Took my cat to get a sanitary shave, she has been getting them for 8 years prior at other Veterinary clinics. They quoted me $100 for consultation and $35 for the shave. My cat was so upset, mad and uncomfortable with the them. I've never seen her act so hostile. She was butting her head against her cage and the wall trying to escape. I told them i have never seen my cat be so upset ever and was going to just leave. They said they would do the shave that day and told me how good she did. A month later i made a second appointment. When i got there they told me it would be $75 then lied in my face telling me the $35 last time was for RX. My cat had no RX she got a shave. They all took turns lying and making up excuses ganging up on me and I said F that and other choice words and told them to go ahead a shave her for $75 but I wasn't coming back. Then they threatened to call security and I went outside to wait for my cat to be shaved. I've never in 8 years of having my cat's butt shaved ever paid over $37. I went outside to make a TikTok video and they sent someone outside to hassle me while I waited. She said they would do the shave for $35 this time like they were doing me a favor. Which made me even madder because they quoted me $35 and they knew it. I stayed outside doing my video then they brought my cat outside shaved took my credit card and charged me twice. They called me while I was driving home and told me they charged me twice. I gave them my famous choice words because F them and didn't report them as fraud to my bank just said F it. They call me the next day say they removed both charges but since I was so rude I couldn't come back. I said F you I wasn't planning on coming back. So you see they taunted me even when I was just trying to forget the whole horrible disgusting Veterinary Clinic that they are. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISGUSTING PEOPLE WHO TRY TO SCREW YOU OVER THEM BLAME YOU FOR SAYING SOMETHING ABOUT IT! F them. read more

