I was going to wait but the way I waited for my food I want to write this review now . I want tacos so I decided to try this spot. When you walk in your greeted by a waiter because I didn't know they have a bar on the other side of it that isn't open yet, but we'll talk about that later. I ordered the tacos with the wings now I didn't know what flavor taco I want it. I just know I want to try the tacos and I asked the guy just picked them up and he said I got you so while I asked him to pick it out I'm thinking like it's gonna be like 30 minutes or whatever and I waited almost a hour for two tacos and chicken wings now I said I'm going to write this review today based off my experience, but I didn't know that the wings were gonna be so good. They had lemon pepper wings. I don't know how they made them lemon pepper honey wings . They were so good. I can't even lie. They were very very good I had two tacos. The tacos were plain , wasnt any seasoning on them, but they only needed sauce and I didn't get any sauce offer which was bad, but the presentation was worth it. The price was nominal and I would actually say that I would go back based off of that , if I add the sauce , maybe they don't season the meat because of that I had the beef and the chicken taco and they both lack a little bit of salt. Like there were scared to over due it and it taste too plain for what they have going on there. Ambience nothing to brag about but very fresh being that they just opened. It has promise just season the meat in the tacos . Wings fire can't front ! I will try again . But also for the wait they gave me an additional taco and that's love .

Everything thing about my experience was amazing. The restaurant was ducked off. It stood out. The huge logo was professional and the inside was very clean and fresh! I was immediately greeted and asked what I would like to order. There were quite a few ppl there, but the ordering process was quick and efficient. Now the food, I drove 25 minutes home and the food was still hot!! The bayou egg rolls were extremely flavorful. The shell was crispy and sauce that comes with it set it off!! My favorite was the lemon pepper chicken tacos, the savory taste mixed with the sour lemon pepper flavored shell was amazing. I will definitely be back. Tacos and wings are my two favorite foods!!

    Loaded Nachos with beef.

The food is absolutely amazing. I stumbled across this place today. The food is seasoned good and delicious. Also affordable prices, good customer service- highly recommend.

I don't see a like the food is worth the money that they charge. I got 3 fish tacos and I'm still looking for the fish so I won't go back.

We tried the La Piñata and the Smokey Old Fashioned, which arrived in a dramatic smoke dome--such a fun presentation. For our first bites, we ordered the Tostadas: handmade corn tostadas served with both red and green avocado sauces. They were fresh, vibrant, and a perfect start to the meal. Our main courses were equally impressive. The Short Rib with Mole Amarillo came with pickled habanero onions, rice, and plantains--rich, tender, and beautifully balanced. We also enjoyed the Arrachera, an outside skirt steak served with sautéed onions, chimichurri, rustic potatoes, and a bouquet salad. Every dish was plated beautifully and tasted exceptional. Our server, Dalia, made the experience even better. She was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive--always appearing at just the right moment, whether to refill our water or guide us through the menu. Overall, it was another amazing visit. We go there often and have never been disappointed.

This is my second time here and both times have been so good. We came as a party of 3 and left so happy and full. I love Mexican food holy moly We got the queso and octopus shrimp ceviche as starters. The queso was 3 cheeses: American, cotija, and Oaxacan. They heated it up under a salamander so it was nice and crispy on top, while being gooey all throughout. Also came with a couple of nice salsas. The ceviche was not my favorite because I don't prefer raw(ish) octopus, but the squid ink sauce was very flavorful. For our mains the 3 of us shared the red snapper, tuetano with lamb, and the mixteco poblano pepper. Red snapper had a nice charred smoky flavor from being grilled. Was more meaty than flaky in texture. It was our second time getting the mixteco poblano pepper and it hits. Highly recommend eating with some of the salsa as well if you get queso. The duck carnitas in it wasn't particularly duck-y today, but still very good. Best dish is definitely the tuetano. The bone marrow is so incredibly flavorful with the blue corn tortillas. Add some of the pickled onions and it's hard to go wrong with that flavor combo of salt, fat, and acid. if you're going to order one thing, I'd order this and share with a friend and tbh it's enough to be filling. For dessert we got the volcan de chocolate (basically lava cake). The lava cake and coconut ice cream combo is fantastic. You get bits of coconut flakes as you eat! Fair warning it isn't the brownie texture you may be used to, it's a bit more cakey. Amazing service the whole night! Almost got our cars booted because we forgot to validate until 1.5 hours in but luckily we were fine. The staff let us know they have been booting cars though so be wary!

The atmosphere is lively, colorful, and full of personality. It feels like the kind of neighborhood spot people keep coming back to, and judging by how busy it usually is, that's exactly what happens. The food is consistently good, portions are generous, and a cold Modelo goes perfectly with the meal. It can definitely get crowded, so I'd go expecting a wait during peak times. But to me, that's part of the charm. Places don't stay this busy for this long unless they're doing something right. Great food, fun atmosphere, and easily one of the better Mexican spots in this or any part of Atlanta.

My only complaint is that when you order takeout in person, they add a 15% takeout fee. I think that's excessive because we're not dining in, being seated, or interacting with a server--we're simply placing an order, picking it up, and taking it home. I don't really see what additional cost justifies that fee. The food is great, but the takeout fee makes ordering from here less appealing. Ambience is good.
