We always enjoy 1900 5th at the Westin. It's a lobby bar so they let us sit in the lobby with our dog but still have food and drinks. The server always remembers us even though we only stay here twice a year. He's great. It's usually pretty lively on the weekend and food comes quick as do drinks. My voucher was used towards a cocktail and then I ordered food. :: 1900 ORIGINALS :: Hidden Passion Novo Fogo Cachaça, Passion Fruit Liqueur, Citrus, Bubbles - I haven't had a really good and smooth cocktail in awhile and this one was the one. It was refreshing, smooth, lightly fruity. Great nightcap. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :: MAIN FARE :: CHICKEN WINGS - Crispy bone-in wings, fried to perfection. Choice of: Curry, Chipotle Garlic Parmesan, or Maple Bourbon. Served with celery and carrots, side of ranch or blue cheese dressing. I had plain chicken wings with ranch on the side. I asked how many wings and was told 8 regular chicken wings but in reality there were 10 and they were extra small chicken wings (the kind I like). The crispy seasoned skin was yummy. Of course, chicken wings pairs well with veggie sticks. One of my colleagues wanted to meet up for a night cap, debrief and have dinner on our last night on business trip last week. I had an idea of having Relish Bistro to find out that it's served at 1900 Fifth Bar! Last week Friday night was pretty busy as summer was in season, and the Blue Angels Fighter Jets were flying overhead earlier that afternoon. There's several bar stools with tables, lounge chairs and bar seating spread throughout the lounge. My friend had a salad while I was craving the usual, smash burger. Glass of red wine to end the night. Great food, nice ambiance, pricey for hotel but we had a really good time! Service was excellent. Food was great. Appreciate the locality since I stayed at the Westin. Service was great in the bar Lounge and when we came down with the granddaughter we were able to rat adjacent to the area which my granddaughter loved anyway. We were by a fireplace and Christmas tree and to her felt like we were home. Ordered the sliders which were absolutely amazing. The staff was nice and made it a complete option to dine there despite Seattle offering some awesome restaurants. Came back to the hotel - ordered some scallops and potatoes and an old fashioned. I was hungry and I figured for $32, I'd get some decent sized scallops, but boy was I wrong. Although delicious, I received 3 of the loneliest looking scallops that were the size of a half dollar and 6 potatoes that were no bigger than a golf ball. 4 stars because it was very good but don't expect to get more than a little snack for this $66 meal (with an old fashioned) read more

This restaurant and lounge is located in the Westin. The ambience is good. The lighting is a little dim but definitely not dark. It's just right. The Manhattan I had prior to ordering dinner was excellent. The food was good. I ordered a steak and it was grilled to order and tasty. It wasn't the best cut of meat but it was decent. This place is a lounge in the Marriott hotel. The menu changes so it just depends on the day you go the options available! The staff are very friendly and fast to refill which I always appreciate. The best thing here was the wedge salad. SO GOOD. everything else was average but I would come down at open to get a salad and it was always worth it. read more

Great atmosphere with nice food options, but super expensive! The cocktails and food are pretty good, but you're going to pay quite a bit for the convenience of it all. They take great care in the preparation of the food and it is very tasty. The service is exceptional and staff will make sure you've got what you need. There are a TON of cruise goers at the hotel, so maybe that's why the food is so expensive, but it's a nice treat if you can afford it. read more

This bar is located inside the Westin hotel. The ambiance is quite nice because of the hotel decor. It's also got big windows for people watching and lots of seating. The chairs seem more for aesthetics than comfort though as I could not find a good way to sit in them for more than a few minutes (I'm about 5'4" so either my feet were dangling and my back was supported or I had to slump or sit on the edge of the seat for my feet to touch the ground.) The drink list had quite a few things for bourbon fans but I'm not as into that so I was a bit disappointed in the selection. Both drinks we got were decent - not amazing or bad. Just fine. The service was probably my favorite thing about the bar though - they were attentive without hovering and friendly. Located in the Westin. We decided to try here after a day out exploring Seattle. It was empty at around 730p, and they do check vaccination card. They have a nice selection of whiskey & bourbon, of course my personal fave was the eagle rare & for the wifey they didn't have mixed drinks to her liking but the waiter informed that the bartender just made a special concoction. To our surprise it was exactly the kinda drink my wife likes. For food, we got he braised beef, crab cake, & onion rings. Beef was tender and flavorful. Crab cake was perfect. I was here for a conference back in February and the service and food were outstanding! Abby was our gracious host and took amazing care of us. She paid close attention to my food allergies and gave great presentation which added to the ambiance! I had a good amount of banquet meals on this trip so this recommendation made my day. If Black Lives Matter, why are we still ignored at the bar? This is the bar located in the Westin Seattle on 5th Avenue. Arrived on a Saturday just after 5:30 PM to meet friends. Sat at the bar, literally was ignored by the two bartenders for 20 minutes; one of them a female with pink hair. I wasn't greeted, was an asked if I wanted something to drink or anything. even the friend who I met there was trying to get their attention for me since they had already been served but I had wanted some thing. Finally, I was able to order and this is the first time in my life when my club sofa drink wasn't poured for me but the entire bottle and a glass were handed to me, in order to pour it myself. I'm not used to that being from Scottsdale where we are given white glove service. The third thing that happened while I was there, some guy named Matthew brought out some clean glasses for the back and was delivering them to the bar. He was standing there for a good long time. I tried three and four times to get his attention before I had to yell his name out loud to get his attention and finally I was able to ask him for what I needed. Everybody looked at me like I was the one who is crazy and I wasn't even drinking alcohol, just trying to project my voice at that time. I swear if you could've seen it, he was intentionally ignoring me because I was literally sitting in front of him waving and saying, "excuse me, excuse me, excuse me " before yelling his name. Service is excellent!! The server was attentive without being annoying. Food was great! I had lemon ricotta pancakes. Four large pancakes served with butter, syrup and fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries & blueberries). My friend had the eggs Benedict. We were both very pleased with the quality and quantity of the food and pricing is reasonable. Oh and I had the Seattle Sunset mimosa; super tasty!!