I took my cat and she was having problems breathing and coughing ! They took her back to examine her came out within 20 minutes and told me that my cat who was barely over a year old had a heart condition and recommended putting her down because she would never have a quality life !!!! At this point I literally lost my mind I looked at the doctor and told her that can't be right you need to go back in and look at her again and run some more test about one hour later she came back out saying oh I'm sorry I missed diagnosed her she has cat asthma ! I was in there for less than three hours and then the first 20 minutes they recommended me putting my cat to sleep they ended up charging me $950 which I still haven't seen an itemized bill I paid the full amount they prescribed her some medication they gave me roughly 60 days medication The medication helped as long as she was on it they had given me a liquid medication my cat absolutely would not take it I could not get the stuff down or so the next day I called and asked them if they had this in a pill form of course they did was never offered that option they just right away gave me the liquid then proceeded to charge me $21 extra when the medication ran out about two weeks after my cats symptoms returned I looked on the bottle of liquid that I had given me that she would not take and I was eligible for a refill it said one refill !! So when I called to get the medicine refill they told me that I had to bring her in for a real examination before they would give me the refill which was going to cost me anywhere from $80-$200 for them to tell me oh yeah her symptoms have returned she needs more medication I would not take a dead animal to these people in other words I wouldn't take them any animal they put me through a great deal of stress and anguish then denied me the refill that I was already eligible for !Eligible for without me bringing her in and spending more money for them to rig diagnose what I already knew what was wrong worst Vet ever !!! The excessive charges and shock of the price to treat my pet is inexcusable. After being able to determine that Penny was not in immediate danger. The cost of recommended treatment at well over $500. I left paying for the basic exam fee, which was more than my vet charged for all the services later that morning. To be specific, my dog also received all the booster shots along with the first aid that my pet needed for less. Oh yes, did I tell you how long I had to wait to see the vet... Literally hours... Having arrived at 9:30, I left at 11:40 just after seeing the vet for the first time and being presented an estimate for service that they recommended. The tech wanted to drug my dog before the doctor had seen her... I am so unimpressed with the service I would recommend anyone select any other provider for the care of your pet. Since you asked, I believe I will take the time to post this online on Google and Yelp. And to answer your question... most important thing they could have done differently to make your visit better? Prompt attention to my pet, at reasonable prices. It is an emergency service but at 5X the cost it is beyond unreasonable. I've never experienced such a sketchy veterinarian hospital in my entire life. The second I walked through the door when my dog was actively seizing is as if it was a code blue in a regular hospital... which I could let slide sure. Immediately after I was required to fill out my information and put down a $900 emergency deposit. Next (I'm talking within several seconds later) I am being offered these 'snacks' seems pretty coincidental to be offered food after I just gave them a grand. My dog was 'treated' for 2hours and that took up the entirety of the deposit and all they did was give him injections. The person/people overlooking your pet isn't even the DVM, it's the technicians which is hilarious. You're gonna tell me technicians cost THIS much to just 'keep an eye' on your pet. It's not like they are just staring at your dog solely every minute every second - there are other pets there and this is laughable. Not only this but when I was told we couldn't afford to pay this they offer their own 'credit' so basically taking out a loan. My dog already had permanent brain damage and none of that overnight treatment would have fixed any of the irreversible brain damage he had... The place doesn't even smell like a vet hospital either. They didn't even write down the injection doses on the discharge paperwork, either due to incompetence or they were annoyed I didn't pay them 5000. This was my 1st visit to 1st Pet Vet, and I should have listened to the negative reviews. 1. I was told it was a 1-2 hr ER wait, which I was fine with, and took time off work to take my cat in, as he got into a fight with the other cat in my home and experienced a left eye injury. 2. I get to their location which is 10 mins away, walk in, and they say that they have a room for myself & my cat that we can wait in, and we go in and they take my cat's vitals and leave. 3. 2.5 HRS LATER WE ARE STILL WAITING, NO ONE CHECKS IN US, STOPS BY THE ROOM TO AT LEAST ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY SEE US, NOTHING. 4. They sure do reconfirm that I can drop my cat off & leave him there, which I have denied twice. 5. Now keep in mind, I have told the front desk/1st Vet tech that my cat is unfriendly AND DOESN'T TAKE TO STRANGERS & will/may hiss/growl. The front desk said "You can muzzle your cat" WHO the hell is going to tell a pet owner that their CAT is going to be muzzled? You THINK that is going to make the situation better? And you claim you're a FEAR FRIENDLY facility? What a joke. Now 2.5 hrs later, I HAD to leave to go back to work, but figured I am only 10 mins away AND what can happen in 40 mins? Well obviously a LOT!!!!! 6. As I was leaving, obviously angry, they were in a HURRY to collect the $175 fee. Seriously? It's obvious that's all they cared about, was the $$. 10 mins AFTER I left they called me to say they looked at him and bc he was angry and anxious, they couldn't complete their exam, and I could come get him. I was angry, bc I feel like they DELIBERATELY waited until I had left to examine him. 7. Now I was given eye cream for his eye AND Gabapentin bc he was such an "anxious" cat & for his pain. Now it wasn't pointed out to me until LATER that HOW would they have known he was ANXIOUS and prescribe him Gabapentin if they hadn't given him Gabapentin at the facility? I later gave him 0.6mL of Gabapentin PRN AS INSTRUCTED for what I thought was his pain indicator (eye squinting, unable to keep the eye open for long periods of period) and my cat had a reaction. Lethargy, loss of appetite, and when I took him back for a Vet Tech assessment, was assured that was the result they wanted to see, and if he began throwing up yellow bile or long periods of vomiting to bring him back. However, it took OVER 36 hrs for him to recover from the effects of the Gabapentin, and my BFF/sister who IS an RN, has advised me she believes that he WAS given Gabapentin at the facility without my knowledge OR consent AND it even states on his med rec: NEXT DOSE DUE TODAY WHEN HE GETS HOME. That would explain why he threw up so much, was lethargic for 36+ hrs, walked around in a daze/stupor, stare blankly at the wall(s), not eat/drink for 36+ hrs. I will NEVER return to this facility or ANY other 1stPet Vet location, ever. I believe they did harm to my pet as he has not returned to normal since the day I took him there, and that was 3 days ago. I don't know what they did to him on 6/3/2021, but I am LIVID that my beautiful baby is now withdrawn, jerks away from me when I attempt to pet him, doesn't come greet me at the door, etc ... Like most pet owners, my baby is my world, and while I realize I chose to leave him for 40 mins, I left him with a facility I THOUGHT cared about animals and would treat him with love and care. This was a mistake I'll forever regret and hope my baby recovers from soon. read more

We brought our older dog here when we came home and found her about to breathe her last. We were met with kindness by every person there. The vet was so compassionate and the charges were less than expected for emergency visit even though they did IVs and exam. Regarding other reviews about cost: They do have you sign a paper stating that you understand the charges will likely be $500 or more, which isn't unusual for an after hours emergency vet, but then this hasn't been our first time treating a sick animal on a weekend. I think you have to take people's reviews about cost with a grain of salt. It's hard to process sticker shock when you're hurting and scared. It was for us the first time too. This vet clinic was far more upfront with the potential cost than any others we've ever been to, which I really appreciated. read more

