I showed up but they did not. I rang the buzzer as the directions said to do on the door. I called. I sent another note through yelp, and I had no response. So they wasted my time. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt bc let's face it, their reviews are not good. But when you have an appointment and confirm it twice and then no one is there at your scheduled time, you get a bad review. I do not recommend. read more

TAKE CAUTION!! Please think twice about having your pet groomed here. I have used this place for a few years with no previous issues. It seems there has been a recent change in owners or management. I brought my dog in for her regular Schnauzer cut.....I requested the same as always. I dropped her off at 7:45 am, her scheduled appointment was at 8:00 am. The greeting employee was new, but very polite and a nice young man. After 6 hours I called to see how my dog was doing as I hadn't received a call and being they are new owners, I just wanted to make sure all was well. A young lady answered the phone and said she was on the table at that time and she should be ready in about 45 minutes. I asked my son to pick up my dog when they called me at 2:45 pm (my dog was here for 7 hours). When he got there- they could not find her! The person did not know where she was placed. Once they did- it was complete disbelief!!! There was NO WAY this could be my Giant Schnauzer. They shaved her completely bald. She was not bathed, nails were not filed. (see the attached photos) My son called me after he paid $145 as he was unsure of what was going on. He sent me pictures and I was completely shocked, upset, and sad all at the same time. What on earth happened??? I called them right after she was picked up to ask for an explanation.....of course NO answer. I left a voice message requesting that they please call me back. I need to know why this happened. My husband also called when he got home, left a message and NO call back. Were they over booked? Did they run out of time? Was she chained up all day in the heat with no water? Why didn't someone call me if my grooming request could not be completed? These are all valid simple questions that deserve a response. I literally would have done a better job shaving her bald....for free!! They need to have respect and consideration for their customers as we trust and expect the service we pay for. They need to refund me my money for crap service they provided. I will not use this place ever again, and neither will our Giant Schnauzer dog family. Please be very careful and ask many questions before you leave your fur baby at this facility. read more

