As luck would have it, our front door handle and lock broke while I was traveling, locking my wife out. She was able to get in through other means but still needed help on a Sunday. We called 25/7 and they said they would be able to be over in about 45 minutes. When they were a bit delayed they called to update. They quickly diagnosed the problem, told us what we needed to do going forward for a long term fix, and charged a reasonable fee. Dishonest. Before you read all the reviews, know that these reviews are written because their technician who arrives tells you 3-4 times to put a Yelp review if you want the lower estimated rate. A company should not tell you to rate them and then the service will be rendered, and that at 4 times in a five minute conversation. They also lied about the type of lock I had. I do not have a smart lock but told me that I do, which equates to the price gouging of the your lock. I even took a picture of the lock I had, and they told me some other version of the story. I was also told I can pay by credit card, but the technician demanded cash. The reason why someone comes so quickly is because the technicians are stationed in their cars throughout these areas. Please be wise and cautionary that the high ratings are because 25/7 imposes you to get on Yelp and give 5 stars. Yes, that's right. No integrity and dishonest. read more
