Upon arrival David took the car back to see what repairs I needed. He also brought me back into the bay and showed me what needed to be fixed. He thoroughly explained the repairs and provided a quote for each repair. I brought my vehicle in two days later and the repairs were taken care of in less than an hour. My truck was having front end noise. I was told that both lower control arm and ball joints were bad and need to be replace. They R/R these items. After two days of driving the truck I could hear (BANGING - POPPING- RATTLING) coming front. Took truck back and the manger (Cannon) informed me the Upper control arm were going. Yes, they were replace. Guess what .. noise still present. I informed Cannon of my dissatisfaction as I believe both new lower control arm as the issue. I was inform again to drive it until the suspected part's shows it ugly head.. Now I been going here over 12 years and never had any problems or issues until now. Today I took truck in again so they could finally determine the problem. They found a bad bushing in the lower control arm. The replacement cost of $500 for one side... The new manager Steve research the record for the replacement date .. nothing found.. he stated his hands are tied for the replacement of BOTH Lower Control Arm and if one existed it would probably be OUT OF WARRANTY. That statement I found disheartening. The last 4 years they have replace everything suspension wise and the noises still exist today. I asked if one of the Owner would call me.. You would think a comprise in replacement be reach in resolving this issue.. Still waiting on call. So today I give you three stars .. read more

I walked in for a quick oil change and the front desk guy walked out with a SOL attitude and said it would be a 1.5 hours wait before they could get me in. I wanted to give them a try being a new business. I didn't have my oil changed there since this area has numerous places to have the work done. So if you do go to 2 quick it will be so long, bring a book. I will not try them again. read more

In 2020 I had major work done. Oil leaks and no maintenance led to leaking profusely. Work done to perfection. December 2021, oil change and cam shaft sensor replaced. A few days after, wanted to check oil cap etc was tight. Found 2 items missing. Wire tye down and "bracket" were missing. These items were removed to do the work. Went back with in the week and was told that items were not there when they started. This is not true, as a week before the oil change, i put some oil in, and did not see/notice anything missing. Was told by Steve that he would find the parts. Went by a week later, and was told parts are hard to find. Still no joy, almost 4 weeks out. Will let you know if this is remedied. read more

I'm not sure how this place keeps getting 5 star ratings. I will say most on negative reviews they get someone to reply and place blame on the customer and never once take responsibility for their mistakes. We had a AC issue and dropped money on a new compressor and after all the work they did they were still unable to fix the issue. They referred us to another place to figure out the problem. We found our on place and come to find out it wasn't even a new compressor the put in. So instead of letting us know maybe they aren't knowledgeable in the area they proceeded to charge us for issues that weren't the problem. They may be ok for a basic oil change but definitely wouldn't recommend for anything more. read more

Auto repair shop Customers look for two things in getting our cars repaired: HONESTY and COMPETENCE. I brought my son's 2003 Honda S2000 to 2 Quick to get the clutch replaced - it wasn't slipping or making any noises - my son (who was stationed in Camp Zama, Japan at that time) just wanted it replaced so when we expected to get transferred to Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington, he would have a perfectly running car on the mainland. On 9/30/2020, I brought the car to 2 Quick Auto, and it took them 5 days to get the job done. I drove the car 7 miles to my home (where I have been keeping it, garaged, for 3 years, for my son). On 1/3/2021, my son arrived in WA for a 14-day quarantine, during which time I had the car transported to the Airbnb house he was temporarily staying at, w/his family. He thereupon leased an apartment 6 miles from the base, and transferred to it on 1/17/2021. He reported to work, the day after, using the S2000 for his daily 6-mile commute. After a couple of weeks, he felt the clutch acting up, and is his description of the problem: " The clutch pedal sticks briefly when pushed all the way to the floor. It always comes back up, however. The mechanic noticed a slight vibration in the pedal, as well, he said the issue was not the suspected clutch master/slave cylinder but more with the input shaft to the transmission. (this is important because the sloppy clutch install most likely directly affected this)." At this time, the Manager, Leslie H. (who had several ASE Accreditations), had just quit the shop, and they claim to have another mechanic (Tony) who had an ASE Accreditation, who did the clutch replacement. Before taking the car to 2Quick, I YouTubed the clutch replacement process, and a mechanic gave the warning to be careful otherwise the knock sensor could be damaged and had to be replaced, too! True enough, care was not exercised and reviewing the Invoice, showed that they replaced the knock sensor (charging me $0 for it). Some 3 weeks ago, this only remaining ASE accredited mechanic, quit the shop, too, because he was being offered a higher pay elsewhere. WITH NO ASE ACCREDITED MECHANIC, HOW CAN 2 QUICK PERFORM ANY REPAIRS OR MAINTENANCE PROCESSES ON ANY CAR? Most reputable auto repair shops have the ASE Certifications of their mechanics posted on the walls of their waiting room, to show Customers the level of COMPETENCE they have. My posting 3 weeks ago, shows the LACK OF HONESTY/INTEGRITY of this repair shop. On that GL450 that they damaged, and did not want to repair, I had spent almost $3,000 with various repairs and $500 on this S2000. The positive reviews (The newest positive review was posted in 2020) were most probably made because 2 Quick offers a 10% discount if a Customer posts a positive review, online. THIS SHOP IS BUYING THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS! Customers, look for Honesty and Competence in an auto repair shop, when you entrust repairs and maintenance to them. These two factors are sadly missing in 2 Quick Automotive. My question now, is: How does the Owner propose to correct their "sloppy" work on the S2000? This will reflect whether he (they) have any decent sense of CUSTOMER SERVICE, that we, Customers, deserve. read more

