No different from the conversation I had with the dispatcher/manager on the phone a few days ago. I was happy that they were able to accommodate my short notice request. Gulya delivered a fantastic (clean) home for me. The duo was very efficient and worked well together to ensure the home cleaning was done thoroughly and swiftly. They used a combination of products they brought and what we had available at home. This was done on my request. For example, I wanted them to use the floor cleaning product that I purchased, but they were free to use the surface cleaning products they brought with them. I appreciated this flexibility. The work was spotless (literally and figuratively). I will probably opt for the deep cleaning service next time and I'd like the balcony, oven, garage cleaned as well. Which understandably was not included in the light cleaning service. The price in my opinion is still a little high. I can appreciate the rising cost of products and gas etc. but still a little out of my price range. Will have to save up before next time as the service provided is of higher quality. read more

We used their move out cleaning and steam carpet cleaning. First they charged higher than others but based on reviews we went with the quote. The home cleaning was okay but the carpet cleaning was pathetic. The carpet looked as if no cleaning was done. Asked for receipt of the service they provided, even after multiple times reaching them(mike) out receipt was not provided. They were super flexible when my move-out movers didn't arrive on time and were great to stay in touch with me leading up to what became the revised start time. They were VERY VERY VERY thorough doing my Move Out Cleaning and were fantastic working around me and the movers. They noted details I never would have considered like the slightly yellow (from age) sealant around the freezer door and some invisible-to-me spots on a closet door mirror. An hour late. Not the girls fault, it was poor scheduling done by their manager. They were apologetic when they finally arrived. The manager offered to clean the inside only of my windows at no additional charge to compensate for the time taken out of my schedule. (This was only offered after I complained). They did a mediocre job, nothing to brag about. This was a move out deep cleaning, so my expectations were clearly unreasonable for the $200 I paid. They do not clean walls (don't even ask). Baseboards? Better off doing it yourself. If you are expecting your residence to smell pine fresh afterwards.. I suggest you invest in some Febreze. About that free window cleaning, I had to go back and redo it because it was in worse condition than before. I found it ironic that I had to pay the maids themselves and cash only. I will not be using their services again and I would not recommend them either. read more
