They fixed the car after a few days and continuously updated me with the original parts that were ordered from Japan instead of locally manufactured Taiwanese or Chinese options. They also worked with my insurance company and rental agency to give us a loaner and certainly updated the whole team who was involved in the process. They called us on the phone and shared daily updates and repairs that was being done to the car. Our car was also stored and secured in the garage and protected from the elements which other repair outlets don't seem to care. The service advisor was very professional and collaborated with my insurance adjuster to complete the repair and also facilitated the payment of the necessary fees relative to my coverages.
