Not only did he complete the home inspection thoroughly and professionally, he came back later on that day to take another look at a few items in greater detail. He responded to all questions via phone and email right away, and sent links and info on various problems and potential remedies. He ventured up on the roof (not all inspectors do this) and used a pole camera to document any hard to reach places. He also prepared a 40 page report ranked by intensity of the problems and provided recommendations and analysis for each item.
