My rambunctious toddler locked her bedroom door and I haven't had a key for it since I moved in over a year ago ---- I called 25/7 and the man I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice and quickly quoted me a price (much better than the other competitors I had called) and an accurate arrival time over the phone. Within half an hour, NATE arrived and started working through the lock. Before he started he explained the pricing and options as far as what things he could try to get through the door. It was a tough lock due to its lack of use, and he tried several methods to get it unlatched before having to drill through the doorknob. I was fine with this as I wanted to replace it with something I had keys for anyway--- He was extremely polite, efficient, and then offered to install the new door knob for me before he left.
