OMG! After an hour and 15 minutes, we had to leave without our pizza and come back later to pick it up. The server was nice and attentive, but the kitchen staff does not know how to balance orders taken over the phone and customer sitting in their restaurant. What happened to this place? I just had the worst restaurant experience of my life. Our order consisted of only three pizzas, and two appetizers yet it took more than two hours to arrive. During that time, I eventually had to go to the counter myself and ask for a pitcher of water because my seven grandkids had been sitting there with nothing to drink. Service was virtually nonexistent throughout the entire visit. My family and I have lived in Heber for more than three years, and this restaurant has been one of our favorite places to eat for most of that time. We kept coming back because of the good food, friendly staff, and efficient service. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. The food was just okay, but the service was by far the worst I've experienced. To make matters worse, my bill went from a reasonable $105 to $139 after additional charges were added, including a catering fee, a credit card fee, and a tip--which I still left because I respect food service workers. This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially considering how much we used to enjoy coming here. I can say with confidence that I won't be returning. I wish I had read the most recent reviews before choosing this restaurant. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I'll say first that the server was friendly and competent, and we tipped her accordingly. We have been here for over 90 minutes and we still don't have our pizza. We don't live here so there's that. The pizzas are great, but not for the price. May be a change of management or staff or whatever, but the lack of consistency for quality is hit and miss. The 16" pizza is $28 and "sparse" add-ons are $3 each. So, a 4 item pizza is $42. No 16" pizza is worth $42. We were the 1st ones there when the doors opened because we know it takes 45 minutes to get a pizza. I ordered a large cheese pizza $22.49 with garlic crust $1.95 and added sausage $3.99 and mushrooms $2.99. I asked for water and a Coke $3.20. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat on the patio with our sweet old dog. We had to duck under fallen string lights and sit among broken equipment. It looked very run down.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After we sat down they brought out a flat Coke and explained their fountain machine was broken. They also said they have no water because it was turned off to do a repair. We opened the umbrella in the picnic table and by the end of the meal the umbrella blew off the table and onto the roof of the restaurant barely missing us. When I went to pay at the register my $31.50 pizza (which came out warm at best (not hot as we expected)) increased to $33.82. I was then told that the manager had him enter my order as a sausage pizza with mushrooms. He told me this extra charge was because they have quality sausage and don't sell frozen pizza. I asked if sausage is a meat topping that can be added. He agreed that it is. But he was told to charge me more. Then they charged me a 3% fee after I used my credit card. (Not told in advance so I could pay with cash). $40.58 for a mediocre pizza, flat coke and no water to drink, and sitting in a dirty patio that the umbrella nearly took our heads off. This should be told to people when ordering. The 16" Supreme with 6 items on the entire pizza is $35.01. Hmmm...my pizza had a total of 6 items! Only 3 items on each 1/2 of the pizza! We waited almost an hour before we walked out. Even explaining to what we believe was the manager, he was an obnoxious, defensive person with absolutely NO customer service savvy. This review is purely based on Take Out. We're locals and so we don't choose to stay in and eat. The pizzas are great. Honestly, very tasty. Nice crips to the pizza base, super lovely toppings and nice gooey cheese over the top. The chicken ranch was excellent. I'm trying to eat less but damn I had to eat another piece! The wait for your order is worth it. Hey, you're in the country, no need to rush it. Relax! Why the 4 stars though? Firstly, I can't give 4.5. Secondly, I feel there could be a little more information on the website so I m ow what's on each pizza before ordering. I don't normally leave reviews, but our experience at this place was downright terrible. We decided to dine in on a Tuesday night, and ended up having to wait 1.5 hours (without any warning) to get our 2 pizzas. It's not like the place was bustling, as there was only one other table of people in the whole place and they also had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for their pizzas. After all the waiting, we didn't even get what we originally ordered. Apparently one of our pizzas had gotten "stuck to the paddle" while being made. At that point we had already been waiting an hour, so instead of having them start from scratch to make a new one we just decided to take one of the pizzas that were already done because we were hungry and just wanted to get home as soon as possible by that point.
