Live in Fenwick but was passing through so I stopped for a everything bagel with veggie cream cheese toasted. Horrible! Bagel not toasted well and tasted muskey. Did not like the cream cheese either. I took 2 bites and tossed. Waste of 5 dollars. Never again read more

Cute little spot (w plenty of parking) that serves breakfast all day. The bagel was fresh w a generous schmear of cream cheese. The burrito was delicious with well proportioned ingredients so every bite had a bit of everything. Service was wonderful. Everything is made fresh so it's possible to order ahead if you're in a hurry. read more

Before coming here, I looked at the reviews which mainly discussed their average bagels and sometimes questionable service. Based on my experience, I agree with the other reviews. The items are over priced and the bagels themselves were very dry. The staff was kind, but slow and sometimes inattentive. I had to repeat most items several times and even then, 2/3 of our items were initially wrong. read more

A hidden gem! I was searching for breakfast but not really wanting anything heavy. My husband and I would normally have a protein shake or something light until lunch. We opted to try the a restaurant nearby, but they were not opening until 20 mins later. I ventured out to see what nearby and saw this signs saying coffee, bagels and bowls .....YESSSSSS! I did indeed selected the house popular PB smoothie, avocado toast and my husband a breakfast sandwich ( all were DELICIOUS). Breakfast is served all day! Great customer service, location and atmosphere. the owner was awesome and friendly. Great to know he's another Marylander! Fourth time I tried 19dough1. Tried soft serve Ice cream last year, not even close to Rita's, Kohr Bros. or Dickey's. Something not right with the texture (learning curve?). Maybe I'll try it again, but probably not. Next visit got a smoothie, mostly liquid, worst I ever had, definitely will not try another. This year treated family to bagels. Your website states, "Crafted daily with care for a truly delightful experience". Not sure who is "crafting" them and how long you let them sit in the big plastic bag, but the sure were not fresh baked and were average at best (was not delighted). Amazing!!! 10/10! They have so many options of bagels and topping! We didn't have to wait long in line or getting our order. It wasn't too loud inside and had a lot of space. My go to order is - everything bagel with turkey sausage, egg whites, and cheddar cheese! read more

Brand new bagel shop to South Bethany. The bagels are made fresh daily and you can tell. The staff is friendly and the store is very clean. Expect to wait a bit on a busy Saturday morning but it is well worth it. Everything is made fresh and nothing re-heated. They have gluten free options available. The prices for breakfast is fair, the smoothies and açaí bowls are a bit pricy but did look good. No tables inside and a few outside. A bagel shop is just what south Bethany needed, I highly recommend stopping by. read more

We stopped in and bought a few Everything bagels to eat at home. Scallion is our favorite cream cheese, but they didn't have that so we just bought plain. The bagels were fine - I've never seen a bagel with so much topping! - but it's nothing I would ever crave again. Surf Bagel has since opened up down the road so, between that and Rosenfeld's Jewish Deli also down the road - they've got some serious competition. read more

Amazing. Cute, small bagel shop with a lovely little souvenir type shop attached. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a sesame bagel. The bacon was the perfect level of crispy, the fried egg was on point and I got great cheese pull when I pulled the halves apart. 10/10 will go again and again and again. Discovered the owner is the same person who opened Sandy Pony Donuts, so really anything he opens at this point I'm down for. I actually went there 2 days in a row! perfect both times!! read more

Good Concept-- Needs Improvement! It would just be awesome if it was like a more welcoming, chill vibe, and café experience with a little bit better food, drink options and less flies. We go out to brunch every day around different places at the Delaware beaches. We thought we'd drive down from Lewes and try 19Dough for something fun and we were excited to try it out- it looked like a cool concept as a surf shop/brunch spot- we'd previously seen it passing by on our way to HighTide for brunch when we go to Fenwick. However, it was not the experience we had expected which is ashame because the concept has such potential. Upon walking in, it seems kind of cold. There were not seats inside. I feel like they could put a couple tables like towards the back to give it more of a laid-back chill beach cafe vibe. You just have to go to the counter and take your food out. Kind of felt like fast food or a retail store. There were not healthy options on the menu. Like the mango smoothie I think it had like a mango syrup and then they didn't have Matcha but they had chai but I couldn't get the chai with almond milk because they said their chai had a powdered milk already in the mixture . So I opted for a banana Acai and strawberry smoothie however, for some reason it tasted like either fake banana or a badbanana and is unedible. The worst smoothie I've ever had. The bagel was a little bit undercooked and the bacon was too thick. We did ask for crispy bacon (after seeing what looked like undercooked bacon online), but it wasn't crispy. I do think it would've been better if the bagel was cooked all the way, however the cheddar cheese was really good. also, the avocado is more of a spread. I didn't like how the bagel had cheese melted stuck all over the top on the bread and the bottom had avocado spread all over it. The avocado spread tasted bad as well. So we went to sit outside at the picnic tables and we always bring fly fans because we always love sitting outside when we get brunch every day. However, there were the most flies we have ever experienced. I don't know if the tables weren't wiped off properly, but it looks like they should also pressure wash the ground underneath the tables because there was a lot of old food stuck underneath on the cement. It was attracting flies. Garbage cans weren't covered up attracting more flies. So we had to immediately leave when we had brought our laptops to try to chill. It would just be awesome if it was like a more welcoming, chill vibe, and café experience with a little bit better ambiance, food, drink options and less flies. My new go to spot for breakfast. I usually get a breakfast sandwich with a fried egg, bacon, and cheddar cheese on an everything bagel and it is always hot, flavorful, and generously portioned. The bagels are perfectly crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, exactly how they should be. There is a great range of food options on the menu and the coffee is also really good! We needed a bagel shop in the area-- just not this one. The food/bagels are okay. Very expensive. The same bagel sandwich at other bagel shops is $6.25 vs yours at $9.00. Forget buying a bowl...you need a small mortgage for a family. What are you going to do in the winter when you don't have tourist crowd to gouge and are just catering to locals? I get it that you are in South Bethany. That doesn't give you a license to overcharge the customer. If your business model forces you to charge that much you need to rethink it and cut costs so your prices are reasonable. Not enough business sense here.... I guess you are shooting for a bagel boutique rather than a good place with reasonably priced food and drink. Keep an open mind and go look at Uber Bagel in OC. They have figured it out and charge a reasonable price. They will be in business long after you are closing and wholesaling your fixtures. read more

I have house in South Bethany and so I was thrilled when I heard a bagel shop was opening. We need one badly. The bad news, unfortunately, the bagels need improvement. They are small, flat and taste like grocery store bought bagels. I am so upset. For years we drove all the way to Uber Bagels, who have great bagels and I wanted so bad to love this bagel shop. You also can't see the bagels when you are in the store, just covered baskets with the names on it which kills the experience. Real bagels and puffier and larger. Also if you add lox they give it to you in a container instead of putting it on the bagel and it's ridiculously priced. Just not a great experience. I hope they improve, because my neighbors have offered similar feedback. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but it was disappointing. The everything bagel was not very old,the ones at Giant have a better taste. The locale was quaint on the side of ocean highway, but the bagels were very disappointing - some of the worst I have had. I through mine away after a few bites, and my children didn't finish either. They had gluten free bread for sandwiches which was great. Other than that I wasn't impressed.

Bagels were under cooked with pounds of cream cheese. Inedible. All lattes were incorrect. Waste of money.
