multi-layered tower and looked mouthwatering. The bottomless mimosas kept coming for the whole table. The fries and bacon strips came on a sheet where everyone could pick from. Finally, the pancakes were drizzled with the perfect amount of syrup and had some ripened bananas on them. A group of us came here for brunch on Sunday, and if you're down for a party with loud music, then this is the place for you. They have cute outdoor seating and nice flowers all around which make a cute vibe! The music was definitely way too loud for us which made it hard to actually talk to each other, even though we chose a table away from the DJ booth. The bottomless mimosas weren't super strong, but they tasted good. We also had a few Aperol Sprtiz which were pretty yummy! For food, I ordered the avocado toast which was ok, nothing special. When I saw the affordable menu, I got excited, but the portions are definitely smaller than I had anticipated, so it makes sense why everything was around $10-$12. The service was pretty ok -- our server was very nice, but it was kind of long between check-ins with us. The women's restroom could use some improvements... one toilet was cracked, another wouldn't flush, and the hand drier looked like it was hanging on by a thread.
