Sunday morning we discovered we had no key to a storage closet. We really needed to move our stuff that day. We messaged through Yelp and heard back right away with a great rate. Within hours, at our agreed upon time, they came out, installed a new, more secure lock and provided new keys. It only took about 15 minutes. There was no extra fee to come to us, as other locksmiths had quoted, and no extra fee for a Sunday. Very happy with the service. My door key had broken off in my lock. Didn't catch his name, but the guy called about 10 minutes before he arrived and was actually a little early. I'll skip the details, but he had the opportunity to double charge me and didn't, and I'm very grateful. You don't always expect ethical practices when you deal with businesses that basically have you at their mercy (locksmiths, tow trucks, mechanics ... healthcare providers), so it was nice to see. Also, I called them because my neighbor had a lock issue about a month ago, and our doors are close enough that I was able to hear her entire interaction with the guy who came out then, and he was extremely nice and patient with her dog. I've never written a review, but feel compelled to as this company, and Tom in particular, are so well above what you want in a service provider! Especially in something so dire as needing a lock worked on. I love what someone said about Tom, that he is the kindest most understanding nobleman, and it's totally true! He attempted everything possible, like 6 different steps, to try and save my lock. We had done some damage trying to open it ourselves, so it wasn't savable. There were some broken screws in the door and some other tricky challenges that Gerrit had to problem solve but he successfully replaced the lock and made sure my door locked securely. His efforts wouldn't work so he called a coworker for a special missing part and returned to my home at 9:30 pm that same night (Saturday) to install the piece that would solve my faulty lockset's issue.