I've been bringing our dogs here for several years now. We discovered 1st Pet after bringing our dog became very ill. We brought him to two very popular local vets and explained the situation. In both cases they seemed to dismiss my concerns and wrote his sickness off as homesickness/anxiety and later kennel cough- this after charging me hundreds of dollars just to see him and then test him for parvo, etc. even though I told them he had already been vaccinated. After spending hundreds of dollars trying to diagnose our dog and still seeing him waste away, I brought him to a THIRD vet- I was desperate. This is where 1st pet came in. For the first time I felt like someone was actually listening to me, understood my concerns and took them seriously. They ran a series of blood tests and came back with a diagnosis; valley fever. He's been on meds since and is actually healthy again. Without 1st pet, I'm certain he would have died because the other vets were not taking me seriously. Later, our other dog came down with a seriously illness which they said she would not survive treatment for (due to the extent of progression) and she was in severe pain. They handled the situation SO professionally when it came down to having to put her down. We were so impressed with their compassion and sympathy. I highly recommend! read more

Beautiful interior with gorgeous waiting rooms and lounge area for guests! When they put you in a room they give YOU a basket of goodies to help yourself to-chips,cookies,nuts and water! Wow!! And of course there are treats for the pets in canisters in the room that also has a room fragrance of calming goodies. My Kitty has Never Been so at Ease with a Vet visit!! He Loved our Vet and I did too!! She was so Caring and Concerned about my pets health! The visit was quick and here's the Kicker- I was Reasonably Priced!! I was thinking with all the Luxury Treatment there was going to be a Sticker Shock moment! Instead I was Shocked at how reasonable it was with the medications included!!! I had been going to another vet that was wonderful- but, apparently was the Nordstrom of Vets charging very dear prices for half the service!! My dog was lethargic, trouble walking g, vomiting, and First Pet ER would not even triage her. Said they were on diversion. I get that but could you not have at least looked at my Lil one. Sent me packing with a name and address of where to go. Never again. Finally found a ER pet vet who would see my Lil girl. Spider bite was the cause. Thank goodness she is OK. Brought our 1 year old kitty in here last week because they were open late and he wasn't peeing/pooping and wasn't acting like himself. We go in Dr comes in after waiting not long and says he's blocked and that why he can't pee and it can be life threatening and we need to do a 4500$ surgery. Completely freaking us out and my boyfriend thankfully was thinking with logic and me with emotion and declined asking why we can't Atleast try meds first. He said yes looked annoyed but after that we felt the energy completely shift from the employees towards us. We took him to a different place, Desert Ark - AMAZING. The doctors quoted us 22-2600$ over the phone then when we brought him in they said he has no blockage at all and just found his bladder inflamed and he was stressed (we just moved into a new house 2.5 weeks ago) they found the most cost effective option to treat him and we ended up paying 1500$. The nurse at 1st pet was "going over the paperwork" with us and basically said it's all in here what you need to know so just read through while the nurses and doctors were very detailed and went through all of our options price points and after care very very thoroughly. Idk just don't go here I wish we didn't still paid 400$ out of pocket. Read the reviews it's not a coincidence this many people have bad experiences they are money swindlers and don't care about our babies. After care was not good. 45 minutes to get the script, and after waiting another 30 minutes to check out, I had to check with the front desk to ask to be checked out. This place went above and beyond for me and my dog. I adopted him from the shelter last month, he's an old sick boy. wanted to give him a great last bit of time, i just thought id have more with him. they got me in right away when his nose started bleeding nonstop with no known cause. they priced everything they wanted to do out for me and i chose to stick with some basic blood work. they were quick and so kind to him. he's a lover boy he warms up to everyone he meets. blood work came back a mess, and he only had a couple painful months to live. the doctor was compassionate and so kind to us. i made the easy decision to let him sleep so he didn't suffer but it was easily one of the hardest decisions to follow through with. doctor came into our room and let me hold him while he passed. the staff were all so kind and comforting and gentle with him. they all truly show up for us even though their jobs are so hard. all the respect in the world for veterinary staff. thank you all so much for what you did for us. read more

