I left upset and disappointed, especially after spending a significant amount of money. I decided to return on Tuesday and speak with Helen, who originally sold me the chain. She immediately looked at my bank statement, took the chain back without hesitation, and processed a credit to my card on the spot. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond reminded me why she has been there for 16 years. If you need assistance, ask for Helen. Since I didn't have a clue what I was there for, I eventually saw a few items that I didn't need, but wanted. In addition to that, they were on sale and had good discounted items. I had to go for it and make a purchase. This is a big Ross. 2 levels. Mens department along with other stuff are on the 2nd floor, women's are on the 1st floor. They also have an elevator inside the store which is a HUGE plus for many people.Store was clean and well organized. I saw a few items that caught my eye. Got an LED Candle set, 4 blouses, 2 frames 4x6 each one was $1.00, 2 sprays Yankee brand, pink sand scent, summer open toe slippers & a small travel pack pillow cases which came in 2. I was very content & happy with my purchases and the total came out to around $50 plus tax. Check out process was fast and quick. They had 3 registers open and everyone was doing what they were supposed to do. Big Parking space shared with few other businesses. I love how they are open super late.

There were fans running, but they were clearly not enough to make the environment bearable, especially with the temperature outside being around 100°F. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for the employees who have to work full shifts in these conditions. This is not only uncomfortable for customers but also unfair to the staff. We stayed for only about 5 minutes and had to leave, even though we came specifically to buy a bag and a dress. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves the store's cooling system for both customers and employees.

Yes, I agree with some of the Yelpers that the foot traffic has diminished a little bit. That also depends what day and time of the week you go there. Both my husband and I asked for her to show us where it was broken and she refused to open it.. if it's broken, why not open it? Oh that's right, because it was brand new. She said "this is her store and she knows her products" yeahhhh right!!! She also proceeded to tell us to take our item back to Canoga and return it there as she won't accept it And walked away. Uh what?! Just WOW. I'm blown away that this woman is employed with such a BAD attitude. I shop at Marshall's a lot and I'm scared to go back to the store now. Might have to take my money elsewhere.
