We moved into our home to find…read morethat the AC system was almost entirely dysfunctional and that we were at serious risk for carbon monoxide poisoning due to improper ventilation and a faulty AC system. Zero mention of any of this in the inspection report. We had five different AC professionals come through who pointed out that the way the system is venting is illegal and that the home has fake duct work above the first floor. Of course, no mention from Watch Dog Property Inspections. Strongly do NOT recommend if you are moving in the Cleveland area.

When they arrived for my inspection they saw problems in the first five minutes and they recommended we stop to save me the money on an incomplete inspection. After all the work done so far in my opinion they insisted to put me before their business.
