My husband and I stopped in for the second day in a row to order takeout. We own property in Forest Lakes and have genuinely enjoyed supporting this establishment, which made today's experience even more disappointing. I have a small service dog, Gunner, who accompanies me everywhere. While we were waiting, a gentleman approached us. Gunner barked to alert me, and after I gave him permission, he calmly greeted the gentleman, who was happy to pet him. Within seconds, the manager, Trina, marched over and said, "Take the dog outside." There were no questions, no professionalism, and no attempt to determine whether Gunner was a service animal. Just an immediate assumption and an order to leave. Rather than argue, we chose to leave. My husband called afterward to speak with the manager. Trina answered the phone with, "Who is this?"--a greeting that seemed to perfectly reflect the level of customer service we had just experienced. It's unfortunate when someone in a management position is the reason loyal customers decide not to return. A little professionalism, respect, and a basic understanding of service animal laws would have gone a long way. We won't be back, and I hope future customers receive better treatment than we did. read more

Driving thru and this place was the BEST. from the burgers to the beers, drinks, service. All of it. 10/10

We dined at the 260 last week. What a spectacular decision that was. We shared the "Day's Special" patty melt and the Pizza Bianca. This was no average petty melt. Burgers at other establishments are usually dry-ish when you bite into them. Not this one. The first bite was juicy and tender - exactly as if I were eating a ribeye steak, plus the sautéed onions took it to another level. Terrific. Now for the Pizza Bianca: quite frankly, it was the absolute best pizza I've ever eaten. The home made crust was perfect. The ricotta and mozzarella cheese topping was creamy yet perfectly paired with the diced tomatoes - which were more flavorful than just slathering tomato sauce onto the crust like other pizzas. Heavenly experience. The meal was so enjoyable, we asked to see the chef to thank him. Çhef Ken graciously came over to our table and he was a delight. The food and service were great! The outdoor patio had a GREAT ambiance! The food was very good too, the burger and chicken sandwich were delicious! They had very good pizza too! We went to 260 roadhouse which was only 3 minutes away from our Airbnb. The food was soo good. We loved the pickled sticks, the pizza, and wings. Had great drinks as well. Stopped here on our way to Greer yesterday, not expecting to be sat right away because it was packed! They sat us almost immediately, the server was over shortly after. The live music was great, we had the fried pickles, mushrooms as appetizers which were 10/10. The 260 burger was cooked perfectly, & the pizza was 11/10. My family and I stayed at Canyon Point Campground in Forrest Lakes, AZ for the week. On the last night, we decided to ditch cooking and eat at a restaurant to avoid cleanup the next day. 260 Roadhouse was less than a couple of miles from our campsite. Therefore, we decided to give it a try. I must say I was very impressed by what this place has to offer! I thought it was only a restaurant, but it also has a bar and game/arcade. When you enter, there is dining room seating. Towards the back is the bar room, which includes a countertop with bottles of alcohol along the wall, high top tables and chairs, and a jukebox for music. To the right, when you enter, is another room, which is the game room. Inside, there is a pool table, a shelf with multiple game boards, disco lighting inside, and more! You can also sit outside in their patio area, which is very nice and clean. Not to mention, the nice, cool weather there makes outdoor seating perfect! The service and food were beyond our expectations! We went on a Tuesday evening, in which there was only 1 cook and 1 server. The restaurant was not busy at all, but given there was our table of 8, another table of 5, and a table of 3, I could only imagine how busy the server and cook were. Both the server and cook were on point! The server was very knowledgeable and listened to our requests/questions. He was very friendly and happy the whole time, despite being the only server. Even the cook was out providing the food to the customers. We asked the server if he ever experienced a busy night when there were more tables filled, which he said happened a few times. But, he said the owners live next door and they come and help when needed for busy days. We thought that was amazing! Gotta love when owners take care of their business and help their employees. Our server got all of our orders right! I ordered the shrimp basket, which came with 10 pieces of fried shrimp and tator tots. What I enjoyed most was the fact that both the shrimp and tator tots were crispy and crunchy. The tator tots had a light seasoning to it, like a garlic flavor, but nothing overbearing. The tator tots were really good all around! I also ordered my kiddos a 14in half pepperoni half cheese pizza, which came with a total of 8 slices. My son (9) ate 4 and my daughter (6) ate 4. It was the perfect size for them. They enjoyed every bite! Note, they also had a kids menu as well, but they did not have kids pizzas. Hence, why we ordered them a whole pizza. My mom and her significant other ordered a half deluxe half Hawaiian pizza, which both thought the pizza tasted great! For an appetizer, we ordered the zucchini sticks. I was a little thrown off by the zucchini sticks as I did not expect to taste a pickle. I felt as though I was eating a fried pickles, which I'm not a fan of pickles. Therefore, I didn't finish my portion. My family, on the other hand, thought the zucchini sticks were amazing because of how different they were made. My uncle said the crispy part was made with cornmeal, which he really enjoyed the most. Overall, the food was great! We had a excellent experience here at 260 Roadhouse. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone passing the area! It is definitely worth a try! read more

The prime rib was outstanding and big, but the steamed veggies were the star on the plate. I've never enjoyed veggies so much! Salad was crisp and fresh with good variety--the blue cheese dressing was wonderful. Good roadhouse ambience with separate dining and bar areas. The patio seating is dog-friendly. The service got off to a slow start but Treena made up for it. We were also treated to an amazingly good dessert of rich moist chocolate cake with vanilla and drizzled whipped cream on top. The 260 Roadhouse is the forth or fifth restaurant that has been in this location over the last 40 years. They are by far the best. Service was excellent. Me and my husband absolutely love this place every time we are up camping we are there all the time their food is so good, pizza is awesome, burger's, sandwiches pretty much everything I've had here is great and the beer is nice and cold. They have daily specials that are always great. Everyone that works there is so kind and very welcoming. They have great bands and entertainment sometimes and it's always a fun time. I cannot stress it enough you must try it you'll be hooked. read more

We ordered "the works" pizza and it was absolutely delicious!!! I'm sorry we didn't take a photo :( But we loved everything about it. It has a nice thin crispy crust, the perfect thickness to hold all the goodness on top. The sauce had a nice sweet tang to it and the cheese was yummily gooey!! excellent job you guys!! My in-laws have a cabin up here and we were excited to try this place when we found out it was open. We got The Works pizza and the Prime Rib Sliders. The pizza was delicious. Crust had a little bit of crunch, but not hard. The toppings were all really good and it was just a good pizza. The sliders didn't have much flavor and seemed a little dry, but they were okay. Prices were a little higher than we expected, but it's the only restaurant here so that's understandable. We will definitely be going back for the pizza. For sure worth it if you're craving pizza or just want a night out or a night in without having to cook. Plan ahead though. We called last night around 6 and they were no longer accepting take-out orders because they were too busy so we got it for lunch today instead. read more

We just bought a cabin in Forest Lakes so we've gone to the Roadhouse quite a few times this summer. Love the atmosphere, love the staff and love the patio! The food has been consistently good - the fried food is crunchy and not greasy and everything is super flavorful. We recommend the prime rib French dip, the jalapeno- infused pork chop, the hamburgers and the Friday fish fry! The margaritas are also delicious. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return! read more

The food at this place is horrendous. Mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them, salads looked old, fries came out soggy, and the steak was flavorless and overcooked. Staff were nice enough, but we had to ask to get water refilled multiple times. There were also flies everywhere, landing on both you and your food. I wish we had just driven to Heber for a better restaurant. read more
