Do NOT use. The prices are great but they are not professional. Not sure if the owners just started this business but the staff and service will frustrate you. Took them 1 hr to pick me up. Despite their instructions saying they have shuttle at 20 mins and 50 mins after the hour. AND they say drop off starts timely at 10 and 40mins after the hr, don't believe it. If you use them give your self a lot of cushion time. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!!! i wish there were a way to leave zero stars. You cannot call them to leave a message because their message box is ALWAYS full. They only communicate via text, which is BS!!!!!!!!! They DO NOT respond promptly to text messages. On our way to park our car it took 30 minutes for them to respond to open the gate so we could park our car. On our return they never responded to our text messages starting at 10:15m. My wheelchair bound husband and I were left stranded at the airport for over 2 hours. We finally had to call a friend after midnight to come and pick us up at the airport so we could get home. The friend also had to drive me to pick up my car the next day. And 2 Birds would not let me get my car until I paid them $10 for the extra day for parking even though it was their fault because they left us stranded and never responded to my text messages for pickup. The name says it all....they give their CUSTOMERS 2 BIRDS! Travel issues caused me to return a day later so I had to pay for an additional day. No problem...well after almost 2 hours of confusing texting i was finally told that my original reservation had been canceled and i had to pay for all stayed days (which was now a premium price pre-day). REALLY 2.5 STARS but I will round up since when I give anything lower it is frowned upon. The best part about this company is the affordability the worst is the communication. When I made my first reservation with 2 Birds, I did not know anything about the location and NO where in the reservation did it mention to text or call or that this was an actual shared parking lot. I tried calling the number early the morning of my departing flight, mind you this is my first time using this company. I punched the address into the GPS and it lead to me a parking lot for city transportation and a hotel. Off to the corner was the actual reserved area for 2 Birds. Now if you use the little roundabout there is a smallish sign that shows a forward arrow but no obvious signage (placement is the worst and it is too busy) which left me feeling nervous I would miss my flight. Finally after driving around in circles I see a locked gate and drove towards it. It does tell you to text the number for the shuttle. Once I text the number it took approximately 15 mins for the shuttle to arrive. The driver was nice and the van was clean. Pickup took a bit longer than I expected. I was told to go to departures gate 6 but a lady yelled at me for being at that gate so I went to gate 5 instead where I waited about 25 mins for the driver despite texting when I was landing. I don't mind waiting just better communication with customers would be appreciated. I will use them again because the location is gated and locked. However they could use a serious revamp on their communication with their customers. read more

BEWARE...We travel a lot and have used this parking place almost exclusively for awhile BUT NEVER AGAIN. Price is the best but the hoops you have to jump through for arrival, drop off, pick up, certain hours, etc. is not worth the hassle and the rudeness. The shuttle driver is constantly in a mood, apparently not wanting to be at work, and he takes his attitude out on passengers. Upon pick up at the airport, I knocked on the back window to let him know we were there and he FREAKED out! I'm an old woman and could never knock hard enough to break a window. He even said to us "I don't even like you!". Like he even knows me or that hurts my feelings. RUDENESS, CONDESCENSION, and EXTORTION! Believe the bad reviews, they aren't all a bunch of whiners. If you look at my reviews, the bulk of them are positive and encouraging, so I have to be pretty irritated to post a review like this. It is hard to write this review in a family-friendly way - and I am a Pastor! ;-) When we arrived, there was no one there to greet us, but there were several signs, one said to see the attendant... there was no attendant, but there was a van in which the driver was sitting with tinted windows, not visible. So I just parked and headed to the van... big mistake. I was greeted by an angry, condescending driver who asked, "DID YOU READ THE SIGN?" Then he kept going on about how I didn't obey the sign and I had to move my car to the spot that he designated. He didn't ask in a nice way, but it was in a very condescending and rude way like I was a child who couldn't read. Then we were told that we were going to have to sit for a while as the van only runs every half hour or 45 minutes... something like that. This would have made our flight tight - BUT after looking at his paperwork and seeing that he didn't have any more reservations for the next hour or so, he would do us the tremendous favor of not making us wait... because I'm