Usually, that would've been enough for me to leave, but I hung around looking at colors. One lady was kind enough to tell me there were more in the back. Finally I sat down to do my nails with a gentleman. I told him what I wanted, and he said ok. He then stated to use his tools to remove the old polish. As he did that, he stopped to text frequently, so I asked another gentleman (who had been very genuine in his interaction with me but only does pedicures) if he did nails because the gentleman doing my nails seemed busy. He said something to the gentleman, and he continued to do my nails. The genuine man told me that I needed to tell the man doing my nails to do my nails lol. I know he meant well, but I didn't know that I needed to do that. Long story short, Im not happy with my nails. From far away they look ok, but such a poor job was done that I know I won't be back.

The first time i came here was during the height of the pandemic when everything was started to open back up. They were cautious and took all precautionary measures especially with the nail tool sets in sterilization. I don't know what changed, but went back twice and I got a nail fungus. Plus most of the nail do not speak English, which is a bit annoying because you cannot communicate your needs. If you make a suggestion or comment, they start speaking in their language as if you not supposed to have a say on your own service. The prices are ridiculously high, like most places but I least give me my money's worth. Will not return.

I have been going here since they upended a few years back I have never had a problem they do what…read moreI wanted but yesterday was a horrible experience I was charged $86 for a regular pedicure that literally took the girl 10 minutes to do there was no cleaning of my cuticles my toenails are scrubbing my feet then I proceeded to get a plane clear gel manicure after all the years of going here I've never been charged to remove polish I know most nail salons charge you if you're moving a full set and not getting anything done but I did get my nails done it took half an hour for them to do my nails and toes the guy filed my nails so thin that you could actually see the blood vessels in my nail bed my finger fingers hurt so bad right now I'm in so much pain and they charged me $86 for horrible service over $20 to remove existing polish that I had on my nails I usually don't pay that much when I get a gel pedicure and a filling with a design when I question it the guy looked at me like I was speaking a different language and was very nasty told me I had to pay or get out so I paid my bill and I left and I will never go back there again especially since when I walk in all the nail tech fight to service me because I'm an excellent tipper this will never happen again never go there again
