Was on a SXS ride and needed to take a break. Came in and right off the prep cook stated we should eat here over over Pirates Cove. So we stayed. Wife and I sat at the bar, the bartender Jenee was nice with a great attitude and was informative with the menu and positive about the food. We ordered a Mai Tai and Mojito. Drinks were tasty not over powering, simple drinks. Now to the food, wife ordered the Skinny Kate (chicken breast sandwich) without aioli sauce with fries. Fries are hand cut, very light and tasty, avocado was perfect. I ordered the app combo (4 zucchini sticks, 4 onion rings (big) 2 egg rolls and 2 chicken tenders) very filling, on top of that I ordered the shrimp taco and avocado taco. My picky wife enjoyed the Skinny Kate and was very filling. App Combo very crisp and filling, glad I ordered the zucchini sticks are hard to find like that and onion rings were huge.. shrimp taco, cabbage was crisp and refreshing and shrimp were cooked perfect, friend avocado taco was tasty but breading was a little to thick for me but with the cabbage it was still very yummy. Next time will do it without the fried avocado. Yes, I said next time in the area with the river in the background and great service will definitely come back and maybe next time to golf also. read more

When I'm in needles this is my families favorite spot! The food is delicious! The staff treats you like family and they are the sweetest we absolutely love Selena. Great river grill. Stays open late enough to get there "in time" when coming up from Havasu or leaving LA for a river weekend. You can drive there or park your boat on the sand and go have dinner after being on the water then just float back to jack smith after the crowds have all gone home. At least that is the hope but I haven't tried that yet. The new owners are very personable and gracious. I have had breakfast here twice and both times it was good. read more
