Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

After looking at it I decided I couldn't fix it myself, instead I contacted The Gutter Boys based on the Yelp Reviews. At this point they said they were so busy they could only quote on replacing all of the gutters, I figured it cost me nothing to get the quote. The quote was reasonable for the size of the job, but more then I wanted to spend, so I let them know that I did not want to move ahead with the job. A couple of weeks later they contacted me and let me know that they would quote on replacing only the back gutter. This came in and was still a bit higher then I wanted to spend. After another couple of weeks they sent a revised quote that was about 20% lower at which point I decided to go ahead with the job. Getting the job started was easy, you log onto their website, review and approve the contract and put down a 50% deposit. Once this was done they scheduled the job in less then a week. On the scheduled day they came out while I was at work, took down the old gutter, put up the new gutter and downspouts and cleaned up the jobsite. A very nice job all the way around. I never had an contact with any of their personnel other then by text and phone, but they got the job done fast and professionally.

I had contacted the Third Estimate about an insurance claim for siding repair from a storm that had…read moredown-poured hail. I had high hopes since I had used them 5 years ago for a roof replacement claim and had no issues. Since the roof repair, they have significantly grown and their communication has made a serious dive. I messaged via their social media after a request for a inspection had gone unanswered that I had filled out on their website. The person behind the social media page contacted and said they had no record, even though I had the confirmation from 2 days prior that my request had been sent. Their siding tech Ronnie had come out and was great to deal with. After that, it went way down hill. I had been sent a email from their claims person asking about the insurance claim and asked for the information for my insurance. I responded the next day with all the information, and received no response. I emailed the following day to make sure that they had received what they needed and got a response as yes. A week went by with no update. I had received a letter from my insurance company that they were denying the claim. I then sent another email inquiring about what was going on and received no response. Another week, another email and nothing. It took me sending a response on their social media stating that I will start looking for another company if I cannot get an update. I magically got a response later that day saying the person was out for a few days and that for whatever reason the insurance company didnt get the email from them. They said they would try the Tuesday after Memorial Day. We are now into the second week of June and nothing. At this point im thoroughly disappointed and saddened at the lack of communication and care that they have showed me. I will move on to another company at this point. I have wasted my time. They obviously do not care about doing work for smaller homes or homes that dont match what they post on their social media. I feel like all the recommendations for this company that I had given out to family, friends and coworkers was a waste because as a return customer, i've been let down. I have all the email correspondence and messages saved as well that will show the large gaps in responses and communications. My home isnt a $500k home, its a small ranch in Parma, but I should atleast be shown the same respect as other customers. Poor customer service
