We have a big house with probably close to 30 windows. DJ was here at least 9 hours and the windows look great. His reviews mention that he is occasionally late. Our house is out near the wild animal park and is difficult to find. Yes he was a little late but it did not matter to us. He did a fantastic job. There is an extra $2 per screen charge for cleaning the screens. Yes it is worth it. Would I have him come out again? Most certainly. If you decide to pay with a credit card, remember that the vendor is charged 4%. Give him that 4 % He works hard and deserves the money. read more

Communication was rocky but we were able to speak on the phone and set up a date and time. Appointment day comes no communication and over an hour late. I call no answer. I text asking for an update and Dj responds, "Thank you for reaching out. I was looking for your number. I'm still at the job before yours. Should be wrapping up here in the next 30 minutes and heading your way." Great. He then texts when he is headed over. I wait another hour after this text and then try to call. No answer. Previous reviews concerning late arrivals hold true. I've used this service several times, and while the end result is always excellent, they need to work on customer contact and reliability. Nevertheless, I wanted to post about my last encounter. While arrival was late (over an your past texted arrival time), the windows and screens were done quickly and thoroughly. However, several days later I noticed a tear in one of the screens. I had seen the cleaner using a ladder to get to this window, and was pretty sure the damage was done by that ladder. I took a picture and texted the company. I got a response back that same day, with a promise to repair the screen. Within 2 days the screen was replaced/repaired. If you want professionalism this is not the service to use. Used a Groupon and initially scheduled appointment for 3 days prior to family visiting for an event. After several text messages when didn't show he responded he must have gone to the wrong house... No apologies or offer to reschedule. When I text back my expectations I didn't receive reply for days and then couldn't get the windows cleaned for 2 weeks. Are the windows clean? Yes, but he didn't touch the tracks and when cleaning (brushing) off the screen for sliding glass door he had the door open and the dust and dirt was falling to floor inside the house and created a dust cloud. My allergies were already acting up and that just made them worse. He dropped water through my house on brand new flooring and failed to even wipe it up. I guess when there is still a sticker on the window it gets wiped off but the goo left behind is still there and the sticker is waded up and left in the window track. REALLY!! When I went out front of my house I see he parked on my grass! Not professional at all. The windows are clean but I won't use them again. read more

Not a great experience from the get go. I contacted the individual using the contact information on the website and after a month of no response, I followed up again via email to which I received a text back. First, I think it's really unprofessional to receive a text message from a company to a personal cell without consent or some type of more formal communication (phone call, email, etc) first. On the day of our scheduled window washing, he texts me ten minutes after he is supposed to arrive (again with the texts) that according to his navigation he'll be to my home in 45 minutes. No apology or anything, it's like he didn't even recognize how late he was going to be, just more like a heads up as to his estimated arrival time. Um, no. We agreed to a specific time (I had made arrangements at my job to be at my home in the morning) and then he just goes ahead and does what works best for his schedule. Also, if you're going to be almost an hour late, it's best to let the person know as soon as possible, not WHEN the appointment is supposed to begin or after the fact. He then offered to reschedule for the next morning, but at this point (even if I could get off work) how can I trust he'll show up on time for a reschedule, or according to some of these reviews, show up at all? New Creations Window Cleaning might be affordable but it's not reliable. I do not recommend this provider. read more

