Upon completion of the cleaning, we were told that if our apartment complex charged us additional fees for cleaning Lyly's would provide compensation. 23 days later, I was notified by the apartment complex that we were being charged an additional $200 for cleaning fees. I contacted Lyly's expecting that it wouldn't be an issue...instead I was told that the timeline was too far out and that I would need to take it up with my landlord. Although they apologized for the situation, it didn't make sense to me that there would be a timeline for when we could file for compensation. The quality of the service was good; the outcome did not sit well with me. Overall I would not necessarily suggest this company just based on the lack of ethics displayed.

It was such a relief walking into such a fresh, tidy space. That being said, there were a few small things that could be improved. For whatever reason, I felt like she was very rushed. The trash was left right outside the apartment without a new bag in the bin, and the dishwasher wasn't started -- small touches I've had with other cleaners in the past that make a nice difference. I had also paid for organization, originally planning to do the guest room and kitchen, but when she arrived I decided to just do the kitchen. The charge stayed the same, which I wish had reflected the smaller scope. Overall, Rachel's cleaning skills are truly excellent, and she's a joy to work with. With a little more consistency on the smaller finishing touches and more clarity in pricing, her service would be perfect. I scheduled a cleaning for my elderly father's home with Organic Cleaning Queen for 8:00 AM on July…read more13, 2026. I left for the long drive at 4:45 AM and arrived by 7:20 AM. No one arrived at 8:00 AM despite the 7:00 AM reminder from them as well as an appointment in their system, and attempts to call/email went unanswered at first When I checked their system 30 minutes later, the appointment disappeared from their system. The company said it was canceled because I didn't "confirm" in their scheduling system--a requirement that wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. As a result, I traveled over two hours for nothing, lost wages because I could have worked today, wasted 13 and a half hours (4:45 AM-6:15 PM) driving and waiting for a response, and spent about $70 in fuel round trip. The owner apologized for a "misunderstanding," but even as of 6:15 PM today, I have received no further response. This is very unprofessional--especially given the impact on an elderly person's home and a time-sensitive schedule, as well as the clear lack of respect for others' time. ZERO STARS
