The entire process was simple & professional. I started by booking on-line and also was able to complete the paperwork and attach proof of rabies vaccination. I received a couple emails reminding me of my appointment. Based on your pet (cat or dog), delegates your drop off and pick up window time frame. After my dog was out of surgery, I received a text advising me surgery went well and he was in recovery. Received email to make payment on-line. Everything was extremely easy and stress free! Picked up my dog at required time frame and he is doing great! Highly recommend - clinic was clean, staff friendly and the entire process could not be more convenient. Plus, the cost of the neuter was about $400 less than my vet.

I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a more affordable option to spaying or neutering their fur baby! The only thing to keep in mind is this is far from a traditional veterinary clinic so here is how your day will go on the day of your pet's spay or neuter: 1. Don't expect any phone calls to confirm or provide information. Everything will be via email/text. 2. Pet to be dropped off between 8-8:15 am. 3. At drop off you won't meet the vet, won't be nearby during the initial exam- you'll literally drop your animal off at the front reception desk. 4. Again, NO phone calls even after surgery is finished- you'll receive an email with information and the invoice to pay (which they urge you to do before coming to pick the animal up). 5. Pickup must be done between 3:45-4:30pm; no exceptions. Overall, we had a great experience and were able to save a lot of money. We were well less than $200 for our cat's spay, a nail trim, and a recovery suit (versus a cone). Much better than the $700+ estimate we received at our local vet. The only thing I didn't love was the lack of human communication. I would have at least like a phone call saying all was well.

It's been 24 hours since my kitty has been discharged from her neuter. I can't recommend this place more it was easy to schedule an appointment, AFFORDABLE, and although I wasn't able to meet the staff, my partner said everyone was very kind and professional. So happy our girl was in good hands

Toby feeling good after his surgery!

They took very good care of my two Pomeranians. Didn't meet any of the vets but the staff were very nice.

We had a virtual urgent care call and they were concerned enough that we brought him into The Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic to check in on him. After an ultrasound, they found that he had a mass on his spleen and was internally bleeding, and had to go into immediate overnight emergency surgery. The surgery was successful, and after a 36 hour hospital stay, Barkley is back home and on the mend. While this was such a scary experience and few days, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about The Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic and their team. They are open 24/7/365, and provided around the clock care. Because of the length of his stay, we worked with and spoke to multiple of their veterinarians and assistants (thank you to Dr. Ferguson, Dr. Fleming, Dr. Goldberg, and Dr. Blackmon), and everyone was so kind, attentive, and caring through every step of the process, gave us calls throughout the night with updates and over the past few days to check in on Barkley's progress, and were so compassionate in all of the care they provided. Barkley was in such great hands. Thank you to the The Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic team!

Not long after checking them out my pup told me it was time and we went immediately to them on a Friday morning when they opened. They had the perfect room for him. It was the corner one with the big window. My pup loved being outside and it was the perfect spot for him, he stared outside the window into nature. They gave us a whole cart of treats to give to him and the doctor and staff was so kind and compassionate. The staff from the very first time we walked in to the time I was called to pick his ashes up was absolutely amazing. It was the only time they truly saw him and it felt like they had cared for him so many times before. I couldn't of ask for a better place and staff to have my dog cared for. They were so kind to us and even complimented on how good he was but that was his demeanor, he was always kind and sweet. Thank you Scottsdale animal Hospital! They did not even attempt to reach me by phone to deliver those results. There is no excuse for results like that to have been delivered that way. It was insensitive, unprofessional, and lacked basic empathy and compassion. After this experience, I stopped bringing my dog here. She had her surgery at Thrive Pet Healthcare in North Scottsdale, where I had an incredible experience with every individual who worked there. Dr Radlinsky took her time with my dog, even sitting on the ground with her during her consultation. The difference in compassion and care was striking. I would never trust my dog with this practice again. I strongly recommend bringing your dog elsewhere.

The entire team is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. I always feel like we're getting honest, accurate information with clear explanations, and never any pressure. They let us make informed decisions for our pets without pushing unnecessary treatments or upsells. One of the biggest things that keeps us coming back is the fair pricing. For example, another vet near us quoted $80 more per injection for the exact same Cytopoint treatment. That kind of price difference makes the drive to Moon Valley more than worth it. They're also incredibly responsive--whether it's getting back to me with answers or fitting us in for an appointment. We've almost always been able to get a same-day visit or one within just a few days, which is such a relief when you're worried about your pet. We truly trust them with our animals' care and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The team handled it like absolute pros and whisked her away so I didn't have to watch the chaos unfold. From what they shared, Cat immediately demonstrated her Olympic-level wall-scaling abilities, but they managed to take care of everything we needed, AND walked me through a clear cost breakdown before doing anything, thank you! And were genuinely kind through the whole process. Cat is now home, safe, and pretending none of this ever happened. We'll be back for boosters... assuming I can outsmart her again.
