I wouldn't recommend a Purple mattress. I purchased a mattress, frame and linens 3 years ago. Purple sent me an email this summer that I had to sign up to receive plastic brackets for the frame legs or the warranty would be voided. I signed up and received really cheap pieces of plastic to clamp around each leg. The mattress started turning into a hammock last year in the last 6 months, it was so dented in that I was in crippling pain every time I slept on it. The warranty states you have to arrange and pay for shipping to return the mattress plus for a consult to review the mattress falling apart if you don't want to move it to the floor, remove the cover, and take a measurement with a level and ruler of how the mattress has fallen apart. read more

VERY impressed with the store and especially Elise ! My family bought another mattress elsewhere that completely ruined our backs. We desperately came in to Purple with several great reviews but also a tad defeated from all the mattress hunting. The store is very modern, clean and has a tester of everything you'd want. Elise was so patient with our kiddos and with answering all our questions. She helped us find our perfect mattress and pillows and was NOT pushy. She was super Informative and beyond helpful. They do Not have supply at this location, which maybe they could have some in the future, but we drove to SLC to pick our order up and the staff there was just as friendly and helpful. read more

I have been a huge Purple fan since its inception. I currently own a purple mattress and pillow. Nevertheless, I made the mistake of traveling to Utah without my Purple Pillow. After the first night of no sleep, I was desperate to find a Purple store to buy another pillow. We came to the Lehi showroom and met wonderful Melva! Talk about AMAZING customer service! She was super nice, listened to my sob story about forgetting my pillow, and answered all our questions. Not only was I able to get the pillow I wanted, by the end of our visit I felt like Melva was my new best friend! She went above and beyond to meet our needs! Next time I'm in town I'm going to stop by the store just to visit Melva! :) read more

I'm going to say this in the nicest way possible... I was the one who referred my cousin Jeremiah McFarland to order from purple.... boy was I wrong to do that. He ordered a a full set which included the frame, the boxspring, and the mattress. When he originally ordered it which was a little over a month ago they said that it would be 3-5 weeks which he was okay with and waited patiently. When the delivery got here, the company that purple hired to deliver and set up the new bed they set up the frame and boxspring and we're going to leave. My cousin asked them where the mattress was, they said that it wasn't placed on the truck but they would deliver it the next morning first thing, the next morning came and went.... nothing showed up. He called them they told him that it would be delivered yesterday.... yesterday came and went. He called them again last night and they said that it has been officially lost. This is the part that's extremely frustrating, when they delivered the boxspring and frame they took his old mattress.... so, he didn't have anything to sleep on. I figured with a well as this company is doing that they would've made the situation right and expedite him a new mattress. He called them back today and just told them that he wants his money back and they need to come get the frame and boxspring... they offered him a new mattress but it would take an additional 3-5 weeks to arrive...(he still doesn't have anything to sleep on mind you), they also offered him a set of sheets...... what exactly was he supposed to put them on... he doesn't have a mattress!!!!!. They told him that he needed to ship back the frame and boxspring, (when they set up his new stuff they took the box with them that they came in). They wouldn't even send him a box in the mail so he could send them back... again not exactly a good way to handle a situation or an upset customer. The only relief that he got was from the last lady that he talked to and she fixed the situation as far as someone coming to pick up the boxspring and frame...I believe he name was Chelsea. I was most definitely going to order one soon..... but definitely not now. read more