sure a sign somewhere said that the van only runs at certain times - WHATEVER DUDE! We were heading for a cruise, so we weren't going to let this bad start ruin a wonderful vacation... but the running joke through the next 3 weeks was, "DID YOU READ THE SIGN? WHY DIDN'T YOU READ THE SIGN? GO READ THE SIGN!" NOW THE EXTORTION PART... Our car was booked to 6 pm on Saturday, we landed at 5:30, went and used the bathroom, and texted (as the sign said to do) to let them know that we were landed and heading to baggage pickup." As we were waiting for the van, BEFORE 6, we got a text AT 6 saying that we had to pay for an extra day, or the van won't pick us up. ---- EXTORTION! ---- Another couple waiting to be picked up got the same text. We were all flabbergasted. This is how they do business. The same rude dude picked us up and demanded the $10 to get in the van. There went his tip! So, if you want a cheap place to park and HAVE NO PERSONAL DIGNITY AND DON'T MIND BEING EXTORTED, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! DO NOT USE THIS LOT!! Same terrible experience as the other reviewers. We booked this service straight from the Cleveland Airport website. The parking lot attendant, who was also the shuttle driver was rude and very aggressive. He threaten to cancel our reservation and not take us to the airport since we didn't text prior to entering the lot. We were the only people there, the gate was open and we could see the attendant. We proceeded to find our reservation number and texted it to the attendant as we were standing in front of him yet he continued to be unprofessional and derogatory calling us stupid and turned threatening. We apologized to him even though we did nothing wrong to help deescalate the situation and his demeaner. We did not have enough time to find another parking area. We almost decided to just proceed to the airport but he claimed we wouldn't get our money back. When we returned we missed the 1 and only pick up time per hour by 6 minutes so we ended up having to use an Uber. If we waited for the shuttle it would have been another hour to get back to our vehicle. The Uber with tip cost an additional $23, so this didn't save us any money. Nov 8, 2022, 6:30 a.m. (so that this employee will get fired) We arrived at the lot, saw the shuttle, and I went up to the shuttle. The attendant/driver yelled at me to get away from the shuttle and read the signs. We texted as the sign said. He opened the gate. My wife parked the car. He yelled at her that she didn't park in the correct space. There was no indication of where, exactly, we were supposed to park. He actually said the words "If this is too difficult for you, you can leave and we can refund your money." Sorry...not "said the words"..."yelled the words". Good price. Great location. Ride to the airport wasn't much longer than the places right by the airport. Upon returning, they're supposed to be at the airport 20 minutes after landing. They took 51. This place is horrible, ghetto and unprofessional! My 2 sisters and I waited over 2hrs to be picked up from Cleveland airport!!! I Called 13 times and text 3 times! My sister called and text several times as well. When the driver finally got there he immediately blamed us, saying he's been there at the airport many times and we were not where we were supposed to be!... Huh?! We had been there waiting for over 2 hrs and had never seen him drive by. He was lying! The driver even left my sisters luggage on the curb at the airport! No apology, no nothing! Let me start by first saying this is the first time I have ever reviewed a company with a complaint so forgive me for how informal this may be. We used your website to book airport parking and shuttle service for the Cleveland Airport May 10, 2023 through May 15, 2023. When we arrived at the parking lot we were informed that we had 3 too many passengers (children) so we agreed to pay the $25 over charge fee and we promptly did just that before leaving the parking lot. Upon our arrival back into Cleveland we followed instructions and text the number supplied. Our plane was about 10 mins ahead of schedule. When we did not hear back we tried calling and it went straight to voicemail. We went down to collect our luggage and finally got a text back. That they would be at departures and ticketing in 15mins. We went to the door we were told the driver would be at and waited for twice the amount of time we were told with children on a busy road only to be told he would only take 1 driver. Then suggested he wasn't going to take our luggage. My husband then replied with the fact that they said they could take three when we arrived on the 10th but the additional 3 were an extra charge. I asked to speak with a manager as my young toddler screamed because they were leaving his mommy behind. I was told the driver was the manager and owner. I am not looking for a refund. Nor do I want any sort of compensation but I do want to make you aware that this is not a company you want to use. read more