Left my dog there for 4 days and when I picked him up he wasn't himself. He was wimpering when we got home and Didnt eat or drink. He was not his normal playful self. The staff also lost his collar, dog tags, harness, blanket and toy. Very unprofessional and careless, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The first time we left him there was in September 2021 and they also lost his blanket, how can you loose a blanket that should be in his kennel?! I used to love this place. They used to leave my dog looking cute! I have a Bichon frise. So when his hair grows he gets very hairy. I took my dog for a haircut around May and asked for his hair to be trimmed enough for him to be fresh since it was already getting hot. Well when I picked him up he looked nice and haircut was nice.. but I didn't realize till the next day they barely cut anything off.. he only looked different because they "shaped" his hair but didn't cut anything. Well that was a waste.. got charged $50 for that, shower included and nail trim, cool. Had to take him back June 30th for another haircut since his hair was still long and getting longer and days are getting HOT.. ok! Before I got there I had brushed his hair and made sure I didn't take him with any knots. Got there, I got my phone out and showed them a picture of how I wanted it since the last time I was misunderstood. All the workers there made a weird face when I showed them the picture.. like the cut was imposible or something. The lady that took my dog called another worker and the other worker made a weird face again and the same lady went and asked someone else about it.. I was confused..like, was I not supposed to ask for a certain haircut? Then the other lady grabbed my dogs hair and said it was "matted".. I said "wait, it's matted? I had brushed his hair before I came here and I didn't see any knots" she just grabbed a random spot on my dogs neck and said it was matted there and that it was "pretty bad" well I didn't wanna question them more.. but I'm sure it wasn't matted. Well, I left and 3 hours passed. No calls or nothing. I soon thought "hmm it's kind of late they usually don't take that long, let me call" called once, no answer. Called twice and someone answered. I asked about my dog and they said they had called me an hour ago..I said "oh I don't have any missed calls, but ok I'll be there in a bit".. left my house, lots of traffic.. called and let them know I was on my way but there was lots of traffic. The lady responds with "there will be a 10$ waiting fee" I'm like, hmm ok but if they been waiting since the time they supposedly "called", how is that my fault? But alright, got there. They brought my dog, and to my surprise he looked nothing how I asked.. and some hairs were sticking out.. got charged $75 dollars.. $75!! I was shocked but I didn't say anything.. but this is the last time I take my dog there.. and it's sad because they used to do such a great job.. i don't know what changed.. and the haircut they gave my dog was not worth $75. I used to cut my dogs hair but ever since I started working night shifts I rarely have time. I coulda done a better job though. I don't know what changed In this place or what they'r lacking but whatever it is, change it back to how it was.. either way you lost another costumer. This review is for the grooming part of the facility. I was able to schedule my appointment through Facebook which was convenient. They responded promptly & I got pretty lucky that they had next day availability. The space is clean and the service was friendly, professional, & efficient. My fur baby seemed to also have a pleasant experience with 209 club pet. Prices are very reasonable here & they even have a rewards card(after 5 grooms you get one free). So glad I found this place. I was very disappointed when I picked up my dog after leaving him for 6 days. Linda stated that they had just washed my dog bed and it was still damp, when I put it in my trunk I realized it reeked of urine and I had to throw it away. There was also a dark spot in the side of my dog that she tried to brush off and I realized this was urine that he had been laying in after bringing him home. I had put on the form that I wanted him in the play yard twice a day and that obviously didn't happen. He also gained 5+ lbs and I had left two weeks of food with him and they had fed him the entire thing within 6 days. If you care for you animal, do not bring them here. I have a rescue dog, half Great Dane/ half pitbull; he hasnt ever been to a grooming facility and I kinda knew it would be rough since it was our first time during this quarantine since we got out. Even though I prepped him and told him it was going to be just a trim for his nails, he still freaked out even refused to go in the building. The girls were so nice Came outside and helped calm him down and held him, they were able to cut his nails thankfully. He fought a good little fight but when I tell you it did not phase these ladies, they handled it very well because I got overwhelmed and started crying lol. I have used this grooming shop for a couple years. They were always pleasant and my dogs looked good. In recent months there is a revolving door of workers, 1 groomer- who was sick the day was scheduled. Had to reschedule. The next day came and the dogs were there all day. 8:30-4:00pm. I picked them up, price had increased and the dogs weren't groomed like I wanted. I told the young groomer. The next day, a worker called the next day to tell me to find another groomer. My sister booked an appointment for my dog here because they were the only place that did tick removal around the area for German shepherds. They were super sweet to us and told us my dog did well. They also told us that they looked through his coat and did not find any ticks and he's good to go. They still have him a tick shampoo so he should be tick repellent. I was giving him tick baths and removing the ticks on my own before we came here so I thought that I really did do a good job and that he didn't have any ticks because they couldn't find any. Wrong. When we got home, not even two hour after the appointment I found 4 ticks. 2 dead 2 alive. The repellent was supposed to last 21 days or so but I kept finding them before that 21 day mark. I'm very disappointed because my sister paid $80 for the tick bath (discounted by $15, I can't remember why so it's usually $95) which is like $20 or $30 dollars more than just a normal grooming service. I feel like we just got a basic grooming service. I know he's a German Shepherd and it's hard to see ticks in his fur because of the double coat and his fur being a bit longer, but they could've cut his hair to remove the ticks and I would've been much happier with that result than finding ticks constantly. The overall grooming was very well done but I do not recommend coming here if you have ticks you need to remove. read more

I picked up my dog and found her dog bed was covered in urine. Brought her home and took her for a walk, she kept squatting to pee without really peeing and found out she had a bladder infection. Now, my dog has never peed on her bed. Ever. I don't think she was let out at all to potty during her stay, I don't think I can risk bringing her back again despite it being affordable you're paying for a cage... Best groomer! We are very particular about how our dogs are cut and have been to a lot of different groomers and been disappointed. We took our Golden Doodle and Bearded Collie to the ladies at 209 Club Pet and they listened and cut them just how we asked them to. So happy!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. We only used them bc the place we go to was booked and such last minute this was the only place available. First off it looks ran down and stinks. When we picked our dogs up they seemed so sad to have been left there. Normally when we take them to our usual spot they are sooo happy but not at this place. We noticed out little dog had a big bald spot right above his eye that looked pretty bad. I asked her what happened and she says "oh i never saw that he must have scraped it on the concrete" the wound looked old so i find it hard to believe that after 4 days of taking care of my dog and feeding it, you didn't notice the bald spot on his face above his eye. That just shows me how little they are actually caring for the animals that stay there. So we left confused what happened with my dog. We get home and I'm playing with my other dog and notice he has a big ring on his thigh. I google ring worm and it looked similar and i look up ring worm on face and looked similar to the bald spot on my dogs. Took them to the vet today to get checked, and sure enough it was ring worm read more

Under the old management this place was great but now it's a terrible establishment. We took our dog there on Friday 5/19/2017 for the weekend. When I picked my dog up on Monday 5/22/2017 he had a big scrape on his nose and could barely get in my car I had to help him up he was so weak. I went inside and they told me he tried to dig under a gate and must have done it. I took him to the vet he had kennel cough two shots a bottle of pills and a 138.00 dollars later he was ok. I was going to use them when I went on vacation for two weeks but if I used these idiots I am afraid my dog would die this is no joke. Rate this place - 5 stars if I could. read more