Worst vet I've ever been to! My dog had a puncture wound after getting into a fight with his housemate. Brought him in at 8:30pm and I'm still sitting here in the parking lot at 2:30am. Vet NEVER called to update me on how he was doing until I finally called after 6 hours to request he be brought out so I can just take him home. Then all of a sudden Dr. Otto calls and everything is magically taken care of - only after I called 5 times asking for updates. Dr. Otto never apologized or explained anything. I watched so many people come and go with their dogs and I was literally the last person sitting in the parking lot. Was told when I got there that only 5 people were in front of me. This place was horrible, all they cared about was money. We paid $175 for them to see our dog who had been injured and they didn't even give him antibiotics before we left. It was on a Sunday and our regular veterinarian was not available. We basically paid $175 for them to look at him and tell us he had a puncture wound... Ummm, we already knew that! He told us it would be $650 - $700 to clean him up and wound care. We took him to our regular vet the next day and they couldn't believe for that much money they didn't send him home with antibiotics. They did not care about our dog, all they cared about was how much money they could get. I will never go there again! read more

While they have reduced their hours (still open until 11PM so that is good!), they are now taking care of pets again instead of diverting to other facilities all the time. I get it, vets are burned out, people are leaving the field and there are more pets than ever after the pandemic, but there is something to be said for making triage a component of any veterinary ER practice. We arrived with my cat and promptly told them it appeared to us that he something was going on with his eye, that perhaps a capillary had burst, or something. One of the first things to do would be to check BP as part of vitals gathering. That didn't happen. Instead, we were made to wait nearly two hours while multiple other pets were tended to before us. Then, a technician comes in asking us if we approve doing some diagnostic testing so that the vet would have it when he was available to see our pet; diagnostics such as X-rays, lab work, etc. No mention of a BP check. We declined and left. When we finally made it to another ER (Animal Medical and Surgical Center in Scottsdale) and told them about his eye, they immediately took him back, did a BP and had the vet take a quick peek at him. Guess what, he had a detached retina due to high BP. Who knows what would have happened had 1st Pet done a BP check (something a technician should be capable of doing). read more

Took my injured cat in and they immediately handed me cremation paperwork.. my cat was and is not dead, he was actually meowing in pain. The girl said she felt like an asshole which to me is unprofessional language. My cat had fresh blood on his back and down his leg, was clearly in pain and hardly moving. They said he had a high fever and needed antibiotics but he was not critical enough to be seen by them, they would not give him the medication needed, and I needed to take him somewhere else...this is an emergency clinic, I would have gladly waited for him to be seen, I tried several vet clinics first but they were booked up that is why I took him to this emergency clinic. read more

My first visit to 1st Pet was under extremely sad circumstances. My 13-year-old pug had been scheduled for home euthanasia the following day, but in the middle of the night, took a turn for the worst. Knowing I could not bare to watch her in distress for 8 more hours, I made the decision to take her to 1st Pet at 2AM to put her to rest then instead. It could not wait. I cannot say enough about how kind and compassionate everyone at 1st Pet was to me. They spoke in soft voices and told me how sorry they were for my situation repeatedly. They were calm and patient with me, sensing my mental state and struggle with questions and paperwork. The doctor who put my girl to sleep did it quickly and calmly, and having been the first pet I've had to put down, really took the fear out of the situation for me. It was peaceful and freeing. Their emergency price for the whole visit, including cremation was only about $20 more than the home euthanasia, and I was able to return home after the visit and actually sleep - knowing it was finished and my girl was free. I truly appreciate the staff and their kindness and efficiency in the middle of the night with my situation. I am so glad they were there and able to make this trying experience as smooth as possible for both me and my pet. read more

