Brought my Dodge Charger in last week to fix a headlight issue was told would be 2hrs so I waited after the 2hrs they barely started bringing my car in the shop and when I asked what's the hold up was told it would be another 2hrs so I told them to put my car back together and left and when I went to another shop was told that they threw my wires everywhere and damaged my harness inside the headlight that had to get replace and planet Autosport had the nerve to try to charge me 145 for crap service DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE read more

Replaced my alternator and upgraded my heat exhanger on the CTSV. Dropped off my car before work and picked it up after. Replacement and installed went great. The guys did an excellent job! Car running like a champ again. Will be returning to have more work done in the future. read more

This place has very competitive pricing and most of the time beats the big tire shops. The difference is the personal attention. The owner, Danny, is not only an expert when it comes to tires sizes, wheel offsets...basically anything having to do with rims and tires, but he truly wants your business and wants to make sure you are satisfied. A few months ago I bought a set of tires for some 20" spokes for my '68 cadillac and couldn't beat the price. But Danny went the extra mile and resealed the wire rims as they had a slow leak. I needed new tires for my excursion with 22" wheels and Danny delivered with Goodyears for an excellent price. The wheel key in the car was the wrong one and he was able to remove the locks and replaced them. He went above and beyond and he has my tire business from now on. I took my car in 3/19/20 for resurface rotors, front brake pads, rear brake pads, and I was charged for labor. As I picked my car up from the shop, I immediately began hearing grinding noises coming from my brakes. I called got told to drive 3,000 miles, also if the sound continues to bring the car back. Therefore I retook it sometime in April. The mechanic replaces my brakes. A few days later, my car starts making the same grinding noises. As of today I was able to take my car up to les schwab, and they replaced everything, I pretty much got told the metal from the brake pads were rubbing against each other. I feel like they took advantage of the fact that I'm a girl, $368 down the drain, but hey lesson learned I'll just stick with the professionals read more

I got my tires from these guys back in August and I get 5 free tire rotations and free flat tire repair for life... pretty good deal! I recently came back to get my flat fixed, ended up being a nail in it for some time and a loose valve thing. The guys here were nice and helped me get me on my way. It was a bit busy when I was there so I was there for probably close to two hours though. But they must be busy for a reason! As I was waiting around, they gave me the remote to change the channel if wanted to and would randomly talk to me. I also noticed that there were a lot of clients getting work done here.. they must be reliable. Most of the clients I saw were rolling in Mercedes and other nice cars. But yeah, need rims? or tires? BEST place to get trusted reliable modifications. After having two import sport cars get many things from engine to tire mods theres nowhere else id trust with our cars. we've been going here for about 5 years now and are known by name and vehicles by the employees and more so the owner, Danny. I think this shop is so good at what it does due to the owner, he's younger like his customers and his garage team have all worked there for a long time and are highly trusted by their boss. My car gets continuous compliments on the special ordered xxr/uros 20"s that sit stanced 3.5" off the ground with an AGGRESSIVE offset. The great thing about this shop is no matter the wheel brand or size if you've seen it they can order it! The prices are also great, the hourly labor rate is lower than competition shops. This is a one stop shop for all cars and trucks. My wife's car is a rare import and can only have custom work done to it due to the lack of aftermarket parts for mods. This shop is going to make pigtail lowering springs at her chosen ride hight then heat the spring and rewind the coil accordingly. i'm not saying they will guarantee this for every single customer as this is a one off case with her car that is very very rare and we had given up on safely lowering her car until this was offered to us, i just want to show the experienced talent with in their garage. We have also had our HIDs installed here and have a warranty on the bulbs but never have had any problems after 3 years. now we are getting my wifes cars wheels switched out for a new set and like the suspension the wheels as well are custom fit/cut and flush. We have recommended countless friends and family to Planet-auto and they too only had great things to say about the excellent customer service and quality work. When I first went to Danny he worked as an employee for another shop. He has worked on my very first car from sound to minor upgrades to wheels. I'm really glad he now has his own shop with his own standard of business. That standard is, high end quality service. I needed wheels for my car & told him I needed selecting the right set. He was able to choose a set that complimented my ride. When I needed a new set of tires, he was able to get me in the shop & out in a matter of a few hours. I told him I would come down from Sacramento & needed to be back for work. It wasn't a problem at all. He even hooked me up with a shop to have my alignemt done, Pacific Alignment (great place). Came here a year ago to find parts for my project. Asked the owner for 4-ply silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps, not only did he cut me off 2 twice to answer his phone and talk with his friend about nothing buisness related, he looked at me like I was speaking a different language and told me "I cant do anything about what your looking for, try home depot" this place might be okay for rims and tires, but other than that, very unprofessional, and knowledge about parts is questionable read more

Toon and the crew at PA hooked it up. Not only were they the only shop in town to have the 255-25-24 that I needed but they had it in the brand I needed. Got me in before closing and switched out both my rear tires. Fast service and price was as stated. No bs add on fees here!!!! Good professional shop. Will be back for them to lower my 7 series in a few weeks. Will definitely recommend this shop and being I'm in the auto field myself. I am very picky with who touches my cars. Didn't have a good experiences. If u don't know these guy I would recommend not going there. I came to do a diagnostic check on my suspension because it was making noise. I explain about what going on, seem like they didn't wanted to listen, they took my key and test drive and came back and didn't know what they did next. They didn't explain to me what is going on and let me wait. After everything they finally came to said my right suspension was making noise and will cost me 200 to fix it. I clearly told them it was my left suspension that was making noise. Before coming here I positive that my right suspension wasn't making any noise. In my opinion seem like they did something to my car and try to cheat me on fixing it. read more
