Purple sent me an email this summer that I had to sign up to receive plastic brackets for the frame legs or the warranty would be voided. I signed up and received really cheap pieces of plastic to clamp around each leg. The mattress started turning into a hammock last year in the last 6 months, it was so dented in that I was in crippling pain every time I slept on it. The warranty states you have to arrange and pay for shipping to return the mattress plus for a consult to review the mattress falling apart if you don't want to move it to the floor, remove the cover, and take a measurement with a level and ruler of how the mattress has fallen apart.

I've read his one rotten review, and all I can say is this: nothing could be farther from the truth. Our experience with him (and no, we didn't buy that day) was that he was patient, helpful, very friendly, and attentive. I even saw him handle three or four of us different customers, all at once. He was respectful, unhurried, and seemed like a guy that does not cuss. He was quite kind and eager to please, ensuring that we were well educated and informed. Due to other credits, we didn't end up purchasing from him, but I would go back there, in a heartbeat. I'm giving him five stars because he was stellar, non-pressure, and genuinely very interested in making sure (no matter where we shopped) that we got the very best fit, for our needs. I would have said to Hell with RC Willey all together for employing such a terrible salesperson like J, luckily as we left the interaction with J we were met by Gordon who treated us like customers spending any amount of money ought to be treated, he was informative and nice and helped us select some items that went nicely together for our apartment. Then J had the audacity to come up while we were checking out with Gordon and trying to say something to us insinuating Gordon stole us. No J your lack of professionalism and common decency drove us away, right into Gordon's arms, I'm glad Gordon made some sales that day and I hope J never sells another piece of furniture for R C Willey or any other store ever.