Such an unprofessional company and had a very unpleasant experience! I scheduled for a cleaning and it was all good and was easy to schedule. On the day of the cleaning, I sent out a message to confirm the cleaning and requested a courtesy call/text 15 minutes before their arrival. No response at all. I called them and did not answer. I called again and left a message and still no call back and nothing. I called them again and it seemed like they denied the calls. It rang a couple times and went directly to the voice mail which means denied call. If they were running late or could not do the service, don't they even have a courtesy to give a call or answer the phone?! Horrible! DJ, the owner-window cleaner is a very nice guy - as was the man working with him. The pricing is not clear though, and it's not cheap. Windows are charged by individual pane. Pricing was not super clear. They put our security screens back in in the wrong places and incorrectly and they did not work. I'm not even sure how they could have done that. Was it intentional? I sure hope not. I texted him to let him know that he really messed up and he didn't bother to respond. Window tracks were left dirty! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I had a confirmed appointment with "Danny Harris" last week. He did not show. Not only did he not show, he then did not respond to 3 text messages, 2 emails, and 2 voicemails regarding this appointment. I have an email confirming the scheduled appointment, a confirmation email sent the day before the appointment, and confirmation text with my address from him. STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS. Summary: - Pricing was not properly explained before appointment. (They charge per pane, not per window) - Ended up spending 40% more than expected. - Several window tracks weren't cleaned properly or completely untouched (even after pointing them out twice). No explanation. - Extremely poor communication (never answered calls or texts) and did not care that our time had been wasted. - After finally getting in contact with the owner (by calling him with a different #), he explains that they have been swamped (but they did have time to cash our check within those two days of course). He said he didn't understand why I was so frustrated and asked "Why are you taking it personal?" Clearly I was not taking it personal, I simply wanted to get the services I already paid for. - Company refused to give a partial refund, even though some tracks were completely untouched. I am extremely unpleased with my experience with New Creations Window Cleaning. I am not one to complain usually, but I feel like I have to warn potential customers to steer clear of this business. I found them on Groupon and I called them to see if they serviced my area. I spoke with the owner DJ and he said they do service my area and then proceeded to explain their services. He said $8 per window (including window tracks), $2 per screen, plus he would honor the $66 Groupon discount without having to actually purchase the Groupon. That sounded good to me so we scheduled an appointment. I texted him to ensure that larger windows or second floor windows wouldn't cost extra, and he replied "Nope $8 per window no matter what size." I expected to pay around $200 inclusive of the Groupon discount for my 28 windows. My wife was at home during the time of the appointment. Two window technicians showed up and both were very polite and professional. One of the window technicians, Wyatt surveyed the house so that he could give the estimate before they started. The total came to $342! And that's with the Groupon discount applied. Apparently it's $8 per window PANE. I called DJ and said I was told $8 per window, not $8 per window pane. He said yes it was per window pane. He then said he would call his crew and see what he could do about price. He called me back and said he could lower the price to $292, and after a little more discussion he agreed to $280. He also said that "You will be extremely happy with the results." It was way more than what I was expecting to pay, but I figured, DJ seems like a nice guy and his crew sounds nice and professional, plus they're already at my house, so sure let's do it. We agreed on $280 and they started the job. A couple hours go by and my wife notices that a lot of the window tracks and a few of the smaller windows are being completely skipped. She points them out to the technician (who was a kind older man) and he apologizes. The crew said they were done (Wyatt was doing the exteriors), but my wife saw that several tracks were still untouched. She mentioned them to Wyatt and he asked the older gentleman to go over the windows again. When they said they were done the second time, my wife paid with a check and they left, assuming they had done what they said they would. After they left my wife saw that around HALF OF THE WINDOW TRACKS WERE STILL UNTOUCHED (see pictures). I called DJ the next day and told him that I am not one to complain, but that the job was incomplete with around half of the window tracks completely skipped. He apologized and scheduled a crew to come out to finish the job the following Monday. I confirmed with him via text for the appointment. Monday comes around and NO ONE SHOWS UP. I text him to ask if his crew is coming, and he says yes, they are coming after they wrap up a job. Then he texts back a few minutes later saying that today is not possible and they need to reschedule. I call him to ask what's going on, and it turns out that he forgot to put me on the calendar. This was frustrating because I had my parents waiting at my house for the appointment, but we end up rescheduling for Tuesday at noon. Tuesday rolls around and NO ONE SHOWS UP AGAIN. No calls, no texts, no anything. I text and call DJ numerous times, with no reply. My parents wait for 1.5 hours before they leave my house. My parents drove 30 minutes each way just to let them into the house. I try to follow-up a few more times throughout the day with no reply. (Continued below) read more

My windows look amazing. Dj arrived on time which is huge for me. I hate when contractors show up late. He started with my windows upstairs, once he moved downstairs I went up to inspect his work. Upon entering the first room I thought the windows were left open they were so clean. This was the first time I've had my windows professionally cleaned. I will never again do them myself. It was well worth every dollar spent. I had 17 windows cleaned inside and out all screens were cleaned and 8 were replaced.