These people saved my dog's life. He had a surgery at Banfield Pet Hospital to remove a growth and went into congestive heart failure a day later. I took him to this place at 1am and so glad I did. This is not my regular vet and had never been to this hospital before. I needed a late night emergency vet and midwestern vet clinic recommended this location on their voicemail. Unfortunately the queen of our house passed away at home in my arms and after having the family come and say their goodbyes we transported her to this hospital to be cremated. I did feel bad that we took her somewhere that no one knew her, as she had been in and out of care over the years for various health issues. However the girl at the front (spirally curly hair) spoke with understanding and peacefulness as if she understood my pain of handing off my girl. She came outside to get her....my diseased dog! and carried her in herself! Thats a special person! Seeing her being carried away in caring arms as opposed to wheeled off somehow made a difference and I appreciate that. Thank you young lady! The price for cremation was about $100 more than the regular vet. We received a paw print in a card a few days later and exactly a week later I picked up my babies cremated remains. 1st Pet North Valley is a very caring, compassionate and remarkable vet office and emergency clinic. We've used them for emergency, regular care, and end of life care for two of our dogs. Any of the staff we have encountered were professional and caring. Dr. Venable treated our dog Teddy with great care. When it came time to let our beloved pet be relieved of his tired body, the staff was very understanding, explained procedures, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. read more

I recently lost my cat and 1st Pet made a horrible situation easier. My cat had been dealing with kidney issues for years and it finally became critical. A call to my regular vet went unanswered - the voicemail said they were closed during the week of Christmas, but it was mid-April. I called another location and they had received several calls about the other site not answering their phone. I called 1st Pet and they got us in right away. Unfortunately, things weren't good and treatment options were limited due to his condition. We took him home overnight to spend some time with him and the next day we went back for a final visit. I am very disappointed in the service I received with this clinic. I brought my cat into the clinic two weeks ago as he was urinating blood. Upon arriving they list everything they suggest I do equaling out to over 1,000 dollars without really explaining anything. I end up asking if we can just start with the urinalysis and go from there. They come back and tell me it was just "stress" related and sent me home with a prescription for inflammation and pain reliever. Now come to the present I had to bring my cat in once again this time in a dire emergency as his bladder ended up being full of blood. (I feel had they told me two weeks ago he needed to be drained and what to watch for that he would still be with me today) Again they presented me with a "bill" this time of over 3600 and keep in mind they will not work with you on payments. I tell them I am unable to do this then they relay my other options. I tell them I would prefer to do everything I can for him so they drain his bladder (knowing all too well it would ultimately fail) they of course said his kidneys were in bad shape and he needed to stay with them overnight which I would of wanted if I could afford it however I asked them what I could do at home and they sent me with and IV and showed me what to do. Now come the next morning his bladder is full all over again and he is even worse and lifeless. This time I do not want to make the same mistake and find another hospital to take him. I send them all the records I have from this place and right away they told me my options relayed that they can certainly do the same thing but that it was inevitable to come back due to the damage already to his kidneys and said euthanizing him would be the most humane thing to do for him. I agreed and cried while they actually showed they cared for me and my animal and what was best and even presented me with a payment option and a paw print of my little guy. I feel had the first vet been honest with me about his chances I would have put him to rest the day prior to going to this new location. I even asked the vet if his kidneys could have failed over night worried I did something wrong with his care and then relayed that no they were that bad before his procedure. Had they actually cared for my cat and not the money I could have possibly gotten the care my special guy needed. Instead I am out over 1500 dollars with them (which was everything I had and I no longer have my cat) Had they actually cared about people and what was best for the animal I feel he could have still been with me. I regret ever letting them handle the care of my cat as I feel this could have been prevented two weeks ago. Also when the vet Emily was relaying my options she literally showed no emotion as I cried out for my cat to be saved. If you want someone who actually cares for your wellbeing and your animals wellbeing you will not go to this emergency clinic!! Avoid at all costs and please call around. I believe I would still have my little guy today had I never given them access to my baby. read more

I used to like this place but it is very inefficient to bring a puppy back every 2 months for weight when they have just reached 50lbs. The next break is 100 lbs before heart worm medicine has to change. At earliest my boy would not reach 100lbs for over 4 months. no one was up front to tell me how much longer I would need to wait. I sat for three hours from 1:15am-4:10am.No vet came in to see how my dog was. A front desk girl did come in to my room at 2:40am and say it would be another 30-40 minutes.. I ended up walking out. I will be making a appt for my dog for a vet willing to look at her... There is obviously a staffing issue here. I understand that there is a wait time at every medical office. As I have worked in a medical office before. The reason for my leaving is because there was not a single person up front, I also saw no other owners or pets In the other rooms. Most of the rooms light had been turned off. If you could check the cameras at around 4am I had walked up and down the hall to try and find someone to speak to. With not a person in sight or visible in any room, I left. Like I said, this practice has a staffing issue... I was very calm and waiting, never spoke rudely to any employee. I left this review so hopefully something changes. read more