Went to see how much they would charge me to fix the lower control arm of my camero, as soon as I got there the guy in the front was very rude and told me it would cost me around 680$ because it was about 5 hour of work labor. He got mad because I told him I would buy the part myself and respond " we'll just know you ain't getting warrant on that part" so I ended up going to a different mechanic and he only charge me 85$ to install the part. I lived in Houston for 6 years and I have had many issues with other automotive repair shops and had given up. I even resorted to going to the dealership and paying the high prices until a co worker suggested 2 Quick Auto. The first impression is that they are understaffed and have too much work and will never have time to work on my truck. But was I surprised because they had my truck in and out fast as promised. The prices are very competitive and way better than taking it to a dealer. The owner was a former employee of the big auto dealerships and knows how they mark up the repair prices. I used a groupon but beware, the groupon does not cover taxes or an upgraded oil so I still ended up paying $9 extra. Sooo long story short, I purchased a groupon for brake service. It's truly $99 but the brakes aren't ceramic(the ones that don't leave a bunch of break dust) which it doesn't say in the fine print, they use the cheapest version of pads and if you don't ask or know the difference they probably wouldn't say so. So please ask and when you do opt for ceramic pads guess what..... you guessed right it's like $30 buck more!!!! I was disappointed.. needless to say I'm there my car is in the bay the weather is nasty just go ahead and do my brakes(front) and this is a lesson learned. You get what you pay for right! Please spend the extra money and get a good brake service, take heed to my experience. Today, I have never felt so threatened by a employee in all my life. I dropped off my SUV for a simple oil change. When I asked how long it would take, the asst. manager (a rather large gentleman) responded 20-25 minutes. I decided not to head back to the office and wait it out. 30 minutes later, I checked the garage which was vacant. I then found the asst. manager eating lunch in the break room open to the public. I asked if he could check on my car. He made a phone call and stated that it was looking like an additional hour due to deliveries. I stated that I really wished he could have stayed on top of this with time being that there is a huge difference between 20 minutes and 1 hour and 1/2. And thats when he unleashed on me raising his voice and curing at me. And at this point, he pivoted to show his left hip and ran his hand over his fire arm. Yes, his gun. I said that all I asked for was an update when it happened so I could have been more prepared...which he continued to raise his voice at me showing off his hip-side gun. I then told him that I just wanted my car back. His final response was ,"Trust me, your going to get your car back and your going to love what we have done to it...and you will never be allowed back here again." My final response..."Trust me, I wont be back." I stepped out due to the concern for my safety and when I returned 20 minutes later, my car was finished. Not sure if my car is going to "break down" due to anything they may have done. Or if they even did an oil change. And I believe this guy was the asst. manager because he stated this wasn't even his main location. My guess is he was the only one today that had a gun on his hip. After reading several great reviews online I decided to take my SUV to 2 Quick. I needed an oil change and also asked them to do their 32 point inspection and check for oil leaks since I was about to take the car out of town. I was very very impressed with my entire experience. The oil change was done in no time and Mark explained clearly to me the issues they found with my car. At no point did he pressure me to get any services done and I felt like he was very honest with me about what needed to be done on the car. I most definitely was in shop with my husband.( we drove two cars to the shop, that was why we left and was called to come back when they decided they would not service our car due to not having oil and us not wanting to pay for Unnecessary services) And as for for having 3 reviews removed, it's just not true, there was one review removed and I rewrote my review to include dates and times and more specific details to make sure that it was not removed. My statements are confirmed by this owner that we were there and were told only after we left and then refused their unnecessary services that they did not have oil for the oil change. ( if they had ran out of oil earlier in the day like the owner said, what would we have left our car there for? Wouldn't they have told us then?) They also confirmed the other parts of my story in saying that they called and offered us a free oil change, but it was not for the inconvenience it was for removing our review. My AC went out 2 years ago and I finally decided to have it repaired. The previous quotes I got were 1500 and 750 to repair 2 leaks in the house. I chose this location because it was closer to home. They performed the recharge for the regular price and then when I took it back for the estimate on the repair it was 180.00 out the door to replace the HOSE. I took my 2017 Silverado (my business truck) in for a front end alignment on a Saturday, June 17. After waiting over 2 hours, they brought me my keys and stated they aligned it as best as they could. They told me I needed new tires. After leaving the shop, it was pulling so hard to the right I could not let go of my steering wheel! By the time I got home, the shop was already closed and I could not make a complaint. Monday, I took my vehicle to another shop that opens at 7:30 am, who corrected the alignment, without me having to buy new tires. I called 2 Quick and spoke to Bob and explained what had happened and told them how the other shop corrected a horrible alignment job. I then asked to be reimbursed, he told me I would have to call back when the boss was in. I called back and the boss was still not in, Bob stated that he had spoken to his boss and told me that they will not reimburse me, just issue me a store credit. Why would I want a credit to a shop I will never return to? I didn't need new tires, just a proper alignment by a competent mechanic. I even showed them the computer print out of the proper alignment but he wouldn't comment. I will never return to this business, nor recommend them to anyone. I use my truck for business purposes and I'm always on the road, it is a must that my vehicle is in proper working order. 3/30/17 Got a call from the owner apologizing for the situation and requested I come in for a full refund. When I returned to the shop today, 7/1/17, the manager credited my card and also apologized and said they had their machine checked and it was slightly out of calibration. I guess things like that can happen and taking care of the situation as they have in the end is a plus. read more