When we landed, texted for a ride while on the runway, but still had to wait 55 minutes for pick up. Discovered car was broken into, back window and steering column damaged. Worst service ever! According to the card they give you it states to text the number when you land. That's exactly what I did, and then proceeded to go get my luggage. The luggage took forever to be unloaded and the driver left! I went to exactly where they stated to go, and no shuttle. Mind you it was 645am, I had a toddler with me and my mom and it was 30 degrees out. I tried to call at least 6 times and no answer and replies to texts took 10-15 minutes and were rude! He had to return, didn't speak a word to us, drove like a maniac, and we had to wait for over an hour to be picked up. Awful and down right nasty. I had used them before apparently (I never remember where I've parked)...which got thrown in my face. Called for directions and the navigation takes you to the wrong place. Arrived early and it was raining hard. Saw the van at the back just sitting but parked at the front of the lot thinking it would eventually come to me. I even waved at it a few times with no response. Texted again (They only text) and was told (after waiting for 10 min) to come park by the van. I got upset and sent a text back annoyed and asking why it can't pick me up - literally has to pass me and not one other car waiting. I was assaulted and accosted by the insane, inappropriate acting shuttle driver and am filing a lawsuit if no refund is provided and a police report. It appears this is the main representative of the unacceptable business. This is because in the implied business contract, it is expected to have normal and safe interactions as part of the transaction. My flight came in last Saturday night, January 27, 2024, at 11:40pm. The black man as shuttle driver was abnormal, agitated, mean, unreasonable, and offbeat from the start during the first ride to the airport. He was rude and curt, the worst shuttle driver I have ever had. He lacked common sense procedures asking me if I texted the long confirmation code to the phone number. I had and it wasn't good enough. After filling out the form in the van, he asked for the code to be written on top. Finally, in the middle of traffic while driving, he handed me a post-it note and a pen to write the long code on it one more time to my disbelief and wanted it all back while driving barely balancing the notepad and pen as optimal time to him. I asked him if the lot would be opened after midnight while leaving and he looked at me as if it was such a nuisance to ask one question on how to get my car. He sneered discourteously. "Of course it is! You can get your car until 1!" he spit out angrily as if I already knew, and I left for the airplane wondering obviously about his evident schizophrenia and possible drug use combination type. I took a Lyft at midnight to the lot in the pouring rain. I was dropped off behind my car at about 12:15am and he came up behind me in his shuttle van in the heavy rain when he could have easily provided a ride since he was there. He blocked my access out of the lot. I gave him my name but he wanted me, of all things, to text to no number provided the long series of numbers blocking my access unreasonably. He was shouting at me, unwilling to get out of his van, and expecting me with all my bags in the rain to give to no number I still had the long confirmation code for the third time. Then, he started screaming at me in an out of control manner, as I counted the number of times he repeated this which were six, "get out now, b*$&h! Get out now, b*$&h!" I have never in my life been sworn at by an employee, never accosted while shouting, and certainly not repeated so many times at me in a stuck position where he had me pinned unable to escape. He added, "and don't come back again!" at the top of his lungs, pounding his firsts in the air. I worried that he had a gun but he drove away and I quickly started the car and was able to drive out as fast as I could, thinking what will I do if the gate is closed and glad the gate was still left open because I didn't trust at all what he was doing. read more

One of the worst! If I could rate this company lower than a 1 star, I would give them a negative 5 star. They will only respond to a text when you arrive to park. We then had to wait for the shuttle to arrive before they allow you to pull in and park. Next on the return our flight was delayed several times, so we texted, per their instructions, as soon as our plane landed at 11:38pm. By the time our plane taxied to the gate and we picked up our baggage and then notified them again that we were at the designated pickup spot, it was 12:07 am. They had previously stated they close at 1 am to 4am. We received a text back that the shuttle had departed!? Does that mean departed to pick us up, or departed from the airport already? Well, they never arrived to pick us up, so at 12:33am, we ordered a Lyft, with priority service, so we could get to the lot in time to pick up our car before the 1 am closing time. Our Lyft service was superior!! We arrived at the parking place at 12:48 am, and was able to get our car and go. We will NEVER patronize 2 Birds Shuttle again. Their customer service is beyond poor! Beware of their cheap rates that may entice you to choose their park and ride service. It's farce!!! read more