Tonight was our second time coming here in the middle of the night. Or dog has a seizure disorder and kept having them back to back. I called them to explain what was happening in the car on our way over. They were very compassionate and understanding of our situation and as soon as I carried him in they were waiting for us to take him straight back. The Dr. was kind and helpful. I can't say enough good things about our experience here. It can be expensive but at least I know my dog in good hands. To me that's priceless. read more

Arrived at 6 PM after seeing our normal vet 3x in 5 days. My dog was in complete agony and visibly weak and miserable. We sat there for over 4 hours and not one person even came to check on us! Literally not 1 person! The place really has gone downhill since my last visit about a year ago. We went out to the desk several times and told we were next but 2 hours later still not one single person even laid eyes on us. As we decided to leave because we weren't getting any assistance they asked us if we we're interested in going to another ER down the street with an hour wait. My sweet 17 1/2 year old kitty was in pain and not going to make it through the day. The were kind and compassionate. They got me in first thing, walked me back and let me talk about my furry friend until we were ready. They carried her with love and concern and gave me time to say goodbye. They sent a lovely sympathy card that the staff signed including my kitty's name. Thank you to all the staff that made this horrible day manageable. read more

What would you do if you lost your pet because you didn't have a $250 on you because he ran out of the house without your purse. I brought my dog in as an emergency she was walking like her back was sprained running into walls and wouldn't stop whimpering, as if it was her way of crying. They told me it was $250 to be seen in the exam room and I said that was fine butI explained to them that I ran out the door leaving my purse the second my dog her fell off the bed and hit her back and head on the night stand and that as soon as took her back to the exam room I would go get my purse which is only 10 minutes away. They refused to see my dog without the money they wouldn't even take a second glance at her and unless I had $250 in my hand or a credit card right then and there as my dog is whispering in pain in my arms. She could've died in the waiting room and they could've cared less. When I brought her in they didn't even ask what her symptoms Their first words were it's $250 before we can exam your dog. All pet owners and animal animal lovers out there please boycott this place they don't care about the animals. A few months ago we got in a car accident and my dog sprained her foot and it cost me $2000 for a cast that didn't even stay on I had to bring her back three times I and each visit they charged me $100 just to re-wrap their mistake, Then tried talking me into spending more money (probably knowing if I'd spend what I already did I would spend more) telling me my dog needed surgery and if I didn't do it that my dogs life will be cut short if I didn't pay $4000+. It's a very sad place that they take a vantage of people in an emergency knowing do you give it that your dog is like your kid and he would do anything and pay anything to make sure that they stay alive so they take advantage of that. And unfortunately I couldn't take her anywhere else my veterinarian vet was out for the day so they only had nurses on staff which they did take a look at her and told me to take her to the emergency room and my son's dogs vet was in surgery for four hours. So I had to to drive 25 miles to another emergency vet. They took straight to the exam room and never discussed pricing until they new what was wrong. Luckily it was just a slight concussion and she bruised her spine nothing too major. I only spent $225 total including examination and medications. read more

I brought my dog here due to her not feeling well and throwing up. They were very prompt when I first got here got her and checked her in and did a parvo test. Once the test came back negative a tech came out and took my dog into the clinic, I told the tech I understood that she couldn't give me an exact wait time but if she could tell me if it would be 30 minutes to an hour to two hours she told me it would definitely not be 30 minutes..... An hour and a half later I called the clinic and the front desk told me that they had been at a 4 to 5 hour wait all day and that there were still 3 to 4 dogs ahead of my dog. At this point they didn't know if it would be another 2 to 3 hours. I demanded they give me my dog back right away I only paid for the parvo test I did not pay for any office visit and I highly do not recommend this place... We definitely need a better staff that can communicate properly and do their job correctly. Just a horrible experience do not bring your animal here I wish I could give them no stars. WOW, I have to say I have been to a few vets in the area and boy what a score on this facility. I took my dog to Dr. Caruso. My dog doesn't really take to new people so easily but to my surprise, he felt comfortable around Dr. Caruso and her crew. It is a beautiful facility, so clean, the rooms are huge and they give you a basket of goodies when you go there. Thank you for really caring about the animals like they are your own. read more
