We have been using them to cater at our facility in Catalina which is one of the most logistically challenging places to cater events. They have managed to source our food at a good price and help with the logistics of the delivery of the food and making sure it's properly packed and cooled for transport. They have gone out of there way to improve our memeber experience by recomending and souring better quality items at better prices even down to little things like stronger and nicer disposable plates. They have a full team that comes in including a dishwashers. This most recent event we held they went above and beyond and bleached and cleaned the entire kitchen as our facility unfortunately was turned over to them dirty. They did not complain once. We gave them a vague vision and minimal details. They didn't needle us for more. They just got to work and delivered results that left us speechless. But what I'll remember most happened right before the ceremony. We realized we'd forgotten a dress and puja material at home. Completely outside their scope. Neeru didn't hesitate. She called her son, who wasn't even at the event, and had everything in our hands before the ceremony started. You don't forget something like that. Even though I needed her just for day off-- she inserted herself into my event plans in advance of the day. She went with me to finalize decor, and took all the vendors contact info from me so she could reach out directly and introduce herself to them as their main point of contact on that day. She kept in constant contact with me in advance -- and then, on the day off - she mostly left me alone to enjoy myself with friends and family and be immersed this special day for our family. She even went so far as to bring some décor from home as a backup and we ended up needing it. She didn't charge me anything extra for that. What I appreciated most was how she basically looked and behaved like a family member and not a hired event planner. She was personally vested in the success of the event. She was responsible for releasing the tables a few at a time for dinner so as to avoid long buffet lines and consistently I heard from my guests after the fact that they thought she was part of my family. She was the last person to leave that night after she saw to everyone's departure and ensured that the venue was the way we found it -- clean.
