The quick review: highly recommend because of Brin. Our wedding could not have turned out the way it did without her. And our experience planning, as well as our experience on the day of, could not have been what it was without her. We love you Brin! The long review: it's hard to find someone to trust for such a huge day, but we absolutely made the right decision with OBSE. Specifically Brin. Right from the start her vibe and personality meshed well with us. She and OBSE were also accommodating in adjusting our pricing based on what we needed and didn't need (for example, we already landed on a venue and caterer, so wouldn't need help with that). Brin was super organized and we were provided with timelines and checklists- as someone who needs this in my everyday life, this was extremely helpful. It was easy to get in touch with Brin and she did all the heavy lifting reaching out and sourcing vendors for us. We also regularly did meetings as needed. Leading up 2-3months out from the wedding day, I was procrastinating rather horribly and Brin was SO patient but also SO helpful on checking in and keeping us on track with what needed to be done. And then when the wedding was around the corner, she put together very detailed timelines for the day and for the wedding party, she organized the entire processional seamlessly, guided rehearsal day perfectly, coordinated with all our vendors (I know perfectly because I think we barely even saw or heard anything related to that), and set everything up exactly as envisioned the day of. I woke up without a worry that day and Brin kept it worry free all the way through! She had an amazing emergency box prepped for the wedding party, kept things on schedule, packed up our personal items/gifts and placed it in our shuttle home after, and handled wrapping up and cleaning up with our other vendors. We truly did not have to think and could just enjoy our day! She even did a post mortem with us, which I really appreciated. Brin is the best!

We had already done all the footwork, booked vendors, had the timeline done and sent to vendors, planned, etc.... EVERYTHING was done! We were trying so hard to find a place that understood the situation and that we didn't need an over all planner/coordinator but a day-of coordinator. Lily from Orange Blossom stepped up to the plate and did a phenomenal job!! She understood that we just needed someone there the day of and she never once overstepped or made us feel stressed. She followed our wishes perfectly and made sure our timeline was fulfilled to a T! Lily is extremely professional, patient and kind. She goes above and beyond on the day and made sure nothing went wrong!! We greatly appreciate Lily for taking us on as clients and being so easygoing, organized and kind! I also want to stress that Orange Blossom and Lily were kind enough to give us a discount since we had already done all the footwork! They didn't feel it was morally right to charge us for an overall planner/coordinator. It's rare (especially in the wedding industry) to find people with such great morals, integrity and kindness. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

We found Tiana through an IG ad, where she promoted Exotic Green Garden along with an all-inclusive wedding package at Lake Lindero Golf Course. The Exotic Green Garden IG page looked beautiful, and the package was within our budget, so we decided to reach out to learn more. Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. In addition to Tiana, we also worked with Adena (her sister) and Lance (her father and our officiant). We met Lance via FaceTime a few months before so he could learn about us, and he was so kind and funny that we knew he'd do a wonderful job making our ceremony go smoothly. He even had an additional call with us and sent reminder texts to make sure we were aware of what's needed for the day. We met Adena at our wedding rehearsal, where we learned she would be our day of coordinator instead. We were a little surprised since we thought Tiana would do this. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time. We still reminisce about our wedding day, and how wonderful it was thanks to Tiana, Adena, and Lance. Even though it's been a few months, our guests still mention how lovely our wedding was, which makes us so happy to know that we chose a fantastic team.
