Tom just saved my life. Tonight i took a casual evening stroll with my dog Squid and some leftover chicken and thought about how I had class at 8am and the homework I was going to knock out before bed. These guys are amazing!!! I managed to lock myself out of my apartment at night with no phone and no keys. I went to a neighbors apartment and called these guys. Extremely prompt service - Nick arrived within 25 minutes. Note that I have had this situation twice over the past two years, and no one has come this fast. Also relevant, the previous locksmiths have told me there was nothing they could do because my lock was too difficult - so both times I had to spend the night in a hotel and access keys I'd left with friends in the morning. This experience was totally different. Nick was utterly determined and was able, unlike previous guys, to eventually break the lock and allow me to access my apartment, but also replaced my locks so they matched my original keys. I have no clue why Kyle(the manager) couldn't just be honest with me. After waiting over an hour and a half I'm met by two guys in a white Hyundai, no branding or anything looking like normal people, and wanted to change me $95 to open a door by credit carding it. When asked if he could pick it I was told his boss forgot to give him the pick tools, as if a locksmith only has one set of pick tools. I called 25/7 Locksmith (based on their positive yelp reviews) and the yelp reviews are accurate. 25/7 Locksmith had a locksmith (Gerrit) at my place within 15 minutes. Gerrit was extremely professional, skilled, friendly and creative in his approach to resolving my issue - which required his physical agility to access other doors to my residence. I am extremely grateful for the reasonable price of their services (I had expected to pay a lot, particularly given the time of the service needed) and Gerrit and his skills. I would definitely use them again. Also, I highly recommend 25/7 Locksmith and Gerrit to anyone in need of a locksmith. 25/7 Locksmith and Gerrit made a stressful situation not stressful at all. After coming home at 3am after a long flight, I realized I left my keys inside the house. I didn't know much about 25/7 Locksmith, but I gave them a try--VERY good decision. I talked to someone over the phone and in 15 min he was at my house. I don't remember the locksmith's name but he was very nice and kept joking about the incident which made me feel more relaxed. He was able to unlock my front door in no time. Hopefully I won't require the services of a locksmith any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely be calling 25/7. read more

These guys were AWESOME! Our key got stuck in our front door this afternoon and while we could get into our home, the key was not going to come out. We called 25/7 and they were at our house within 10 minutes. They ended up needing to replace the whole lock, but their price was low and everything was fixed and brand new within another 10 minutes. I give them good marks for friendliness and promptness, but when it comes to their prices, they will charge an arm and a leg and then some. As an example, the locksmith told me that they normally charge $50 for rekeying a new lock, but that he'd do it for me for free. Sounds nice, right? Later I find out that the Kwikset lock I have is designed so that I can easily rekey it myself, in seconds, for free. He would've known that, but neglected to tell me. If you want to have a nice conversation with your locksmith, call 25/7. But if you want honesty, stay away. read more
