Call these guys for a UNIQUE situation. 64 Chevelle convertible with the infamous late model Camaro Brembos on it. In search for some newer off the shelf wheels, but the car's back spacing, wheel off-set caliper and rotor sized all needed to be measured and spec'd out in order to get the correct wheels for me. Abraham is a blessing and a pleasure to deal with. in short every shop, even the ones i have previously spent "major dough" with will charge no less than $200 -$250 for them to measure to sell you wheels. Yes of course they claim to take it off if you purchase but they actually don't. 209-customs not only spent time measuring and making suggestion but insisted that I not by wheels at that time rather put that money in the correct brake and suspension parts and then get back with them. I brought my CLS Benz and new 20" wheels to this place for some Lexani tires and hub centric rings of which they both supplied. The price was spot on along with the service, which included a few details that I liked: The worker in the shop mounting the tires took the time to show me minor light scratches that were already on the wheels so that there was no confusion or blame on the shop itself. It's nice to have them take that extra step to ensure the customer knows what is going on. Also, the other worker made sure to ask the boss man about putting the hub centric rings on which I only needed on the front, but he didn't know that. The cost was spot on for all tires, mounting, balancing, and hub centric rings. It's important to say that the balancing was done correctly because I've been to several shops where the balancing has to be redone and I hate having to come back. Abraham was super cool over the phone, but didn't really acknowledge me when I arrived, which left me wondering why since he knew I was coming from far away and he definitely knew who I was. ‍ 5 stars anyway for good pricing on tires and nice shop workers. read more

Came here cause I thought they were the best in town. Only 1 guy was changing out tires while the 3 others were more interest in making sales. With 1 car in front of me I waited 30 mins to be greeted. Whole thing took an hour just to switch out tires with one car in front of me wow. Tires were different from quoted set (the old bait and switch ) they failed to check if the wheels they sold required hub centric rings. Violent vibrations over 50 mph. Ordered rings and almost 2 weeks later they arrived. I had to hound these guys to fix their mistake and make it right. Wheels are exclusive to tire rack and the tires I've never heard of but I'll give them a chance. The lack of hub centric rings being installed the first time and the very questionable balancing of tires make it damn sure that they lost my future business.... Steer clear of this place. read more

Took my suburban in 2 weeks ago to have a set of 22" U2 55's - black put on wrapped in 305/40/22 tires. Guys were great and friendly. I went w/ the financing route. They explained to me in detail how it worked and gave other options for payment as well. The job took an hour to do, a little longer since I have wheel sensors on. Took it home and felt vibration throughout the truck. It wasn't just from being on the crosstown freeway. On low speeds and high, it vibrated. Not just the steering wheel, the seats as well. Took it in the next day to have them rebalance - no hassle at all. They just did the job w/ no questions. Needless to say, the suburban is fine now. I would've given 209 Customs 5 stars but the rebalancing dropped them down to 4 stars. I'm a firm believer of getting the job done right the first time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for wheels and/or tires. I will be a returning customer. read more

Called them up, and spoke to Abraham and quoted me for some 245/35r19 in the rear and 225/35r19 in the front and got a good deal. Came all the way down from Tracy, and the crew mount and balance the tires(Lexsani) on my 3 piece wheels and did not damage it, they did it pretty fast, the only thing I didn't like is when they impact the wheel on really tight back on the car, and they need to use a torque wrench every time. But other than that, I would recommend to give them a call and they will give you a good deal and service. Good hard working people over there. Will not screw anyone. read more

Came here because I had just had a bad tire I bought offline and needed something quick. These guys at their Harding location exceeded my expectations and hooked me up. I have a challenger RT and they come stock with 20" wheels, so in my mind I am thinking 300-400 for two, but was I wrong. The very knowledgeable young man Jacob(I heard his co'worker call him pim or pimmy not sure) at the harding hooked me up for a little over a couple hundred for tires that feel way better than the 400 dollar ones I had on prior. I came around 5pm and it was getting busy but the guy Jacob(Pimmy?) Told me to pull up and he knocked out my tires real fast and I was on my way. Brought my porsche carrera 19" wheels in to get powder coated. They were originally aluminum silver color, but since my car is black i wanted to make the wheels black. Called and talked to the owner; he was informative and gave me an excellent quote. And since this is my only set of wheels, he agreed to hold my car on the lift for the time it took for the wheels to get coated. it took about a week, which he quoted originally. Wheels came out exactly as he described, he even gave me a 1 year warranty on the coating which i appreciate. My salesman Abraham went above and beyond for me. I live an hour away, in the Walnut Creek/Danville area, from the store and I called from the #given on eBay, before they were even open for the day, and Abraham immediately texted me right back and continued to keep me updated on my order through out the day ( all without any deposit!).
