I had not eaten anything else that day except water. When I tried to address this with management, they were rude, dismissive, and accusatory. They misinterpreted my statement about who dined with me, accused me of lying, questioned why I didn't contact them immediately (I was too sick to do so and had no service in the mountains), and then denied a refund I was initially offered. I even tried to leave a factual review on Facebook, but the business blocked me, preventing my experience from being shared. I have reported this incident to Navajo County Public Health Services, who confirmed they will inspect the establishment. I strongly caution anyone considering dining here -- based on my experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
